It seems to me that it would be optimal for yogurt too. Because even if you set the temperature to exactly 38 (if there was such an opportunity), it would still heat a little more, as it seems to me. Here on the Yogurt program in 60-ke they made some apparently correct temperature, but they did not take into account that the saucepan would pick up a little more degrees in a few hours of heating, so the yoghurt had to be turned off before the program ended. Incomplete, in general.

Well, for proofing - it would be super. Although, if in this way, then for a proofing 30 - it would have been normal, it would still have gained up to 35 in the process.

You know, I didn’t notice that Milk porridge overheated on the program - I didn’t have any problems with milk porridge, the milk was boiling very quietly.
When I heat the mixture for the Adyghe cheese in a cartoon on Milk porridge - I can't stand it, I switch to stewing - it will boil faster.

The omelet is delicious with sour cream instead of milk.

Everything must be done according to the recipe strictly, do not replace the soda with baking powder. I bake two cycles of 45 minutes each, but put paper on the bottom so that it doesn't get too hot during this time.
I did half the portion the first time - it didn't work at all. The entire portion is only obtained if the baking time is double. Plus, everyone's glasses are different, and the flour is different, add a couple of tablespoons of flour next time. And soda + baking powder - strictly according to the recipe.

I did everything STRICTLY according to the recipe. I agree about flour - add a little more. Everyone's flour is different. I sometimes add 1.3 more of the amount specified in the recipe to the bread - I look at the bun.

And every time buying a different flour - I would definitely go crazy. I bake only on "Admin" (Donetsk flour, I think, "Admin" is called). And how much is in a measuring spoon?

A question for the sixties deksovodam. On my advice, my brother bought a 60-ku. Only, I'm afraid it's too late to hand over it - he has been using it for a month now.

Anya, how is it with your cake: girl_cray1: I always bake for an hour and 10 minutes, it is closed and it always turns out great. Once the truth did not put soda, only baking powder, and the bottom of the cake was about 1 cm plasticine. And I always take flour from Simferopol. Chocolate on boiling water, in principle, should not be dry, but not plasticine either. This cake was generally the first dish I cooked in the cartoon.
Girls, I looked now, my lid opens normally, almost 90, well, maybe without a degree - two
Snusmumrik
Of course, I didn't measure it with a protractor, maybe not all 90, but my saucepan can be removed without tilting.
yara
azaza, maybe he compared with a bread maker or with other devices? For me, for example, the bread maker opens a little more than 90 degrees.
And in Dex, these two degrees are so insignificant that he will quickly get used to it. Or maybe he put it very low, so he pulls it up sharply? After all, if it is on the table, then inevitably you will pull it up but towards yourself, that is, not directly vertically, but at an angle. In general, let it not bother.

If the measure in baking is in multi-glasses, the baking time is multicooker. And if faceted - that time increases, definitely. Although I have recipes "I will clean the refrigerator" - it's called - I don't measure anything, so "by eye" - approximately and it turns out even edible and even tasty (I often do my grandmother, cramps are different (children in the garden said so)

Annushka, can I have a recipe for corn pie?
Of course it is possible. This is one of my family's favorite pies, I always made it in the oven, now in the cartoon. Made from cornmeal. Everything is described for a long time, but in fact everything is very fast. It's custard.

Corn pie (custard)

Ingredients:

320 g finely ground cornmeal
240 g sugar (I also added a bag of vanilla sugar)
400 ml milk (do not dilute with water!)
150 ml odorless vegetable oil (olive oil can be used)
a pinch of salt
3 large eggs
1 tbsp. l. baking powder

Preparation:

1) Sift corn flour into a saucepan, add sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, butter and salt. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

2) Probably, you can brew it in a cartoon, I did it on gas. Place the saucepan over medium / high heat. (I first put it on high heat, brought the mass to a boil with constant stirring, as soon as the mass boiled, I reduced the heat to a minimum). Cook the mixture until vigorously stirring with a spoon or whisk in a clockwise or eight-way pattern, until it thickens. In consistency, it should be like corn or semolina porridge, not too thick, but not liquid either. When turning with a spoon, stains should remain behind it. It took me no more than 7 minutes. Watch carefully so that the mass does not burn!

3) Remove the finished mass from the heat, pour into another deep container, cool slightly. (I did not pour it, I whipped it right there) Do not worry if lumps have formed in the mass - we will get rid of them!

4) Add eggs to the cooled mass, one at a time. After each added egg, I beat it with a mixer at the lowest speed - thus, the small lumps formed in the mass disappeared.

5) Add baking powder at the very end, stir. The finished mass will be quite liquid.

6) Pour the prepared mass into a cartoon saucepan. I baked for 60 minutes. Then I did not open for 10 minutes.
Be sure to check the readiness with a toothpick. During the baking process, the dough rises sooo well!

7) Cool the finished cake in the form, then take it out and sprinkle with powder (or you don't need to sprinkle it ... and so it tastes good !!!)

One of these days I'll do it, add a photo.

Hurrah!!! I am rehabilitated!
I don't remember whether I wrote in this Temka, or in 50. I wooed my friend to a cartoon, and she was her dead weight: in 4 months, a friend cooked porridge a couple of times in her - and that's it! She is tired, and she has no time to cook (at the same time, she cooks on the stove, because to eat I want to eat. Either her husband does not allow her to turn on the cartoon without the hood, and the stove under the hood is constantly busy with a teapot, or even more importantly.
I came to her three days ago, looked into the cartoon - and she was pristine, like just from the store! My lid has already darkened a little, and an elastic band, but my friend's just just out of the package. I pour oil, throw in everything that was found in her freezer (assorted vegetables), salt and pepper, drip half a spoonful of water, stew for an hour and leave, strictly forbidding her to look in there until she squeaks.
Today she reports: she did stew twice, today she will do it for the third time. Problem - stew ends quickly
Like this. Until you poke your nose, and specifically - no one will move. But, I'm afraid, now she will make only stews in the cartoon. I'll have to visit and teach the hostess to cook

And I respect stew in the summer, made from fresh vegetables, and for some reason I don't like ice cream, I did it once, but I refused to eat it myself. Maybe I'm putting the wrong vegetables? Tan, what vegetables do you usually have in the freezer?
Oksan, I used to freeze everything in a row, now I strictly save space in the freezer, even though I have it spacious. I only freeze zucchini, eggplants, bell peppers. Everything else can be bought in the store (also frozen). For the price, ready-made freezing is obtained, if not cheaper, then certainly not more expensive than self-frozen vegetables. And if you also calculate the el / en, which is spent on maintaining the temperature, and the effort to process the product, then buying is definitely more profitable and easier.
I am more than happy with a frozen stew. It is done very easily, and the result
Blue ice cream and slices and fried layers on moussaka (I really respect her). Previously, it was necessary to defrost, fry for a long time, vegetables absorbed a terrible amount of oil. Now the consumption of oil and energy is minimal. And e / en, by the way
azaza
Maybe your freezers are wrong? Or I have taste buds
No, girls, I will not argue: fresh vegetables - they are fresh for that, to be tastier.Freezing was invented in order to give us the opportunity to have at least some vegetables on the table all year round, except for cabbage. Alas, our vegetable season is very short. Largely thanks to this, the nation (read - Slavs) is not to say that it is healthy - almost half of the population has some degree of obesity. And another 30 percent - a tendency to be overweight. Because the diet is extremely poor: porridge and fat, fat and porridge. A minimum of meat, a maximum of a side dish - so that your pocket doesn't get empty. It was with this diet that I ruined my health. So for me, freezing is literally salvation. And the taste suits me much more than the heavier side dishes.
Lozja
No, so I ice vegetables - for soup, for vegetable pilaf, for omelette in pepper in winter, asparagus beans - for something else, but I can't stew from frozen vegetables, when only the vegetables themselves are stewed and that's it. A matter of taste, apparently.

In general, I'm a vegetable eater! In! I taste the first spring salad with cucumbers, radishes, green onions ... uh ... mm ... orgasm great pleasure. All summer I can live on salads (well, there is a piece of meat with a bite to make it more satisfying), in the fall - all sorts of ragushki from seasonal vegetables. Then winter comes, grusna stops, because supermarket vegetables are not vegetables for me, but a set of nitrates, they don't even smell like vegetables, I generally keep quiet about the taste. So I don’t buy them. I grieve until spring.

Well, Tan, with the rehabilitation of you. Now you will go and teach your friend - why would you portray this in Deksika.
In general, I wonder why a person bought that cartoon - so that it would be like everyone else, if you are lazy to cook in it, and you need to ask your husband's permission. Yes, and even buy a new blender, if I have never used the old one - already

The husband has a friend, the family has two small children. He looks once as I check and pack the Philips blender for shipment, and says: "I wanted my wife to somehow buy such a thing, but I don't understand - why is she?" I say: "Well, you need to take care of your wife and make her kitchen everyday life easier for her." He says "No, you don't understand, the wife also doesn't understand why this thing is in the kitchen - well, what needs to be done with it." People cook somehow, probably with a spoon and a crush, as before. But this is how much time you need to spend in the kitchen - without such helpers. To live in the kitchen, as my mother used to joke about, that she still has a sofa in the kitchen, and she will live there.

Toffee, so when I tell - it turns out very tasty. Well, I have such a gift - it's delicious to tell. So she caught fire. But the cartoon itself will not put food in itself, and does not go to the store for them. So it turns out that before taking advantage of this miracle, you still have to make some efforts. Although I don't understand why: well, they all the same eat something !!! It means that they go to bazaar shops and cook on the stove. Because they were not caught in a penchant for restaurants. But no - it's more convenient the old fashioned way. Of course, I showed them the stew, taught them. But I can't run to them, teach them every BANAL dish !!!
But the psychology is this: if I have a cartoon, I will cook deliciously. A cartoon appeared, as it turned out, she herself does not know how to cook, but only helps. So, you need a good blender - together with the cartoon, they will start cooking without a hostess. Well, what can you say?

Oh, so we got to the bottom of the reason! You are a natural girl, a child of nature, here is the taste of frozen vegetables, especially purchased ones, not comme il faut. And I am a child of a big city, who hasn’t sniffed oxygen. Freezing with nitrates is the very thing. This is my type of dressing for a dish. If not in the store I buy, then at the bazaar (in the summer - only in the bazaar). But even there, everything is stuffed with nitrates. So even frozen vegetables, even fresh ones, are only conditionally natural. My taste buds no longer respond to chemistry, it is a constant in the diet. You can swear as much as you like, but, alas, this will not change reality.

No, no, Tanyusha, you don't understand. The frozen vegetables in the stew were natural, from my own freezer, and I normally perceive them in other dishes, but the stew from them is not. I have a submersible blender, I can't live without it, I use it several times a day. Now I cook soup for the baby, I threw everything in pieces, then in 30 seconds. I'll make mashed potatoes and that's it, okay there vegetables can be through a sieve, and meat. The elder does not like onions in cutlets, so I grind onions, garlic, then there eggs, salt, pepper, soaked loaf, beat everything, and only add minced meat, it turns out very quickly and tender. I even grind pumpkin for porridge with a blender. And about homemade ketchup and mayonnaise generally keep quiet. We don’t buy ketchup, not because of economy, it’s just bad for children, everyone knows that. I boil tomato juice (also homemade), there the onion straight into 4 parts, bell pepper. frozen. , then garlic at the end, sugar, salt, pepper. I cooled down a little, blended, and that's it, the children eat with pasta, pour as much as they want, I don't forbid it like a store one.

But in fact, rather, she simply did not know how to cook them. Even more correctly, she knew how, but was lazy. Vegetables require more labor than meat or heavy side dishes.

It turned out that the courier got it wrong with the invoice. I killed all day to solve this problem, but the multicooker was never taken away. I was already sure that this was some kind of divorce.
