It's hard for me to compare them, if only because the volume of the Panasonic bowl is 2 times less. If you compare, then already Panasonic 18
scorp111
It's just that the price for 18 already bites a little, and it's bigger in size.
The main doubts about the minimum portion, we are lovers of everything fresh, and if mines are needed
there will be milk porridge for example per liter .. then no one will be played, it will be easier
cook "by hand".

our cooks will answer this question now)
but I would take Dex, if only because of the volume, since you will cook not only porridge, but in 2 liters you will not particularly accelerate, even with fresh one.

Panasonic, of course, is a well-known brand. But morally, his multicooker loses now to many non-brand models.
Dex-60 today is practically the best multicooker in terms of price-quality ratio. Yes, in fact, and simply in quality, it is in no way inferior to the vaunted Panas. A very good set of programs. Plus a saucepan - undoubtedly the best in the Ukrainian open spaces. It is also very important that buying a spare pot for it is as easy as shelling pears: sooner or later, even the best Teflon will lose its non-stick properties. And it is not so easy to buy a saucepan for little Panas, and it will cost like half a Dex.
Well, more in detail on your question. I have a Dex-50, but it hasn't gone so far from the 60s, and in terms of the volume and quality of the saucepan, they are absolutely twin brothers. I constantly cook 1 multi-cup of porridge in my own - at least milk, at least a side dish. The difference is that for dairy, the classic ratio of liquid is 5: 1 (usually it is 3 multi-glasses of milk + 2 multi-glasses of water to one MCT of cereal), and for a side dish it is 2: 1 at all, that is, only 2 glasses of liquid. And we are talking about multi-glasses, which have a volume of 160-170 ml! That is, such porridge literally on the bottom turns out. And nothing: Dex cooks it excellently.
In a 4 liter saucepan, you can prepare 0.5 liters of food. And in a 2.5-liter, not only do not prepare 3.5 liters, but also the declared 2.5 - because the declared ones are to the eyeballs, so to speak under the knife, when there is still a drop - and it will already flow. In fact, in a small Panasik you can cook 1.5 liters of something. And the unit costs more than a 4-liter and heap program Dex.
So think which is better. As for me, the choice is obvious. I would not hesitate for a moment. But it's up to you to choose.
In any case, good multicooker!
Lenok333
Itself very much chose between Dex and Panasonic.
I thought all the same Panasonic is Panasonic, but after reading the reviews and characteristics, I realized that I would only overpay for the brand
Dex completely suits me, large volume, many functions, manual mode.
I cooked porridge, but always very little, so I won't tell you about the quantity.

But I definitely vote for Dex!

irysska
And I'm only for Dex 60. He has a wonderful Milk Porridge program. It is not a problem to cook porridge for 1 multi-glass of cereal (the volume of a glass is 180 ml under the knife).
Indeed, in the big one you can cook a little, but in the small one you cannot cook more.

Hello to all DEH owners
I am also the lucky owner of this miracle saucepan
I read and try not to miss anything in this Temko, but I don't always have time.
I would like to ask the more experienced and knowledgeable about the Vexation program, what can be cooked in it, except for the two recipes given in the booklet? For example, there was a question of making fermented baked milk, which requires baked milk. I have taken the recipe for Panasonic, but how can I adapt it as conveniently as possible for DEH-60?
I would be grateful for your advice and answers
Perhaps there is already a recipe for our multicooker model, then tell me where you can see it

Baked milk - pour milk in the cartoon in the evening, turn on Slowing, if homemade milk, then for 6-7 hours, if store milk, then for 5-6 hours. All. It is possible for a day.

Lozja, thank you very much for your reply

Good luck! If the milk is homemade, then it is better to boil first, so as not to worry that it will turn sour while languishing.
Elenyska
No, I’m going to do it from sterilized packaged milk, I set it down from homemade yogurt and boiled milk before that, I didn’t like it at all, it turned out to be fatty and with a pronounced taste and smell of boiled homemade milk. But this, of course, is all to the taste of every person.
Thank you very much for your advice
Can you cook jellied meat on the Slowing program?

Can you cook jellied meat on the Slowing program?

Not possible, but necessary! Boil the meat, drain the water, put it in a cartoon, add water and turn on the simmering overnight, for 8-9 hours. In the morning add everything that is supposed to be added to it. - this is such a jellied meat.

How many times I cook borscht in a cartoon, well, not how I can not comprehend - how can I boil meat in an hour of stewing and not boil potatoes and cabbage in mashed potatoes: pardon: Yesterday, while the borscht was being cooked, I also managed to weed half of the garden. That's how I used to live without my cartoons, I don't understand.

Cool, but I won't try to cook borscht in it, you just throw everything, everything at once, or a tomato at the end?
And I made squash caviar for the second time, I also really like it. It's just that my son only eats the store, finally I can make it myself, on the stove I couldn't do that.

The recipe from the forum from Andreevna, you probably saw it. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1425.0 When I did it for the first time, it was delicious, but something was wrong, then we simply adjusted the amount of products to your taste, there were less onions, and more carrots and zucchini. With a full multicooker of vegetables, 2 liters of caviar turned out. I gave each jar to my mother and mother-in-law, so they could not achieve such a taste in their entire life, standing for hours near the stove, and I without hassle, and the first time.
GenyaF
Annushka27! I fry onions, carrots, beets and tomatoes there (most often these are the remains of adjika); I put meat, potatoes, cabbage, pour water, salt-pepper and for an hour on Stewing;
about five minutes before the end I throw greens.

homemade sausage Ukrainian (bought raw sausage)
the weight of the ring in its raw form is almost 600g.
Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)
First I cook the sausage on the Stew program (20-25 minutes, turning it several times), then on Frying Vegetables (it splashes less) I blush on each side for 7 minutes
since I have cooked this particular sausage more than once, then I am confident in the cooking time (rings are always about the same weight), if the sausage is different, the time needs to be adjusted

Olga, this is for you
No, I don't add water at all, only to the bottom of the saucepan, somewhere 3-4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, the sausage itself secretes juice. I have adapted to do it in the cartoon, so as not to turn on the oven in the summer.

Yesterday I made a delicious breakfast while getting ready for work. Potato casserole in 5 minutes Why 5? I approached her for only 5 minutes in total.
I tell you: I peeled 4 large potatoes, cut them coarsely into pieces, splashed a little lean butter and put them on baking. .. I went to the shower, came back, gently mixed a couple of times. The potatoes are super browned. Then she shaken 3 eggs, mayonnaise and green onions with dill (if there was a boiled sausage at home, it would be even tastier), 10 minutes before the end of baking, she poured the eggs into the potatoes, waited for the signal and a meal on the table.
here is a photo report.

And in the evening she made beef stroganoff. Awesome turned out. The meat is the most tender, melts in the mouth. I recommend to everyone
Grypana
I also say thank you for the idea of "stuffing", the old potatoes are not over yet.
I've just made chicken fillets with tomatoes for lunch, I got proud myself.
I report - it grows to the bottom of the bowl. butter, cut 3 onions in half rings (such a pretty onion pillow), then put fillets, salt in small pieces (4-5 cm long and half a centimeter thick), grease with mayonnaise, herbs, you can cauliflower and cover everything with tomato rings. Mode - Baking, only 15 minutes before the end mixed and turned off so that the onions do not burn. Still stood for about 20 minutes in the cartoon. It turned out magically.

Yes, cooking with cartoons is a real pleasure.
Although I don’t like to cook, but then I’ve just gone crazy, I’m looking for some recipes and I cook and cook everything ...
The husband is happy, the varied menu is always not stressful. Well, tell me, isn't such a miracle worth 800 grams?
Now even if it cost 1800, I would still buy it. I got used to it and ... it's delicious ...
Previously, I didn't have enough time for breakfast, but now I am going to work and preparing breakfast. Pretty woman !!!
Grypana
Agree. We diversified our menu - in fact, right on the second day it became "fairy", I want something new tasty. But before that Sunday - the day of preparations for a week, in the morning an alarm clock "early", a night with eyes sticking together - an oven, frying. And now Yes, and cooking does not add to the hassle, but only touches with its capabilities and results.
My stove has been turned off since March, repairs. Yesterday my husband says - let's not connect it at all, I'm already used to multicooker food and I'd better buy 3 more multicooker.

So, about a link to a cupcake, asterisks, yes, remove - 🔗.m ******
(I did it according to the first method, a ripper is necessary, if the flour is ordinary, I took margarine instead of butter) It turned out great!

Natasha, agree! I have never come to the stove since the new year. Now I'm also planning repairs, so I will close it in Fig.
You'd better buy one pressure cooker instead of three more multicooker. I was also afraid, panicked, and the thing, it turns out, is super-duper! And a slow cooker to a full combat kit. They say that this is also a thing But I don't believe yet, I resist. But I didn't believe in a pressure cooker until recently! So now I do not promise

and I already in general .... in the morning I set to bring the jam to a boil and forgot .... I just came home. I hear the smell of barbecue - running to the kitchen - the coals are smoldering in a saucepan .... Well, I can't cook on the stove, it's contraindicated. Earlier, just on trifles, it burned out. behold .... and this is already .. well, no words. In general, you only need to cook in cartoons.

The multicooker spoiled us. I used to make hot sandwiches in my waffle maker, I know that 8 minutes and it's done - and I'm waiting for the "pee-pee" signal, but the waffle iron is not a cartoon, it does not emit signals. I bought a timer, otherwise I could miss it. In the same way I soak my orchids with a timer, because I don't rely on my memory, I can leave, leaving their poor things in a bucket for half a day, and they need 20 minutes - I'm waiting for a signal on everything

Save the girls! I have been waiting for 2 months for the appearance of the 60th, they said at the beginning of June, they just called and said no .. maybe it will be in July))) maybe it's worth taking 50? is there a big difference between them? Sorry, there is no time at all to read everything, I crawl at the kinder cub, but it takes me away)) help with advice!
Bonyasha
Yes, there are almost the same functions, there is only milk porridge and manual mode.
I have never used a manual one and I hardly will, but sometimes we indulge in milk. But I think you can cook dairy in 50, but I don't know for sure.
azaza
Milk in 50's is not perfect, it depends on cereals and milk.Foaming porridge can be cooked on languor, but it takes a long time, it is better to put it overnight - an amazing porridge will be ready in the morning. Moreover, on languor, the porridge does not run away and never burns, no matter how much foam you have covered. But - from 5 hours, no less.

So decide what is more important to you. If you plan to cook frothy porridge - then you can stop at the 50th model (but there is also a languishing mode in the 60th!). If mostly trouble-free rice - better 60 with the Milk porridge program. Then you will not need to drive a cartoon for the sake of porridge all night. In fairness: even with the nightly languor, email bills are more and more pleasing. But I have an elero stove, with cartoons, the consumption of electricity has significantly decreased.

Overall, 50 is a very good cartoon. But 60 is not worse, and even more functional in programs. On the other hand, I don't know of a dish that could be cooked in 60 that my 50 couldn't cope with. I suspect that instead of giving advice, I have confused you even more. Sorry
May @
Vikavka, Besides manual regime and milk porridge there is also yogurt there is. I think these modes are very necessary with a small child. In the cartoon Brand (an analogue of our Dax 60), the girls are very actively using the manual program. I have a 50 model, I will not change it, I adapted, but if I did not have it, I would buy a 60 model, it is more functional + the lid is removable + extinguishing starts from 20 minutes (I have 1 hour). In general, I would wait.
Grypana
At 50 I cook milk all the time. 1m. 1 st rice + 3 m. soloka + 2 m. from. water. I only cook on Stew for 1 hour, and sometimes on Stew for 5 hours (it depends on what you want). I am very satisfied, but I control the milk, sometimes surprises happen, you can't guess why, milk of different fat content, homemade, store-bought, but it happens that it starts to have fun.

And about the Yogurt mode, in Panasonic there is no this mode, but the girls make excellent yoghurts on the Heating mode.

If you have one cartoon, then I would take 60, although I am happy with my 50, but I also have another Orion with the Yogurt mode.
irysska
Vikavka
if the cereals are relevant - then definitely better than 60 - he has the Milk porridge program like this, but at 50 you need to adapt.
And the manual mode when baking is also very helpful, the removable lid is also large +
Yogurt mode - suitable for proving dough, except for direct use.
By the way, I never ran out of milk on the Milk Porridge program.
GenyaF
I agree with Iriska in everything! I have both of these multi. In 60-ke with milk I do not worry at all, I make yoghurt regularly and let the dough stand. 50 is also very good and in general we used to cook porridge on the stove

Bonyasha
No, yachka hasn't tried it for sure. She cooked wheat (it is foamy), rolled oats, millet, corn (the same spits), pearl barley and even semolina. It seems there are no complaints.

And I cooked corn milk porridge - no complaints.
And I haven’t tried the egg either, but I think it’s anyway more convenient with Milk Porridge than with Stewing (after all, it doesn’t boil so intensely).

That's it, I'll wait for July, I want 60k now even more)))) I was told that there is its analogue Orion, but somehow I hardly believe it. Thank you girls! I will wait, hope and believe that the miracle saucepan will come
azaza
Orion is by no means an analogue of Dex-60. It is advisable to immediately purchase a stainless steel or non-stick saucepan with it in the kit - it pisses mercilessly in your own. If anything with Dex and is similar - so modes yogurt and frying. Dex is much better. And Orion is a good budget cartoon. But without add. saucepans in any way.
Right choice. Wait for Dex, he's worthy of your wait

Good evening! I read - I read your immense topic, but I did not find the answer to my question. The problem is that I want to buy a DEX-60 I live in Saratov - we have never even heard of such cartoons - well, they are not supplied to us, in the "wilderness of Saratov". Poke your nose where can I order? I look in online stores, they are all Ukrainian - the price in GR, if delivery to Russia? I don't understand anything ....... Help !!!!
In Russia, there is no Dex, but there is Brand 37501 - this is the twin brother of Dex 60 (Dex 60 clone of Brand 37501)
It's easier for you to buy it from yourself - and you will be happy.

Irina, if you have a microwave, then put your creation under the grill for 10 minutes and there will be a baked crust, I did that. Last year I wanted pies with fruit, in my opinion it turned out to be 7 pieces in a cartoon (it's impossible to bake in the oven in such a heat). It turned out to be as tall as the pies, the top browned in a micron under the grill and was very pleased with the result.

Good evening. We recently acquired a Dex-60 cartoon. Initially, it was planned to make a bias towards cooking rice for sushi / side dishes, but I ran into a problem, the rice turns out to be some kind of overcooked in appearance and at the same time damp inside ... It doesn't look very appetizing. As rice I use round-grain shop and special Nishiki variety. I cook in Rice mode, proportions 1: 1.15 (rice: water). I tried it in buckwheat mode, it turned out quickly and the rice remained raw, hard ...

Does anyone have any experience of cooking rice for sushi (it should not be slurry, every grain is visible, but sticky) in this cartoon?

I take a 1: 2 ratio for sushi. Perhaps it will seem a little different to you, but for me it is just right. It seems to me that 1.15 is not enough water.
