Food processor Bosch MultiTalent MCM68885: description, photos, specifications, customer reviews, instructions and accessories.
degteva
Good morning! I want to share my impressions of the Bosch MCM 68885 Food Processor. Full delight! I bought myself by March 8. It is stationary in the kitchen, that is, it is not cleaned. I use it - turn it every time you prepare food. Onions, carrots on a grater have not been chopped since the purchase of this unit. There is no longer a need to prepare portioned pieces of minced meat for proc. I buy meat after work and my minced meat is ready within 10 minutes. Using a utility knife, I first chop the onion, then put the meat cut into pieces about 2-3 cm into the bowl to the onion and cut it further. Add salt, pepper, egg (if necessary). All-ready whipped mince. If I have thought of manti, then I knead the dough on the combine, though not quite tight, but then you can manually knead a little flour into it. It's really fast. I have never done manti or pasties so often before.
A lot of this class has already been written about the cube cutter. Now, in the harvesting season, in lecho diced carrots. The fact that there is not enough medium grater is so used. For soups and main courses I rub everything with straws. And most importantly, I learned to do without a pan grater. I do this: first I rub the potatoes on a fine grater, then insert (without pulling out the potatoes) a utility knife and chop the already grated potatoes. All the mass for potato pancakes is ready. And the fact that having this harvester I often have shortbread cookies ready for dinner for my husband's arrival, so it's all for nothing.
Having a multicooker, a bread machine and a harvester for me Bosch MCM 68885 in priority. Very nice design, compact, handy bag for storing all attachments, easy to clean. Maybe I haven't finished telling yet, ask.

degteva tell me, does the whisk beat whites, sour cream with sugar well?
degteva
Good morning! I did not whip sour cream with sugar, since I always use village sour cream for cream, and it whips very easily and quickly, so I use a mixer - wash less and spread the cream on the dishes. The protein is whipped perfectly, I even tried whipping the protein custard.

Thanks for the answer!
And the julienne grater is the same as that of all boshes, not bad?
degteva
Greetings! A julienne grater, as I believe, is a grater for Asian dishes, that is, straws. When I rubbed it for the first time, I was frightened by the fact that the combine was "hitting", the whole thing was shaking.Well, firstly, it turned out that I put the grater on the blunt side, and secondly, I got used to some noise and perceived it properly, because the teeth of the grater themselves are not as sharp as on the shredder. The straw is normal. If you need a long one, then you need to lay down the carrots, not put them (if you understand?). Beautiful straws - made carrots in Korean, not to mention cutting into the first and second courses. In general, I listened to the work of the combine for the first week, and then I decided there was nothing to shake over it - while it was necessary to use it to the full extent under warranty. So I use a grater for Asian dishes most often.
Aina
Finally, my Bosch came to me!
First of all, I checked the julienne grater, it really bothered me because everyone did not like it. The results made me very, very happy! Why can't many people get a straw, I don't know, here is a photo of carrots on a julienne grater, next to potatoes (just for experiment), straws like straws

Next I tested the shredder on katoshka and onions, everything is fine, beyond praise !!!
Potato 3mm (you can safely fry) and 1mm (ideal for chips if someone wants to make)

Onion 3mm (great for frying and stewing) and 1mm (ideal for salad)

Aina , Congratulations! Can you measure it in height ???

Did you shred the carrots perfectly, but the waste remains? For Korean it will do. We are waiting for the continuation.

Finally, my Bosch came to me!
I join in the congratulations! Although I myself am still friends with Cubix. I think that by the summer, maybe, buy the 2nd combine, as a dough mixer. We are waiting for a report on how your dough will be kneaded! And we will be combiners twice. I understand that all nozzles from Kubiks fit Bosch MCM 68885. And we are waiting for the height.
Kalinka 777
Ain, congratulations! Now you will have a great assistant in your kitchen, I think you will not be disappointed in Boshik.
Alenky
Aina !!! Congratulations, I chose a vegetable cutter so modestly: girl_red: And I immediately bought a Combine! Well done! And I rubbed everything so well, okay !!! At what speed did you rub? And the price, if not a secret, how much?
Aina
Girls, thank you all very much for the congratulations, I am really very happy
I don't know which topic to unsubscribe, I'll copy it here:
I also really wanted Cubix at first and still think it is a great option! It's just that I managed to take this harvester for $ 200, and the cube costs 160 + I really wanted a julienne grater and a whisk, but it would have come out somewhere the same, that's all the math
This one is more compact, not much of course, but still. Power for shredders-slices does not play a role at all, but for kneading-beaters it is very even. And back in 68885 NOT ONLY PULSE mode, as you might think, there are about 4 speeds (they just are not labeled) + Pulse mode (I don't know what it is yet) + "M" mode (this is just a pulse, the handle is back)
I haven't whipped the squirrels yet, but I whipped the sour cream 20% today, I won't say that it was super fast, but still it was whipped and pretty good. just 20% I practically did not whip with an ordinary mixer, only the sugar broke, and here it is fluffy
I will gladly answer all questions and continue the test drive.
At a height of about 30 cm without a "throat" + 10 cm throat with a pusher, tomorrow I will accurately measure. The plastic is light gray, at first it upset me a little, I somehow got used to the little white one, and this one seems to be dirty, and then I rubbed the carrot and realized that the gray one is very practical, so everything is thought out

Waste is probably the same for everyone
He only lives with me for one day, I will try to photograph and exhibit everything, because I myself had so many questions and I wanted to see everything with my own eyes. I will definitely take a photo of the waste

When you set the speed selector to PULSE, the combine starts to operate at its highest speed, periodically stopping and starting on its own. It is written that it is suitable for milk cocktails in a blender.

Believe it or not, I still want a Philips vegetable cutter, so to speak, out of old friendship
Turla at the very minimum (so in the instructions!), And ordered in Lviv through a new mail for 1611 UAH.

It is clear, otherwise I started for the maximum and he stopped (I thought overheated). This is an impulse "M" type, just do not stand and twist.

Take him to you further. Mine is from Poland, they even forgot to lay out the Polish warranty card. The assembly is Slovenia, and they are being taken to us in Lviv through Poland, there is, after all, a stone's throw. But in the Kiev official online stores UAH 2,400, that is, $ 300. At first I was very worried that he was somehow cheap, but my husband said that it was okay and told a possible scheme

That's right. Moreover, it is interesting. In St. Petersburg you can find it cheaper. And we only have 2 stores: Eldarodo and MVideo. Wherever the antimonopoly committee looks.

As I understand it, it will not be popular as long as the cube is alive, since the last one tested and cost is pleasant
Omela
Yes, but this one suits me better in size. Only because of this.

Well, I'll tell you, it's not small. It is quite tall and "deep", that is, outwardly compact, and it took up a lot of space, at least it seemed to me that it was smaller
Omela
Therefore, I'm waiting for the size. It passes at a height of 40 cm.

Aina, congratulations on your purchase! I read your rave reviews and am glad for you, for your justified hopes.

While I'm mastering KM Kenwood, I'm trying to make friends with induction. Sometimes I take out Boshik and use it, I don't have much space in my kitchen, but I want everything and a lot. I will go to Temka.

And yesterday I couldn’t stand it anymore and tried it, only the camera down was discharged, so I didn’t capture it.
I figured it out with this nozzle so far, and then I took it off and put it in several times and it seemed like I got used to it.
The cubes are wonderful (although I tried only raw potatoes, carrots, onions), and immediately cooked a small soup cubes. The beauty!
Only undercuts remain, but I think so for everyone

Wow! And why do you need two such units at once, they probably have a bunch of similar functions?

I like Kenwood as a kneader and mixer, I bought a meat grinder for it, a dough sheeter, a noodle cutter, a high-speed grater, all the same, these units are different. I have a passion for combines, blenders and all kinds of graters (I still have Magimix, Thermomix, etc.) Soon they will kick me out of the house along with my units, I received the last warning::

Thank you very much! In general, $ 200 is not expensive at all. I will measure my kitchen at home for your exact measurements. Sour cream is really interesting, and how much was it whipped? And we are waiting for further successes and reports on them! Does plastic seem to wash just as well? Here I am interested in puff pastry, in general, in normal life they chop it with a knife (I chop at home with a special cutter, as for cabbage). I wonder how it will turn out. And in general, the dough mixer is very interesting. So happy cooking for you. And great pictures! Thank you.
Kalinka 777
Astrologina, there is a video from Yulia Vysotskaya, where she is in the program Eat at Home, makes puff pastry in this combine, everything turned out great for her. Impressed by this video, I bought myself this Boshik

Omela! Clear! Thank you! And this Boshik is very normal (y) Slicing and grating (y) Cube 5529 too
Omela
Yes, normal cutting .. and outwardly I like it more than 5529 and fits .. the current price is not humane.

3 mm. First, the onion and garlic together, threw it into a cartoon and fried in oil, then straight round uncut potatoes, also in plump slices, threw them to the onion with garlic, salt, mixed, 20 minutes. baking + mixed + 20min baking = husband is happy It turns out stewed-in places-fried potato something. Clean and tasty
If you shred for frying in a frying pan, I think you need to cut it into halves / quarters and one more ... one nuance, probably many people know it, but I am still a pioneer for myself in everything: so that the combine does not "comb" and does not make porridge from products, you need to load when inSwhen the harvester is turned on, and then push through the products themselves, and without a break, so that you do not run at idle, when you throw it when it is turned on and do not push it, it combes the shavings
Alenky
Yes, it is more compact, and a new knife, and a whisk have been added, and power, and a julienne disc is already included! In general, combined!
