The recipe is super! baked in its HP, weight 1kg, medium crust. from changes))) instead of kefir, homemade yogurt + sour cream residues. kolobok-perfect, didn't even interfere. baking time on my pr-me-3h10min))) baked perfectly, the roof is beautiful. unfortunately, while my photographer came home from work, there is nothing to photograph. there is a crust left! The husband even brought a jar of jam from the basement on this occasion (this despite the fact that there are remnants of cakes, a whole vase of sweets), and this is more than praise! for him, white bread + a thick layer of butter + jam, and on top of it, put some sugar on top and no cakes!
