Ingredients

Egg 1 PC.
Refined vegetable oil 1.5 st. l.
Butter 20g.
Sugar 1 st. l.
Salt 1.5h l.
Wheat flour 550g.
Dry yeast 1.5h l.
Kefir 300g.

Cooking method

I give a recipe for VERY tasty white bread. The crust is soft (those with crust problems) and browns as you wish. This recipe was adapted for a bread machine, such bread is baked in the villages in the oven.
Heat the kefir and egg until warm, pour into the bucket of a bread machine.
Further, vegetable oil, softened butter.
Top with flour, salt, sugar in different corners.
Yeast in the middle into a depression.
Mode 1. Basic, weight 900g, light crust.

Hello everybody! I baked four times, and only on the 5th came the bread that was needed. Bork stove. The standard recipe is no good.
Obviously these are the features of the stove.Here is the recipe for the order of laying in the oven:
1.water 100 ml.
2.milk 200 ml. (slightly above room temperature)
3. dry yeast 2 small. measures. lies. (melt in warm milk and hold for 5 minutes)
4. margarine "crumpet" 60g. (melt)
5.salt 1 tsp. without slide
6.Sugar 1 tsp.
7. Mix everything in one cup, stir, pour into the oven.
8.Sift flour (makfa) 400g. fall asleep.
Incl. mode number 2. Cor. average. Cooking time 3.32
Let stand for another 15-20 minutes.
Can be taken out.

I also have x. p. BORK. I am very happy (apart from the recipe book). But according to their recipes, if yeast is good bread always turns out. Try my recipe: 200ml (measuring cup from c. P) milk (room temperature), 1 egg, 2h. l. salt (no top), 2 tbsp. l. sugar (no top), 30g. butter or margarine (2 tablespoons), 3 cups (200 grams) wheat flour, 1 tsp. yeast (Saf moment for baking bread). Basic program (3 hours). I bake in a round form, it mixes better in it. Look. to make a bun, if the dough is liquid, add a little flour. When the bun is kneaded, I always add a little refined sunflower oil on top. Bon Appetit. I have a photo, but I cannot add yet (I will learn how to add).
