Ingredients

Wheat flour 250 g
Rye flour 150 g
Dry instant yeast 3 g
Serum 200 g
Water 65 g
Salt 6 g
Maltose molasses 10 g
Vegetable oil (I have dark sesame) 10 g
Prunes 6 pcs

Cooking method

  • Put all the ingredients (except for prunes) in the HP bucket according to the instructions for your HP. At first I have liquid ones. Switch on the kneading of any program for 1-2 minutes until a soft sticky bun is formed. Turn off HP and leave for 30 minutes.
  • Then switch on program No. 2 "Wholemeal bread (time 3h 32min), weight 750 g, medium crust. Add chopped prunes at the signal.
