Ingredients

yeast 1 teaspoon
sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
Rye flour 250 gr.
wheat flour 250 gr. + 3 tbsp. spoons
egg 1 PC.
dry kvass concentrate 2 tbsp. spoons
water 300 gr.
Apple vinegar 3 tbsp. spoons
sunflower oil 2 tbsp. spoons
salt 1.5 teaspoons. spoons
wheat bran 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Dry kvass concentrate 2 tbsp. l. pour 300 ml of hot water, wait until it is infused and cools down a little. Then put the bread machine in a bucket. Sugar can be reduced if you don't like sweetish bread. All ingredients are added in the order indicated in the instructions - first liquid, then dry. The bread is very tasty, with a pronounced taste of rye bread.
