The old car is loose, cannot be repaired, and it is 25-30 years old. Based on your experience, I'm waiting for advice on what is better to buy. I want an automatic or semi-automatic!

I took the machine gun last year, I'm happy. My old (my mother’s dowry) covered herself, don’t worry, take the machine gun.
Rem
More specifically, I would like. They differ a little even in the device

Indeed, I would like more reviews. Mom has an automatic machine, but it does not press the lid very tightly and you have to tighten it a couple of times as usual. True, it was bought 10 years ago. Maybe modern ones will be more reliable?

A friend's machine was made at some kind of defense plant, they will not get enough of it. But since the packaging box has not been preserved, the plant is not known

My typewriter can already be classified as a rarity. She is still my parental Although it works, I want something modern. Enlighten who has such a modern miracle that it would roll

Summer resident, I can recommend the machine of the Kremenchutsk plant. The principle of operation is as follows: clockwise until it stops, then in the opposite direction also until it stops. And that's it! The beauty! no grinding on glass! we have 55 UAH. If you need more details, I will take a photo at home and display it. By the way, I have already bought my mothers with such machines, so they are surprised now how they used to live without such a thing

Jars with screw caps. Already at all bazaars in Kiev are sold !!!
Lissa
You can even buy spare lids for such jars.

Want. Or tell me where they bought in Kharkov. I often go there or I have Kharkiv residents

I bought a seaming machine Kremenchug in Kiev. It costs the same.
Jefry
And I bought myself the same one in our market this year and for the same amount. The most pleasant impressions. But I adjusted it a bit anyway. But these are the wines of modern foil lids. Now there is a little rattle on the glass, but this morning I still had to walk through the bottles rolled up yesterday. Almost all the banks were poisoned together. I took a closer look - the pressure pulled the lid inside the can and the edge came off, and the rubber bands are not really rubber bands, apparently.
Rem
This is bad, why such a semiautomatic device, if then just look, defectively closed or the norm. Ancient rolled-100, I was sure. I want, the main thing is reliability!
On the Internet they write that semiautomatic devices are of two systems: 1-snail, 2-screw. But this is theory, I ask, who actually worked. Can anyone compare these 2 systems and recommend. Or maybe even better (better) roll up the machine? And there are such.
miss nich
By the way, I found a box from the machine. Made in Kremenchug, screwing up to the stop and back. During the year of use, there were no problems with more than one bank. I preserve a lot, so I'm very happy with the simplification.

Please note that it is exactly the same as in the photo. With a hologram. And the most important thing is that the roller axis must be steel. I saw exactly the same in appearance, but with a silumin roller sleeve. It is not good...

I also found information: there is a third type of seaming-crimping machines. There are 2 handles sticking up in it. Put it on the lid, which is already on the can, and let it down. The lid and crimped.
So think about which system is more reliable! There are very few discussions of cars on the forums, and the owners of different systems cannot be brought together for discussion in order to get the result, the right choice ...

Here I just have one. She's probably four years old. I really like it, one or two and it's done. But somewhere I heard that their service life is not long.
Rem
I do not check, I do not trust. Today, in the market and in stores, he tortured sellers, twisted cars personally. The conclusion of the people that Kremenchug is the best in Ukraine, I confirm. They were in three points on the market, and in the rest either other factories or have already been dismantled. I took the penultimate one. The seller says there was a box. What I especially liked when I rolled up the can, there is no need to turn it back several times, just pull the handle back
Rem
Pull the handle back and down, remove. At home I checked on a can of water, super.
And I read the instructions for the crimp, it is written, guaranteed, it is calculated to close 90 cans. I don’t know the reason.
Therefore, I advise you to take Kremenchug. But she is the most expensive. I took for 60. Elsewhere they asked for 70.
All!
Luysia
I have been using a seaming machine made in Kremenchug for more than 10 years!

If the quality remains the same, then it will have time to bother you before it breaks!
Pekar
Today we also bought a semiautomatic machine on the market :-). Close it all the way, then unscrew it. We closed the first four banks - everything is super :-)

I have such a ball, it is considered an automatic machine. Really very convenient and fast, but unfortunately after a couple of years it somehow began to close well every other time - which is not good. Many praise Kremenchug. I also bought this year, it seems so far nothing. But look very closely, because the Chinese are already counterfeiting. In Odessa, we already have several types of fakes at first glance, you cannot tell at all. Make sure that on the hologram the word Kremenchug is not written in large letters and without errors, in Chinese with large letters and with an error. The letter K is well-convex at the top. At the top, the black handle should not split into 2 halves (upper and lower). In Chinese, the lower half is separated, Well, be sure to check how the lid is screwed on before buying.
Siberian
I have both types of seamers - regular and crimp (for the "lazy"). Recently - about 5 years - I only use crimp. Everything is fine, there were no punctures, I'm happy. True, I squeeze the lid not once, but 2.
plyushkin
I also have an automatic machine in the bins, but somehow we did not have a good relationship with it ... After reading the reviews in this Temka, I took it out, tried to squeeze the lid. Firstly, without decent muscles, nothing happened from the first squeeze. Rotating the jar with the lid, I pressed the handle several times all the way until it fell down with ease. But my experiment continued. With a semiautomatic machine, I nevertheless tightened two or three turns to the very stop! I went to work with a feeling of satisfaction. In the evening I will set up an experiment with a filled can, but in the excitement I did not realize to fill it with something
Rem
Kremenchuk is for Ukraine and for Ukrainian guests, if a car is bought here. And so in Russia it makes many factories, and in Belarus its own factories. There you need to look for your quality.
Even in Kremenchug, as probably in any (semi-automatic), there is an adjustment. TE Plus - minus 0.3 mm can be adjusted so that it rolls up securely, but the edge of the glass on the can is not crushed.
kipitka
I decided to buy a seaming machine. Where in Kiev can you buy the vaunted Kremenchug production? Tell me, otherwise all the jars with screw caps are running out, but the usual ones are still there)))
Elenka
I had a Vinnitsa semiautomatic device. I worked without problems for 1 season, but the second - it began to break down, then it jammed, then it got loose somehow. The husband repaired ... then he began to repair after each cover.
I bought Kremenchug. I like it so far.
Lenusya
Today I bought myself a semi-automatic machine from Kremenchug, it turns out that we sell them everywhere. The issue price is 300-350 rubles. I'll try it today.

Girls and boys! SOS! Does anyone have a manual for a typewriter (made in Kremenchug)?
LenaV07
I remember that it described how to adjust the machine ... Type 1-82 lid machine. Or can you tell me how to adjust it? Sonny, damn it, played around and it looks like the quality of work has now suffered. I want to try to adjust.
Jefry
LenaV07, found the instruction. The adjustment is very simple. You need to remove the small black cap above the roller and slightly unscrew the bolt. Well, the one holding the roller. Then install the key on a normally rolled can and turn the handle clockwise until it stops. Slide the roller until it contacts the cover and tighten the bolt. If you have a vernier caliper, then you can set a distance of 82.6 mm in this position with a tolerance of +0.3 mm. This is from the inner edge of the disc to the edge of the roller.
МЗП1-2 are mayonnaise jars, probably. There this size is 57.6 mm.
Agata
LenaV07, keep, only quality ..., because the machine itself was wrapped in this manual, oiled with machine oil, but we tried to give it a readable look

Measured mine. I have 82.2 mm! Liter ones rolls up perfectly, and on three-liter ones it comes a little to the glass, so I'm a little under-twisting ...
LenaV07
I can't help but share ...
While I was throwing everyone I could with questions about the instructions for the seaming machine, I decided, just in case, to write to the manufacturer of these machines, in Kremenchug, and cry to them that the instructions were lost and maybe they could send me a copy of it for soap. I wrote this, just in case, being sure that no one would send anything or even answer. The plant is not small, they produce road cars, monsters are like that ... And can you imagine my condition when I saw their answer with instructions in my mail? I'm in SHOCK ... And it's nice to what ... I wrote them my own and all sorts of wishes ... That's a trifle, but what a pleasure ...
Kamusik
Oh, how I love our forum - well, you can find out everything here !!! I accidentally wandered into this Temko, but it turns out that I really need it. The machine rattled off the season (last year) normally, but this year it does not want to. Since my husband is now on a business trip, she went and bought another one (I don't know the original or an analogue), but the toad presses to throw out the old one ... In short, her little video turned out to be very low for some reason, or this thing that covers the lid -high, I don't know which of them went where. What to do - let her wait for her husband or send her to the garden right away? IMHO, Jefry knows the answers to all questions!
LenaV07

Do you need instructions? If anything, whistle, I have them now like that shoe polish ...

I decided to write about my seamer, it is, of course, not the season for working with it, but it is inexorably approaching. It didn't work out for me with manual roll-ups, maybe because I didn't come across a high-quality tool. And such a machine as here is praised from the city of Kremenchug, and in general I saw only on the forum. I try to use twisting cans and lids whenever possible. But sometimes you need to roll up ordinary cans. For five years, for sure, and perhaps more I use the so-called. a crimping machine, or, as it is also called, an automatic machine. I am very pleased with her and am not going to change to another model. I would like to tell a little about it, because for myself I have developed several rules for using it. I clamp the can not once, but 3-4 times, turning the can. What for? I don't know myself, probably for a safety net!
Seamer - Recommend
I studied my seamer, it seems to me, up and down. The very first one disassembled, sorted out, lubricated. In my opinion, their main disease is rust. Therefore, for myself, I established such a rule: never, while working with it, do not put it as here in the picture. We work with hot cans and condensation almost always forms on the machine. And the machine standing like this does not allow it to evaporate and dry freely. First of all, the spring suffers - the spring rusts (it is in the figure under the number 1) and can no longer clamp the cover as before. This trouble, however, is fixable ...
Seamer - Recommend
The spring can be taken out (there is still an elastic wire inside it), cleaned from rust, dried, possibly lubricated and installed in place. Parts under the number 2 also sometimes suffer from rust, I call them petals ... From rust, they can move from their places, which makes rolling impossible, but this is also fixable, they are removed, cleaned and installed in place. But such a problem with petals is possible on such machines, where the gap (number 3 in the figure) is practically absent. Here in the photo each petal lies, as it were, in its own separate "pocket", which makes displacement impossible. This is either an improved model or another manufacturing plant (to my shame, I never looked at the manufacturer). If you have a choice, then you need to take such a machine, where the petals sit about half their size, each in its own "pocket". The same machine, where they cling almost only to the edge, runs the risk of failing faster.
I am diligently engaged in the prevention of rust, I do not put the typewriter during operation as described above (photo 1), but I put it on the barrel (as in the second photo), after work I wipe it, if possible, dry from condensation.
I hope this writing of mine will be useful to someone!
lusya.czk.c
very helpful tips on the forum, THANKS! I will write about my experience. The seaming machine of the Kremenchuzh plant is really very high quality and convenient, but it’s time for it too ... I’m spinning the top of it ... I bought one like URALOCHKA. Cool too! but I was not happy for long, either the lids were bullshit, or it came to an end so quickly, but then the air sucks from the already sealed cans (I start to correct the old Kremenchuzh woman), then the dent-hall makes such a big dent in one place, which is immediately thrown out and on a new twist! I bought it with a snail - I didn't even spin an empty can - I immediately took it back to the store, thanks to a friend the seller accepted. I decided to go shopping with a can and a lid. I have a carriage of screw cans (my family is engaged in packaging), but they are not suitable for all recipes. Tested !!!
mur_myau
Now I began to preserve in the airfryer, because the new seamer quickly broke down.

When moving, they gave away the old seaming system, still Soviet. There were reusable steel lids, edge crimps, and a locking machine. As a result, there was no need to buy covers. Only new rubber gaskets under the covers are needed and that's it.

If someone has met such a seamer, let me know !!!
Pysi4ka
Tell me please. Mom gave the machine an automatic machine with two handles (crimp). Yesterday I rolled up zucchini caviar, the machine rolled it up, but left, as it were, tucks on the lid. I saw how they close the seaming machines, everything is smooth there, but here it is not clear what. When turning over, the caviar did not flow out, well, it is clear, the caviar is not liquid. But doubts arise whether the bank will survive at least until the summer ... Has anyone encountered such a problem? Maybe this is the norm?
uralochka
Yes, this is the norm for this type of machine. I just try to squeeze more than once. She squeezed, let go, turned the can, squeezed again. And so 2-3 times.Zucchini caviar is a secret for me. Its safety, in my opinion, depends more on compliance with the cooking technology, it is important to observe the cooking time. Cucumbers-tomatoes-salads for many years I "twist" only with such a crimping machine. Everything is going well. Good luck to you!
Pysi4ka
I gave the machine back to my mother, the lid on the can was swollen, although it squeezed 5 times

Girls, who are from Ukraine, help me to buy a "Click" key with a bearing (I think it is called MZA) produced by LLC "Prodmash" in Cherkassy. We do not sell such in Russia - I really want to buy myself and my mother. Like this:

Principles of operation of MZA - a machine is applied to the prepared jar with a lid. Rotate the seamer counterclockwise until it clicks (6-7 turns). Remove the seamer from the can. The machine is ready to roll the next can.

HELP!!! the old seamer is out of order. I bought a new one - "Kremenchug" semiautomatic device. after sealing the jam, I put the jars on the lid - small bubbles come from under it, forming foam from above ((. as far as I understood, the lid closed the jar leakingly. repeated the procedure with the lids of another company - the same joke. changed the seamer in the store - air again comes in almost half of the swirled jars. borrowed the seaming from a neighbor - again the same story.
I can't understand the reason for what is happening. what else could be wrong. whole jars. there are elastic bands in the lids. judging by the reviews and the price - "Kremenchug" is a good machine.
Thanks in advance for your constructive advice.
uralochka
Try to completely change the covers. That is, to buy in a completely different place and of a different kind ... Perhaps the whole batch is defective and the problem is still in them ... Or banks ... I came across non-standard, at first glance indistinguishable from "normal", but with less diameter ...
Tatianaz
uralochka, thanks for your participation. caps "generous pan" - Kherson, "for home, for family" - Odessa, st. imported, "gospodarochka" - Odessa, st. Grushevsky. I use banks from year to year. I check for gaps on the neck. I even marked on the jar and lid where the air had come in, opened the jars and nothing (. I just don't know what other reasons there might be.
