Potato salad with herbs and yogurt

potatoes (boiled) - 6 pcs.
dill, parsley - to taste
green onions - 1/2 bunch
mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
yogurt - 4 tbsp. l.
lemon - 1 pc.
mint (dry) - to taste
red pepper (ground) - to taste
salt to taste.

Peel the boiled potatoes in their skins, cut into small cubes. Chop the dill, onion, parsley finely and sprinkle the potatoes with herbs. Stir gently, pour in some vegetable oil, lemon juice and salt.

Transfer the potatoes to a dish and pour over the mayonnaise and yogurt mixture. Top with mint and red pepper.
