Strawberry rafaello

Ingredients

cottage cheese 200-250 gr.
eggs 2 pcs.
sugar 3-4 tbsp. spoons
salt pinch
butter 30 gr.
flour 2/3 cup
coconut flakes 2 packs of 40 grams
Strawberry taste
powdered sugar optional

Cooking method

  • Recently I saw on the Internet this version of lazy dumplings. I thought it would be nice to bring them to the forum.
  • The dish is simple, tasty and light. It will also work in hot weather.
  • So:
  • Punch cottage cheese with sugar, eggs, butter using a blender.
  • Strawberry rafaello
  • It turns out this air mass:
  • Strawberry rafaello
  • We introduce salt and flour. Flour is different for everyone and cottage cheese is also different in moisture. So see for yourself. The mass should be so thick that it can already be scooped up with your fingers, but not overly steep.
  • Strawberry rafaello
  • The original recipe was given 1 glass of flour, but for my cottage cheese, that would be too cool.
  • We spread the pieces of mass on a floured surface, crush into a cake. Place a strawberry on each cake and form a ball with a strawberry in the middle. Dip the ball in flour.
  • Strawberry rafaello
  • Strawberry rafaello
  • Dip the balls in slightly boiling water and cook for no more than 3 minutes. If you overexpose, they will become rough, and the strawberries will suffer. And so it remains fresh.
  • Strawberry rafaello
  • Catch the balls with a slotted spoon, let them drain a little and roll them in coconut chips. Anyone who loves very sweet can combine shavings with powdered sugar or sugar. But I'm so sweet.
  • Strawberry rafaello
  • Serve with strawberries, sour cream and enjoy!

Lena! Beauty is your "Rafaello" dumplings! But I saw such in some magazine - I also paid special attention to them and thought that it must be very tasty!
Only they were called dumplings or dumplings ... And you so cleverly turned them into "Rafaello" - bravo!

Thank you! Although the idea is not mine. They were already called that. In general, it is tasty and not stressful. Not much longer than regular lazy dumplings to do.

Lenochka and I really like it. You can do this with any berry? Great! I will definitely cook it!

Girls, thanks.

You can do it with any tender berry. And yes - children like this design. My little one touched both cheeks.

It's not the season for strawberries, so I made it with frozen blueberries. She made the dough thinner, molded with wet hands. I didn't roll it in shavings - I don't have it, but it's already delicious. A very interesting texture turned out - the outside of the "Raphael" is soft, but dense, and inside (apparently, from blueberry juice), watery. Such an ochuchenie that the berry inside the dumpling is poured with sauce.
I put in half the sugar (it suddenly turned out that there was no sugar in the house), but it was delicious for me. Daughter with a sweet tooth is not sweet. So the recipe is designed for a sweet tooth.
If someone will make from frozen berries - do not defrost. Frozen is better formed, and during cooking it has time to "move away".
Thanks for the great recipe!
