Curd cake (well, very quick)

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 300 g
Butter or good margarine 150 g
Sugar 1 glass
Soda 0.5 tsp
wheat flour 2 glasses
chicken egg 3 pcs
vanillin pinch

Cooking method

  • Do not throw your slippers at me, but I did not find this most wonderful, delicious pie on the forum! Here are 2 tests:
  • 1. Butter, of course, it is better to take butter, mix with flour, 0.5 cups of sugar and soda. The result is a crumb - small and oily.
  • 2. Mix eggs + remaining sugar + vanillin + cottage cheese with a whisk or fork.
  • All. the dough is ready.
  • Pour most of it into the mold, one might say 2/3 of the crumbs. Pour the curd dough on top. Then again the crumb, sprinkle all over the top. All we bake. I have 200 degrees with convection. min 30-35. Closer to the end, we look in, check that the sides are not burnt. Give, cut into pieces and - ENJOY! Very tasty, madly in love with children and husband. I always make a double portion! I bake in a glass form, I do not grease it with anything.
