Elena S.
Good evening!
All over the Internet I was looking for a forum about HP)))) Finally I found it! Because I read your posts, I feel that you are already professionals in your field, so I ask you for advice, help, what I am doing wrong.
We have HP brand LG HB-1001CJ. I tried to bake bread twice and failed twice, it’s a shame to tears. I asked an employee at work (she brings fluffy, fragrant, toasty bread), and twice I get none - sticky, low, does not rise at all, pale ... I follow strictly according to the instructions! as it says - first water, flour and yeast. But it was just my employee who knocked me off my pantalyk .... She said that she puts yeast, flour and water at the end first! I understand that everything may depend on HP, but maybe someone knows from my model what? I take it strictly according to the instructions - no more, no less. The flour and yeast are fresh, the water is warm, if anyone thinks that I do not follow the technology. But what am I doing wrong? Maybe you really need to put yeast first ???
Help me please. It's just some kind of despair. And it's a pity to translate products.
Rita
We have a topic about LV bread makers https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1139.280... Better ask there.
You are doing the right product bookmark. Instructions often sin with wrong recipes, so it's better to use proven recipes from the forum and "read the kolobok rule"

In my opinion, the most reliable (for a beginner) recipes from the instructions are French and table. Better to start with them. Do not be tempted by the exotic in the "fast" mode yet. And read, read the forum ....
Everything will work out, do not despair!

Thank you Rita! Now I'll go to the link, I just didn't know where to write about my request)))

Lena, there is no need to despair. Here are links to "fish", or rather, bread places of our forum

If you are having problems baking bread in a bread maker, see the section
Helpful hints and help in baking bread.
Study, please
UNDERSTANDING BREAD IN HOMEMADE BREAD,
paying particular attention
To the kolobok rule

As you have already been told, do not be tempted by exotic recipes or a "quick" program. Master the simplest white wheat bread on the main program. Believe me, you will succeed!

Masha, you will not believe - but I just started my experiments with French))) We were waiting for the whole family when these 4 hours pass to eat delicious bread, and alas!

Thank you for your wishes! I myself want to believe that it will work out)))

Thank you so much for the links !!! Now I will go to study and figure out what I am doing wrong.
And at the very beginning I chose the simplest recipe - French, but as I already wrote, such a misunderstanding happened ...
Thank you very much for your optimistic wishes, I hope that it will turn out well.

and what do they write about it in the instructions? there are no recommendations at all? I would be guided by the cooking time of a particular ingredient (meat, peas, potatoes). read more what they write here:https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=45537.0.
you can specifically address the girls in a personal message .. BUBU seems to have a unit ...
