Cooking method

  • There was a piece of beef, rather tough meat. I decided to give the multicooker a rest and make this meat in the pressure cooker. At first, I just turned on the time for 6 minutes - I put the lid aside. I poured oil, poured chopped onion and a couple of slices of (chopped) garlic and fried a little, by the way, the saucepan began to sizzle after 3 minutes. Then, when I decided that it was time to lay the meat, I threw it there, it was cut into long pieces, like goulash (probably)) )) Well, after mixing the meat, I also threw in there hot seasoning for the meat, and mixed it again, then salt it a little, but I needed more salt all the same (I was afraid to salt it more because of the seasoning.)
  • Then I poured some water and ... decided to check the Beef program. I put the lid on, turned it on, and after what time - well, as expected, the saucepan was under pressure. After 20-25 minutes, she squeaked, I turned it off, and after 5-8 minutes I came up and carefully turned the valve. Steam came out, then I opened it.
  • The meat just melted in your mouth ...
  • I think that in the cartoon I did not achieve such an effect, there probably by Probush, you will decide that it is enough and turn it off, and then the lid is under pressure, you won't open it and you won't try, you can of course turn off the program, and if it is not ready ... again .. so it is better to wait for the signal of readiness - and the result just made me happy! Fair!!! I didn't expect ... So multi has a nice girlfriend !!!
