I baked it again. This time I let it stand for half an hour, the dough became so bubbly and airy !!! It went off the paper with a bang, I didn't even have to pick it up with a spatula. True, I thought there was not enough dough for the last cake, I smeared it very thinly and the edges were a little fried. There were 2 cherry layers (one according to the recipe "secret layer", the second in a blender grinded cherries with sugar, boiled a little and added a teaspoon of starch so that it was not completely liquid) and sour cream custard. The cream could have been made more, I made a note to myself, but it was still very tasty !!!
Since I tried to wrap the cake with mastic for the first time, I also coated it with butter + chocolate. In general, I liked this composition more than with bananas, due to the slight sourness.

The glaze was made according to the recipe, very beautiful, but there was not enough for the sides. I covered it with the rest of the cream (cream + powder) and sprinkled with coconut. The inscription is white chocolate + a little cream 20%. If anything, I'm a loser in cakes))) I haven't tried it myself (I'm on a diet now), but mine said it's delicious.

I baked this wonderful cake on NG. I made 2 shoko cakes, as it was advised, I took alcoholized cocoa and diluted it with boiled water to a pasty state and added it to the dough, mixed well .. The dough is made quickly and without a mixer)) I left it alone for 20 minutes, drew circles 22 cm .. Weighed condensed milk, it turned out to be only 350g .... As the forum advised, I added 50 grams of sour cream ... All the cakes were removed perfectly .. For the cream I took cream + sour cream + sugar. powder. I put cherries on shokokorzhi ... The cake is just awesome !!! Everyone liked it very much, soaked it perfectly, it turned out 2 shokokorzh and 5 white ones)
