And "White City" 33% can also be churned into butter. It seems to me that any heavy cream can be "spilled" to butter, if only they are not "plastic". I call everything frankly unnatural plastic. Although I don't think Petmol is natural, I doubt it.
I also noticed that the closer to the end of the shelf life, the higher the probability of an oil outcome. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's how it was with me.

It is very easy to whip natural cream into butter .. if you just blinked the moment, then everything is already butter ... Therefore, we dish carefully when whipping .. You need to cool the bowl and whisk well before whipping! I put them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. The cream is whipped in about five minutes, no longer ..
