I put 1kg250g of whipped cream on 700 g of cakes (there are 11 of them). Each biscuit, I slightly moistened with impregnation. Impregnation took 90 gr. The cake also contained 450g cherry confit.
All biscuits were properly baked and not overdried.
Feedback from the client that there is not enough cream between the biscuits, the cake is dry.
