Milk girl cake

Ingredients

Cakes:
Eggs 2 pcs.
Condensed milk 1 can (400 g)
Flour 1 tbsp. (150-160g)
Baking powder 15 g
Cream:
Cream 35% 400 ml
Powdered sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Cream fixer (optional)
Glaze:
Butter 80 g
Sugar 5 tbsp. l.
Cocoa 3 tbsp. l.
Milk 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cakes:
  • Eggs (beat lightly), add condensed milk, mix and add sifted flour mixed with baking powder. The dough should be slightly thicker than the pancakes.
  • Take 5 sheets of baking paper. Draw a circle with a diameter of 26 cm on each sheet (I had 24 cm circles). Put 2 tbsp on each circle. l. with a slide of dough and spread thinly in a circle.
  • Milk girl cake
  • Bake at 2000From minutes 5. Take out the finished cake on the wire rack and immediately remove the paper.
  • Cream:
  • Whip cold cream with powdered sugar, or with a cream fixer, grease the cakes.
  • Leave to soak.
  • Assembly:
  • The author recommends to grease all the cakes with cream, except for the top one, and cover the whole cake with icing.
  • Glaze:
  • Mix all ingredients well and bring to a boil.

I also came across a recipe in an old book - an exact copy of the "milk girl", and even baked with thin cakes, and poured with icing on top, only 100 g of margarine is added to the recipe for all the above ingredients, which also makes sense for those who are not afraid extra calories

Since Soviet times, I also have a bunch of recipes in my notebook, where one cake is baked with condensed milk, but the structure is no longer the same. After all, even sour cream in cream no longer gives that subtle note of lightness and airiness that natural cream gives, although I don’t argue with it (with sour cream), I even support it, for lack of cream.
