I put a weight on top (pancake from a dumbbell) in a pot (cream cream + sour cream + lemon juice, layer - bananas). Just in the refrigerator - 5 hours. Got it - soft, in the freezer for 40 minutes. Got it pulled out of the pot, "putty" with potatoes on ganache. In the refrigerator for 1 hour. Top finish alignment with ganache. After that I covered it with mastic (SHMM) I covered it entirely from the bottom. Then she turned it over, laid a flagellum of mastic (imitation of sides) along the upper edge of the pot and covered it with another piece on top. I'm not happy with the pot - I didn't like working with this mastic (although it's good for weaving baskets) or just got used to Vizien. But nothing fell apart, customers are happy!
