Another big plus that I was ready in 4 hours, I did it strictly according to the recipe, everything turned out just like that, I didn't decorate with anything on top, only a little peanuts, I baked for the first time in a gas oven in a rented apartment, I was a little nervous with the first cake, I got used to its electric with temperature control, but here only divisions from 1 to 8 and even no light. To make the cake infuse faster, I collected it and covered it with packaging bags on top, and in the refrigerator. I always do this with a honey cake, because the child cannot wait until the night is over. It becomes soft after 4 hours. I tried it this morning, it tastes the same as it was last night. The cake is perfect for the case if you need to bake one day and eat it in the evening. In the absence of a normal oven at the moment, I decided to bake these cakes in a multicooker, but with cakes, not a biscuit. The most difficult thing was to choose a program so that the bottom would not burn, the top would be baked. The first cake was baked for prog. "Frying" for 5 minutes, the bottom was pretty brown, the top was baked too, but I decided to turn the cake over. I didn't like the result, the sticky surface of the cake instantly "fried" with a crust .. I decided to bake the second cake on "baking", baked for 7-8 minutes, the top again decided to brown it (that's why ?? I don't know ..) on "baking" it is not turned brown, but the crust formed anyway ... I decided not to turn the rest of the cakes, let them be white, but they will remain tender, as they should be. The cakes rose well. I smeared 5 mm each, but the bottom of the multi bowl is not perfectly even, the cakes are thicker at the edges, and there is a small depression in the center (and this, in my opinion, is the only drawback of baking these cakes in a multicooker!). I decided to align this hollow with some kind of filler (berries / jam / topping). The cakes are not thin, 5 pieces from this portion, 21 cm in diameter. The cake will turn out to be high. In general, I am satisfied with the result. Tomorrow I will collect the cake, so I'll post a photo of the cut later.
