Svetlana777, Sveta! Maybe a small one is less promising for sale, so the bourgeois think? And his auger is plastic? And it makes no sense to endow him with a lot of attachments?
Although, again, now new models of small ones have also appeared, and even colored ones! I don't know why little ones are always hurt ?!

In our bourgeois land, I only once, and even then a year or two ago, saw little Phillips. But this is in our area. In the neighboring ones, a different layout is possible. Although I don’t think the store is under the same brand, and therefore the assortment is the same. But big ones also disappeared from sale. Periodically appear and disappear.

and why, if you find how to buy, then in the end they are more profitable in cost than the piece Vietnamese this time ($ 17 one or 15 euros for three ?!), second and most importantly, they are original - they fit perfectly, without dancing and problems with loosening and etc. That's exactly with hair, I would definitely not risk it, okay other attachments that Phillips for some reason does not release on the baby, although there is a large choice

Light is not particularly profitable. On a large elephant in a pair of attachments, it is almost always the second - the one that is already in the basic set. And why the hell do I need her? Second penne or spaghetti? As a result, you actually pay twice as much for one that you really need.

No, they are similar there, but different. I mean, there are no overlaps in the official sets at all. How much similar nozzles are needed is also a question, of course.

Penne are not the same? And the spaghetti isn't the same? It seems like a penny. I'll go take a look.
Cifra
Scarecrow, nope, last year, in a fit of shopaholism, I bought everything that was. The spaghetti is noticeably thicker than the regular ones, but the penne is not there, there are smooth horns (they are smaller than penne, 9 pieces per disc) and rigatoni, which are larger in size (there are 5 of them per disc, and penne - 7).

Cifra,

Aaaaa, got it, yeah! Thanks for explaining. Well, I didn't look very closely, they seemed similar! It means I made a mistake!
Cifra
I have just, by the way, the three nozzles listed - the most popular. Penne is thick in the walls, but with the same thickness of the rigatoni walls, that's another matter. Well, the horns are also cool. And thick spaghetti generally stand with me as the main nozzle. And the angel's hair, so popular here, did not go at all, I gave it to my mother.

Cifra, Elena, I read all these subtleties, little things and think ... Is it possible that, starting to cook lunch and dinner, everyone is SO confused on "a little thinner", a little thicker "... And for the family it is SO important that they have plates, rigatoni or penne , or God forbid, not penne, but smooth ...
Girls, for God's sake, do not be offended, but if at first I saw it as pampering (well, we want to play with a new toy), now ... this is already too much. Is it really so important how many macaros the machine will give out at the same time, 6 or 7.
I understand perfectly well that you will begin to explain that different thicknesses and things like that, different tastes ... Maybe. Then I don’t understand anything about macaroshkas, apparently, this is some kind of molecular cooking.

Oh, something wasn’t printed ...

Anyone who wants to sell two attachments from the Philips HR2482 / 00 Form Attachments Pasta Maker, Viva Collection? Basically everyone wanted only Capellini, and I would like Pappardelle and Tagliatelle.
solmazalla
Yes, for me there is a difference in the shape of the macaroons. I do not mean the width of the cut, such as 4-5-7mm and is called differently. But the spaghetti from the basic set are very thick to me. And that's why I got confused about buying angel hair. It's the same story with penne. Don't go, well, I don’t want to chew a piece of dough, and even an aldente ... But having cut it into thin rings, this nozzle is quite suitable for soups and creamy sauce ... We are all different and tastes different ...
CifraElena, you don't need to react so harshly to the answers, here no one dictates conditions to anyone, because cooking is such a space for creativity, and what one likes should not suit the rest. And if in this thread someone had not posted a photo of finely sawn and dried penne, then I would have simply thrown this attachment so that it would not take up space, yeah.
But in matters of using technology, I am so grateful to our site that words cannot be described! Due to the fact that people here share their experiences, I did not make many mistakes, and on the contrary, I learned a huge amount of new ... We all bring a little warmth here

Girls! And we enjoy the "spaghetti" from the elephant flour from the so-called. with 2 tablespoons of plain flour, 1 egg and water to the mark. I’m a skeptic, but there’s nothing to say. Much like what we buy like durum spaghetti! Flour Mamma Mia, grits. I also tried to make from flour in half-kilogram bags of Pounds, I did not notice the difference in taste.

Elena, I did not compare Mamma Mia Pudov with flour, but I noticed with McFa that for some reason it was more voluminous from the same amount of products from Makfa and, accordingly, it seemed that there was more spaghetti, I also did not notice much difference in taste, but I stopped buying Pudov.
Masha Ivanova
Svetlana777, Sveta! I just have a little Pudov left with some purchase on a stock from Ozone, so I used it to the main one in order to compare. This time I will do, I will compare the weight of Mamma Mia with Pudovskaya. And then I took in volume and did not even look at how many things.
Sveta! Tell me not to search for a long time in the text, please! Is spaghetti on eggs better to dry or freeze? I want to make a reserve in advance. It's wonderful to make it fresh, but it still takes time. Sometimes you don't even have an extra 20 minutes. And, if from the freezer, then cook then as much in time as fresh or not?
I remember that all this was discussed here, I don't feel like looking.

I have never dried, I freeze, and I think it's better and in cooking much faster.

I cook in the same way, it just takes longer to boil from the freezer, that is, this time is just for defrosting in water, and it’s like fresh

Better to freeze. On my eggs, dried ones break during cooking.

A friend asked me to do rye spaghetti, I had to add simple gray noodles to the soup, gave me half a liter of rye flour and a third of a pack of corn starch, starch, I thought, would improve the structure of spaghetin.

Made in Viva = I wanted to see the mixing process not only from above.

1.5 cups of vivine rye, 0.5 cups of cornstarch, and pasta broth, hot.
Simple baking rye flour, gray.

The spaghetins were squeezed out well, but when cut, the edge of the cut stuck together and the spaghetins themselves did not come apart either, they were sticky along the entire length.
I cut it off by 15 cm and laid it out on trays from the TRAVOLA dryer, placing it with a net for ironing. I just put the trays in the dryer with the door open, put them on the window in a draft.

After 3 hours, the spaghetins dried out, but did not fall apart from the bunches.
I disassembled them by hand, breaking off the gluing points, then the spaghettiki almost all easily disconnected.
I put the spaghetinas on the trays of the dryer again, they were already "magnificently" laid))

By evening, the spaghetinas dried up, I broke them in a short way, my friend took them.
= She said that she adds to the soup 2 minutes before the end of cooking. And such gray noodles are more tender and tastier than store ones.
......
My conclusion - or reduce the water by a couple of the table. l. or put more flour on a third to half a glass, so that the dough is kneaded with drier crumbs.

That is why I began to cut the spaghetinas longer, so that it was more convenient to pre-dry it - it is easier to lay long bundles than short ones, and there are many times less "waste" in the form of broken glued ends.

Ironing net I use it in all my dryers for fine cuts, or for sticky products.

Pasta machine Philips HR2355 / 09

I showed her in all topics about dryers))

Much more convenient than a Marmiton grid for grilling - the smaller the grid, the larger the size, and "bends" as you like. And cheaper)) in Galamarty somehow I bought for the action for everything about everything - a whole mesh on large dryers with trays of 35-40 cm, it fits well on round trays and is removed at once, in GRASS I cut it in half, there the trays are not large. Shikardos mesh

And the grid for the grill is for frying and is, well, someone uses it in dryers.

silicone or metal protective covers are more convenient - they have handles and small perforations.
