Irgata, Irina, thank you very much! And why did it overwhelm me? I read about cookies! Salt cannot be in the bunker, but I confused it with oil

I went to eBay to look at the attachments, but the Vietnamese seller from whom we bought was not. And by searching only pasta machines.

Hello. After reading the forum I decided to buy a pasta machine. Here in Kazakhstan, though the price is not humane at all. In terms of rubles, little Viva costs about 14 thousand. I looked at aliexpress, but the delivery is more than the cost of the pasta machine comes out. I doubted, I doubted, but then the hardware store announced an interest-free installment plan for two years. The monthly payment is about 580 rubles. Well, how was it to resist. I bought it. Very happy with the taste of the noodles. We have been indulging for the third day.
I have adapted not to wash it. After finishing the work, I untwist it and leave it to dry overnight. Only my lid. Then I shake everything off with a brush. When you insert a pin from the scapula into the hole of the nozzle, everything flies out in one lump. Fast and hassle-free.
But I can't guess everything with proportions. If I collect flour from a container with a measuring cup (cutting off a hill), the dough turns out to be dry and the first macaros are hard to choke. If I pour flour into a measuring cup with a spoon, then the dough in large lumps turns out. In general, I'm getting used to it. But the taste is yeah. It cannot be compared with store-bought pasta.

I also wanted to ask. Can you cook from homemade pasta like One pot? And then I have doubts - when you just cook them in a saucepan, the liquid turns out to be thicker than when cooking in shops. And if you still cook in sauce, the paste will not work?

It is very likely to get exactly the paste, because the cooking time is very short. In general, someone in the subject showed them cooked in a slow cooker, this is a close thing to one pot. But I wouldn't.
As for skill: I switched from glasses to scales, the result is more stable.
Congratulations on your purchase
Fendi
Thanks for the congratulations and the answer! And how much is one measuring cup in grams, can you tell me?
Cifra
FendiI don't know, I have a big car. I make 250 grams of flour, which is about the same as a flour glass in a large phillips

I make with 250 grams of flour
Elena, and how much liquid? And what kind of flour?
Cifra
OlgaGera, somewhere above there are my experiences. I take flour in half, white ordinary and semolina, 125 grams each. Liquids or two eggs 55 grams each, or an egg + water in the amount of 105-110 grams, depending on the shape of the paste. I can sometimes make it into soup on a white regular one, but then definitely without water.

The proportions for my "big elephant" are the same:
for 250 g of flour (TC) 110 ml of liquid, respectively for 500 g - 220 ml.

Also, what if you try to measure on the scales? ..
And then because of the "unpredictability" of the result, I dropped Viva lately.

Girls, who has Viva and who measures on the scales, write the proportions, please!

Found my proportionsPasta machine Philips HR2355 / 09 # 3809 200 flour, 84 liquid (egg + water), and then in any case you need to look, maybe add a little liquid, e.g. for curly pasta

egg + water in the amount of 105-110 grams, depending on the shape of the paste.
based on this, 84-88 g of liquid comes out, this is for ours in terms of 200 g of flour, instead of 250 g

Yes, I can also always add one or two teaspoons of water in the process, depending on how much hard flour I put in, and whether I add an egg.
