Now I decided to try to bake a cupcake dough ... and I wasn't going to eat, but just for the sake of interest, what happens. Damn, I dragged half of it, yummy, like ordinary cupcakes, only the shape is different, but you don't notice these sticks slip so easily.
Dough:
100g soft (not melted) butter (margarine)
1.5-2 tbsp / l sugar
2 eggs (medium)
40 g coconut flakes
100 ml kefir
3/4 cup flour (1/4 cup corn + 0.5 tablespoon wheat)
1 h / l baking powder
1/3 h / l soda
vanillin on the tip of a knife
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp rum or cognac
(glass 240 ml, measuring spoon from a bread machine)
In general, everything is as usual: beat butter with sugar and vanilla, add eggs one at a time, beating after each, add coconut flakes, mix. Then, without fanaticism, I mix with a fork, alternately adding kefir and flour mixed with salt, soda and baking powder. At the very end, pour in rum or brandy last. It turned out 4 bookmarks without 1 churrosik, laid the dough out of the bag, after the bookmark turned it over for 2 minutes, and only baked for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar / powder if desired (there is little sugar in the dough).

With the fillings, I also made it with whey and soda, but kneaded the dough according to the consistency like for pancakes (a little thicker). Finely chopped and chopped the fillings. They were different: meat (the meat is ready-made), and vegetable (raw), and fruit (raw). Salt or sugar, butter was added to the dough, depending on the filling.
