Egg 3 pcs.

Wheat flour 2 tbsp. = 260 g
Kefir (I had fermented baked milk) 1 tbsp. = 250 g
Sunflower oil 0.5 tbsp. = 90 g
Baking powder 1 tsp. (under the knife)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp (on prescription)

It turned out 22 pieces.

Now the gag. Ryazhenki added more because the consistency of the dough was thick, and this would not work for me with a spoon. The churros were planned to be sweet, so I added 50 g of sugar and 1 tsp (under the knife) of vanilla sugar. I added half of the grated apple to the second half of the dough, I really fell in love with churros with an apple, I put it in all sweets. Well, I laid out the churros on the grate, so after cooling down, even the bottom ones remained with a hard crispy crust
The next time I will add oil, as before - 40-50 g no more, since my churrosmaker was dripping with oil, it even spilled onto the table. I had to degrease it outside with vodka after finishing cooking.
