Alexei, Thanks for the topic! It will be very interesting to watch !!

Compared to Steba sv 200, I want to say that this Videmaster cooks no worse, the same way. It even tasted better to my family.
It's good that you can change the containers. And don't bother washing them in the dishwasher. Decent apparatus.

Alexei, can you take a picture of him in profile?

Yes, so I like the idea with any capacity.
But I'm looking for an option for myself so that I put it in a suitcase in the summer and take it with me.
So compact to be)

I bought a gastronome container for 12 liters and it turned out prettier.

And where are they distributed? and How much (approximately) is this happiness?

domovoyx, thanks for the topic! I'm also interested in sous-vid now, including submersibles. In them (in submersibles), only one thing confuses - the thermal insulation of the very saucepan into which it is loaded. After all, there will still be heat losses, at a simple room temperature ... Or is it not critical? Indeed, in ordinary saucepans, the saucepan is very well insulated ...

Aaaaa .... GOT IT !!! That's right, I'm one of those people who do not think, but reason. That is, they "speak" the idea. Can I put it in a slow cooker ?! I mean, in a bowl (in a removable steel, so as not to scratch your own)? Judging by the design, it can "sit down"

But still, with simple saucepans, the question is open for me
Who will say what?

gawala, in the sense - good - that it fits on a simple pan - yes, it will.
I mean that a simple saucepan gives off a large amount of heat to the outside during cooking, compared to bowls in saucers and multicooker. That is, I have doubts as to how it will be possible to maintain an EXACT, to tenths of a degree temperature in a regular, non-insulated saucepan.

This question needs to be studied .. In my opinion, amateurish, that since such a thing was invented, then everything was foreseen, then everything works. the number on the monitor shows .. the desired temperature .., as I understand it, a piece of meat-fish should be at the very bottom, and at the bottom the temperature is probably different from the one at the top, and the device probably supports the desired tm-ru .. purely my thoughts, possibly irregular. but once invented, it means it works ..

I cooked with Steba sv 200 pro and Videmaster. I did not notice the difference at all, but the dimensions of the submersible are accordingly smaller, you can put it anywhere. I just have a small kitchen (9 squares) so there is no longer where to put large appliances.
And in the instructions, the manufacturer recommends using a pan or a polycarbonate gastronome container. I bought a polycarbonate with a cover. The plans are to cut a hole along the contour of the device and it will be generally beautiful.

AlexeiAnd where did you find one? Looking for specifications, but not even the device itself?
domovoyx
I bought it on ebay.

The characteristics are good. Now I'm waiting for your feedback on his work

Oleg, so Alexey sells it)
Like))

Here is a chance to buy one

Yes, I have two instruments. Which one will buy faster, well, respectively, I'll leave the second one.
In general, the device is good. The water heats up quickly. Well, accurate.
