Shelena
I did not find a separate topic for the sausage on our website. There are small discussions in the topic "Kitchen trivia" and Larisa-Dopleta's recipe "Sausages in dough."
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=382808.0
In my opinion, the device is very worthy and deserves a separate topic.
Now in Russia many similar devices from different manufacturers are sold. I came across the following names and brands:
grilled sausage pyshka-3,
sausage IRIT IR-5124,
pullman pl 1018,
Hotdogger hot dog maker,
hotdogger ENDEVER Skyline SM-18,
waffle maker Dobrynya DO-2102 (grill sausage maker),
roaster Smile RS 3633 6 in 1
.
I think there are others. But they are all similar in appearance, size, and power.
I saw one of these devices in the store for a long time. But at that time there were no ideas that I would like to implement in this machine. However, after a year, after rereading many Temki on our forum and having licked my lips more than once on the mouth-watering churros and pies in sandwich makers, I decided to buy a toy device. I came to the conclusion that just such a device would be more convenient and functional for me.
Initially I wanted to buy a white sausage. The choice fell on Irit. But, having seen it live, I didn't buy it, because the device itself seemed flimsy, and the coating was also weak, in one place I even noticed a chip.
I bought Roster Smile RS 3633 6 in 1.
I want to share my impression of this device with you.

Raster Smile RS 3633 6 in 1.

First impressions.

The device was neatly packed in a bright box. Inside was a manual and a set of bamboo sticks.
Device for cooking sausages in dough (sausage maker)

I liked the roster at first sight. Small, neatly done.
The inner coating looks reliable, it is grayish in color (Irit was black).

The latch allows you to securely connect the plates, this is important, since the dough usually grows so well that it could lift the lid.

The sausage maker has a place in the back for winding the cord. You can store it vertically. Stands exactly, does not fall.

I liked the instruction. It is in the form of a small book. 20 pages in Russian.
Device for cooking sausages in dough (sausage maker)

It explains clearly how to prepare the device, how to use it, how to clean it. There are 5 recipes for pies with different fillings.

But there is no specific test: it is simply indicated that you can use shortbread, yeast or puff. It was suggested to cook other dishes: cottage cheese and potato sticks, kebab. (I haven’t used these recipes yet, since I didn’t have all the ingredients.)

First switching on and baking.

Gently washed the inner surface with liquid detergent, wiped dry, oiled the cells and warmed up for 10 minutes, as required in the instructions. Then she wiped the plates with a paper towel and tried to bake her first products.
And here a bitter disappointment awaited me.
There was NO suitable recipe at hand. The Internet offered either biscuit dough or cornmeal. In the instructions, the usual batter was not written either!
After reading the statement in the topic of Dopleta that any one is suitable for pancakes, I kneaded the dough on homemade yogurt. Alas, not baked. It was a shame!
But, thinking that the same problems could arise for other owners, I decided to conduct a series of experiments and find edible baking options in this device.

First conclusions.

To date, the device has completely rehabilitated itself!
Cooking:
omelet,
curd sticks,
potato sticks,
charlottes,
kefir donuts.
Everything worked out! Not only baked, but also delicious.

I am very glad that all the "sticks" are baked evenly. I read that in some other models this is a problem. They write that the extreme products are paler than those in the middle. There is no such thing in Smiley.

Some recommendations and observations.

1. When baking some types of dough, there is intense steam generation (resembles the operation of a multicooker on the "Steamer" program). Therefore, it is best to place the device under the hood.
2. If, when placing the dough in the cell, you cannot guess with the quantity, then the excess part may pour out of the holes for the sticks. Therefore, it is worth putting the sausage maker on a board or silicone mat to make cleaning easier.
3. When using an experimental test that you have never tested, I recommend baking one stick per sample. It is worth, in my opinion, to waste a little more time than regretting the spoiled dough.
4. Sometimes whistling sounds can be heard during baking, it seems that the dough will break the appliance. Nothing wrong with that! Except that the excess dough will spill.
5. The inner cover is very easy to wipe off. It is more difficult when the dough sticks to the plastic handles. I put a damp cloth on these places. Then everything is cleaned up faster and easier.

And I did not appreciate this device, I do it periodically, but without enthusiasm. Lena, I hope to be "infected" with goodies
Mikhaska
Lenochka! Nice device! I also look at him .. I will wait with interest for recipes and impressions!
Shelena
Tanya, glad we looked into Temka. I hope that it will be possible to rehabilitate the device, and you will give it another chance.

Irina, in order not to languish for a long time, I will go to exhibit the first recipe.

Shelena, thanks for starting the topic about this device. I liked it, I use it with pleasure. Moreover, the price of the issue (device) is not at all high.
Maybe someone else will share their recipes.
Girls, here is a wonderful and delicious recipe from Dopleta for our appliance. I have baked it several times already, a very unusual dough in combination with a sausage gives an excellent effect.

Tanyulya, did you make the yeast dough as liquid as for yeast pancakes, or did you roll it out and wrap it out of ordinary bread dough? Please tell me.

The usual dough was rolled out the dough, then the filling, then again the dough. It is more convenient and tastier with minced or meat than with sausages.

Tanechka, thanks for the answer. Does the minced meat have time to fry during this time? The thickness of the dough is about 0.5 cm?
Shelena
Girls, how glad I am that you are all here! My dream has come true: all the owners of these devices will be able to exchange successful recipes, share their best practices.
Thank you for not passing by!

The minced meat has time to fry, I roll out the dough thinly. I didn't like the sausages, because they break and the dough breaks.

Tanyulya, Thank you. : rose: I will bake with minced meat too.
By the way, the dough from Dopleta is not torn with a sausage, it has been tested more than once.

Maybe I'll say something stupid ... But, when I bake sausages in dough, (albeit in the oven), I pre-cut the sausages along the carcass ... And then nothing breaks. This I learned from my experience of baking them in the microwave.
Sorry to interfere.
Tanyulya
Ir, I cut them and cut them, they hook their darlings like that ..... sho mom do not worry ... apparently such fig sausages.
Mikhaska
Apparently Tanyusha! I think you're right, because sausages are now ... a terrible thing! Recently I have got used to taking Buryat from Ulan - Ude ... So there: and meat ... And smell ... Heaven and earth with the rest of the horror that lies in the shops ...

While the people were thinking about sausages, minced meat and other goodies, I looked into the refrigerator and saw kefir, which requires urgent implementation, and came up with a delicious dinner. :) Here is the result.

Sweet sticks-pancakes with kefir dough marmalade (sausage machine Smile 3633) (Shelena)

Device for cooking sausages in dough (sausage maker)

Such "pancakes" are convenient in that you can use any filling and very little oil is required. Moreover, when using the timer, your head and hands are free for various useful kitchen tasks. I liked SO to bake filled pancakes.

I also made some quick treats today. I mixed kefir, two eggs, sugar, corn flour and wheat by eye. I put frozen currants in the middle. Children have learned at once!
Shelena
Lena, we are thinking in the same direction!
For kids, the sweets from this device are very attractive. And adults like it.
Today I tried 2 types of sticks with pleasure: both salty and sweet (by the way, also with berries).

Here. I also need to bungle salty at the weekend.

Once I went into a household store and saw about 5 such devices. She looked and passed by. The younger son sometimes asks for sausages in the dough. And which company is better to buy such a device?

Liked it very much. The son ate so quickly that she did not have time to look back. Already from the plate I grabbed it to photograph the final result.
I will definitely do it. I'm experimenting with the filling.

Oh-oh-oh, how many recipes I have such a device, my friendship with him did not start right away. Sausages in batter do not work for me. Puff baking is better. I have not tried it in yeast. Then I tried the cheese churrosik recipe in a sausage machine - I really liked it. And there are so many things that I did not do, but now I will definitely do. ElenaThank you very much for the recipes

Lena, how beautiful you are doing! And I was just looking at this sausage maker at Ozone, it was a very enticing device, I decided to look for reviews on my favorite site, how it was at work, and I knew that I would definitely find them here, it cannot be that there was no such thing on HP, and not was wrong. I will add this device to my purchase plans.
Shelena
Yulia, Mila, thank you for the nice words!

Mila, the device, of course, is not essential. But interesting, with great opportunities for creativity. If you decide to take, then I advise Smile. Not a bad coating, bakes evenly and quickly enough. It takes up little space.

Julia, I like the device. I cook in it regularly. It seems to me that in a sausage pot you can cook everything that is baked in a churrosnice, just put out more time. I'll have to try some recipe for girls.

Lud-Mil @
Lena, like you, I was puzzled by this sausage maker because of the custard cakes, I thought that they should turn out beautiful in her. Tanyulya wrote that they are falling, how are you doing with that?
And I also want to try the cheesecakes in it, and you have beautiful meatballs.

I totally agree! Lena, thanks for the story about this roaster and for the recipes for the dishes prepared in it! With your light hand, I also bought it, I really liked it! I cooked meatball cutlets and curd sticks in it according to the Linadoc recipe (Triangular donuts in a Steba sandwich maker). I really liked to cook in it. Next time I will definitely take a picture and show what happened.

oh please do that thread .. I recently saw him in the store and wondered if he would replace the churos?
Lud-Mil @
Zhenya, the girls write that the same dough in a churrosmaker and a waffle iron or some other appliance turns out to be different in taste, they say that churros is tastier. But in some cases the sausage maker wins in shape, it is easier to shove the filling into such a size, so it also deserves attention, especially since the price is so attractive, I already really want this little device, I am now scouring internet shops, looking for, where the purchase will be more profitable.
Zena
So maybe the taste is different because the thickness is different?
In the churros it seems to me thinner .. and in the sausage sausage is such a sausage

Mila, see the recipe for boats on this page just above, there are many photos. For the time suggested by me, the custards did not fall off, on the contrary, they kept their shape perfectly. Tanyulya probably baked less.
Quote: Zena

Zhenya, even if I try, I definitely cannot compare tastes (there is no churrosmaker). We must ask Tanyulya - she has both devices, she can definitely tell about the difference or similarity.

Lera-7, Svetlana, I am very pleased that they were not disappointed in this toy. Please share your goodies. There are never too many good recipes!

And today I am again in frustration, I baked the curd sticks for the second time and again they either turn out very dark, or fall off and deflate if I reduce the baking time. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong, but I don’t feel like eating burnt ones.

Elena, how do you get such beauties?
Shelena
Julia, I knew everything, I advised you. Try changing your recipe. Just above Svetlana mentioned such curd products
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=382535.0
afnsvjul
Elena, so today I already did it according to a different recipe, took the recipe for cheesecakes for a sandwich maker, but the result is the same, they burn. But how can you do it, but I have not yet - it means I am doing something wrong and the point is probably not in the recipe, but in my common mistakes. Baking time - 12 minutes. I put - the blacks come out, and 10 minutes - blown away.
afnsvjul
And another question, and when you bake the curd sticks, does the dough come out around the edges?

If you do it according to the recipe, which is higher, then how to calculate the correct baking time, in the same place the other device has a different power?
Shelena
Julia, since the recipes are different, then the matter is really not in them.
How long do you warm up the appliance?
Don't add too much sugar? Maybe reduce it, and add raisins inside, or then sprinkle the finished products with powder?
Do you give Manke enough time to swell? (This will add "strength" to the sticks after baking.)
Curd dough is often capricious when baked in the oven, slow cooker. Loves to fall off and may not even bake.
Try baking something else. Compare the photos and make a conclusion.
Your device may be overheating. After all, there are also faulty units.
Quote: afnsvjul

And another question, and when you bake the curd sticks, does the dough come out around the edges?
No, it doesn’t come out. I specially baked 1 piece first in order to accurately calculate the amount of dough and guess over time.
Quote: afnsvjul

If you do it according to the recipe, which is higher, then how to calculate the correct baking time, in the same place the other device has a different power?
Exactly as I suggest above - bake one thing and calculate everything. Or ask Lera-7 (Svetlana).
afnsvjul
Lena, thank you for your prompt reply !!! I read the discussions according to Svetlana's recipe and concluded that it was probably also a matter of cottage cheese and its moisture content. Only now I did not understand which dough is better to make - thinner or thicker? When baking, the dough came out quite actively on the sides (I probably put a lot, and if you put less, then you get not voluminous, but some halves. I'll try to add less sugar. Another question - you take them out immediately or a little later after turning off the appliance ?
I definitely need to achieve a good result, otherwise I bought this device under persuasion on the topic that all this garbage, indulge in and quit. So I cannot retreat. I will achieve a positive result !!!!

Tomorrow I will try omelettes - maybe luckier
Shelena
Julia, of course, everything will work out! Don't even hesitate.
About curd sticks. My dough is thick. This can be clearly seen in the photo in the recipe (review with magnification again). I applied it with a small hill. I take it out immediately after the timer signal.
Quote: afnsvjul

I suspect that you haven't come across curd dough very often. Much depends on the fat content of the cottage cheese, and on its quality.

Of course I will try by trial and error. It's good that at least the marriage turns out, though very tanned, but delicious !!!!
Shelena
This is consolation.
Excessive sunburn is primarily to blame for excess sugar. Start by decreasing it.
Happy experiments!

Hello girls!
Now I have searched all the online stores, I found the Smile sausage only on Ozone. In DNS I found a hot dogger ENDEVER Skyline SM-18, and it seems that even it is already in the store of our city. I'll probably go and look at him more closely today, because in the photo he's handsome. True, it is only for three sausages, but the size of the heating surface is indicated as 230x130 mm. Lena, could you measure the plate in your emoticon?
By the way, about ENDEVER it is said that it can fry hot dogs, waffles, mini-kebabs. it would be interesting to try to cook kebabs.
