If I stood next to, it would kill. The second time I poured a little less dough, it passed without excesses, but the sticks turned out to be uneven, as if deflated. On the third tab it exploded again. I threw out the dough, didn't bake it, my heart was already trying to jump out of my chest. Now I'm just afraid to approach her, what was that?

So, 2-3 weeks ago, the churrik was puffing too, the dough poured out a little on the sides, and then rrrraz, like an explosion, the lid flew up, the churriks flew with it, I caught them in time, but the most offensive, I came off latch-burst with meat. The black plastic that holds the latch has broken off into 3 parts. I was very upset, did not know where to run with the churrik, go, found a service center, I think this black plastic would have been easily changed there, the one that looks like a horseshoe on a churrik, on the handle inside. But my dad and I unscrewed such a shoe from the lower handle of the churrik and screwed it up and down like a glove, and put a horseshoe already glued from 3 parts on the lower handle.So, girls, be careful. Use only recipes where the dough does not rise and pour a normal portion of the dough into the holes. Don't repeat my mistakes.

Ksyusha, don't be afraid to use it, just change the recipe or pour less dough. After this incident, I baked different churriks many times - everything is in order - it bakes, as before.
