And I’m half the time, because I don’t want to change my wardrobe either. That's all eaters.
Oksan, the wardrobe does not need to be changed, but replenished - for different sizes. For the season of pies - a larger size, for the season of anti-snowing - less.
But promises must be kept and the mother-in-law must be respected too. But where can you get so many bellies to accommodate everything that is baked? Problem ...

Baked today with sweet apples. Delicious! But with Antonovka - divine! I will look for the source of Antonovka, otherwise this recipe haunts me, I want to bake and bake, and does not get bored.

Ira, right! We are not alone in overeating pies and fattening up excess weight. Let all friends, neighbors, colleagues, acquaintances join this yummy!
So I also bake-bake-bake this cake and am glad that I am not the only one who knows about this recipe ..

Luda, now I know too ... And I'm proud of it! Now pie + tea = my trademark "magnets" at work. Everyone comes in to "see how you are doing." I also treat them with "pickled toadstools" with ...moonshine (s-s-s!) ... compote !. In general, they are not allowed to work.

What kind of work is there after compote ... and toadstools ... Nothing! At least you can rest so much. To drink teas with pies - don't build chicken coops!

LudmilaLyudochka, I also made a cake, but this time in my favorite cartoon Shtebochka (because it's faster and easier). Here is a photo report:

Made from 1 kg of apples. Finished in 15 minutes of stewing and 40 minutes of baking = 55 minutes. Delicious and simple. Height 6 cm! Thanks again!

Linochka, what a wonderful cake turned out in your favorite! Red, fluffy! Handsome! You are great for adapting this recipe for a slow cooker! The main thing is the wonderful result. Glad you bake it! Peks and beyond! Thanks for the great photo report!

Elena, the beauty ! Also in the multicooker! I love her very much, but so far I have not baked a pie in it, since I have it small.
Thank you for the wonderful photo report! Bake to your health!

lappl1, I have a little one too, Panasik It would be interesting how to do it right there. Stew the apples separately first, and then turn on the baking? Or immediately pour over the apples, and ... Something will work out?
lappl1
Ira, it seems to me that it will not be so good with stewed apples. In the oven, they caramelize, but in mine, for example, a cartoon, you can't cook with an open lid. So you can't get caramel apples. Yes, and a very small pie will turn out. And I like that it is big - just right for the company.
Ikra
lappl1, so you can do two! I still like the big one. But someday, for the sake of interest, I will make a small cartoon.

Irina, I did in Steba DD2. Let me emphasize right away that when I adapt the recipe for myself, I always keep the main recipe features. It says "bake apples" means bake. I first baked them on the simmering 120 * C (something like a "multi-cook") with the lid ajar, and then poured the biscuit mixture and baked like a biscuit. Excellent! Tasty, juicy, beautiful!

LinochkaThanks for following the recipe. Yes, the cake is delicious, no words!
Ikra
Linadoc, I am also for observing. So, we need to think about what program we have in Panasonic to bake apples first.
Linadoc, and you lined the cup with something, put a piece of paper?
Linadoc
Quote: Ikra
Linadoc, did you lined the bowl with something, did you put a piece of paper?
Irina, did not put anything. Butter + apples + sugar, baked for 15 minutes (I think "pastries" will do with the lid open), and then poured the biscuit and baked.
Ikra
Linadocprobably I will, thanks! And did the pie also cool down in the bowl?
Linadoc
Quote: Ikra
And did the pie also cool down in the bowl?
Irina, after the signal left in the bowl for 15 minutes (without opening). Then she threw it on the board and left it to cool on the board.
Ikra
Linadoc, well, everything, the technique is clear! Thank you!

And I did everything exactly according to the recipe, covered it with paper, slightly greased it with butter, then put the apples, covered it with sugar and set the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes, then opened and poured the dough and baked goods again for 40 minutes, it turned out exactly as in oven, even the biscuit is softer and the apples are caramelized.
Ikra
Galleon-6, thanks for sharing. Thinking about this, I also thought that I would put the piece of paper all the same.
lappl1
Lina, Elena, well done, girls, that they tested this recipe for a multicooker. Now we can safely bake a pie in it. Thank you !
Loksa
Galleon-6, and the paper was laid only on the bottom or with sides. I can't imagine how to put paper in a cartoon?
I baked with plums without apples - actually you can't argue with them. But the plum should be caramelized less, otherwise it turns into rags, and the dough "squeezes" it. I just threw a sink on the sides (although I put a sink in two floors, which was not included in the first). The top of the cake is caramelized plum - I liked it! I liked the bottom when apples, then a little plum and dough.
It's up to the batter - still a decent kind of plum.

And this is after baking - where did this plum go? - gone!

It was not the plum that went away, but the dough came ... It penetrated inside. This happens if the apple pieces or plums are large. And if they are smaller and tightly packed, then the batter almost does not penetrate to the bottom of the mold. But this is all nonsense! And so and so delicious. And you did it beautifully, Oksan, do not find fault with yourself!
Galleon-6
I cut a square of paper, having measured it on the top of the saucepan, I wanted to cut off the ends first. but changed her mind and left the square. Then a drop smeared the bowl itself with oil, then lowered the paper and began to press the paper close to the walls, without cutting anything, thanks to the lubrication of the bowl, it stuck and everything worked out, well, and then again greased the paper with oil and began to spread the apples, etc. then so
lappl1
Elena, You did everything right. Otherwise, without grease and paper, the caramel can stick to the mold. Thanks again for sharing your experience of baking a cake in a slow cooker!
Erhan
I baked with a plum and put it on the edge very tightly to one another, so it didn't go anywhere, and the dough didn't squeeze it out. But in this way I had a lot of plums, and they gave so much juice that I poured out a whole glass, but that did not help either - after turning the pie over, the whole biscuit was soaked.
lappl1
Svetlanaso this is the case when too good is not very good ...
Ikra
lappl1, Ludmila, I carry a detailed report about how I baked in my little Panasonic.
I don’t know how many apples (Antonovka) by weight, but when cut and stacked, they took about half of the saucepan in height. Sugar for apples took 1 cartoon glass.
The biscuit was made from 2 eggs, 1 multi-glass of sugar and 1 multi-glass of flour (I forgot about the baking powder ...)
I put a piece of paper in the bowl for baking (I didn't smear the bowl itself with anything), crumbled some (by eye) butter, put the apples, sprinkled with sugar and put it under a closed lid for 40 minutes for baking.
She took out a saucepan, poured the baked apples with dough, put it on baking for 65 minutes.
As a result, I got this:

Amber apple cake from T.L. Tolstoy

When the sponge cake cooled down (the bottom of the saucepan was still quite hot), turned it over with the help of an insert-steamer. The technique is as follows: on the insert you need to lay another piece of paper for baking, and then it is easy to pull it onto the pie dish.
Here's what happened:

Amber apple cake from T.L. Tolstoy

The apples caramelized very well! And even the warm ones retained their shape - it is clear that the piece of paper in which they were baked was removed with almost no loss of presentation
Well, and to make it clear what the resulting height is:

Here. If it is useful to someone, I will be glad! Only I will add more apples next time.

Loksa
It turned out very, very well and beautifully. Irina or a biscuit for one egg can be counted
straight urgently want to Shtebu 2
Loksa
lappl1, Luda, look what beauty Irina has in the cartoon came out - and the piece of paper was cut with teeth - a lapdog
Ikra
Quote: Loksa
you can count a biscuit for one egg
Yes, I thought about that too, to be honest. Still, I made exactly the same proportion on a 24 cm mold, and there the biscuit is naturally thinner and soaked better. For a large cartoon, there will normally be 2 eggs, kmk.
Bul
Lyudmila thank you very much for the recipe! The family is delighted! I did it for 2 kg. apples and poured biscuit on boiling water! The apples are really amber! Beauty and Taste!
Scarecrow
My big thanks. This is practically my charlotte (though I have no butter), but this way of baking and adding butter adds charm to the cake. Both in appearance and taste, because the biscuit is not wet. And the look is definitely prettier.

Sugar is too much for me, however, so I reduced it in advance by one and a half times. It should have been at two. A standard charlotte (mine, which I showed and where the same number of apples) is a glass of sugar in the dough for 3 eggs. And here you get two glasses. Here it was necessary to reduce it twice))). But the taste and color, as you know))).

Natalishka
Scarecrow, we were also very sweet. But ... the next day, the sweetness in the pie for some reason decreased
Ikra
Scarecrow, right there in the dough, too, 1 glass of sugar goes. The second - in apples, and that because Antonovka. It's sour without it!
I took other apples, just summer ones, here you can bake them, sprinkling them just for formality.
Scarecrow

Irin, I only have 1 glass of sugar. After all, another glass in apples does not disappear, it remains in the pie))). Total for the same volume of products - 2 glasses. It turned out a bit too much for me.

I do this: the full shape to the brim of cut apples (we just discussed with Lyudmila in this thread). Apples - preferably sour, ideally Antonovka. And it is poured with a standard dough for 3 eggs, 1 glass of sugar, 1 glass of flour and baking powder. The form is large and you need more dough - you just proportionally increase everything. Well, that's kind of logical. On a full to the brim shape of apples with a diameter of 30 cm, it would take 4-5 egg dough, that is, about one and a half glasses of sugar. On Antonovka. Now my shape was exactly this size, but the apples are sweet.

I've been doing this all my life. This is what my mother did all her life. Therefore checked. But everything is relative. Maybe it's not sour for me, but sour for someone. Although I do not seem to be a fan of sourness)).
