In general, why wait. I will write here, and then, if anything, a separate recipe. In general, here is:

Ingredients
• 1.5 kg of apples
• 2 squirrels
• 1 tbsp. Sahara
• powdered sugar

Cooking method

Sort the apples, rinse, peel, bake in the oven until soft. Beat with a blender in mashed potatoes or rub through a colander, then through a thick sieve.

Add 0.5 tbsp. sugar in the resulting puree and beat until it brightens and increases in volume.

Beat the whites adding 0.5 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. (beat the whites as for meringues)

Then mix the applesauce with the whipped protein. Set aside a couple of Art. spoons for smearing pastilles.

Spread the whipped puree in a layer of 2-3 cm on trays lined with parchment paper, lightly sprinkle with icing sugar. Smooth the top layer with a knife.

Dry in oven at 90 ° C. After 4-5 hours, cut the layer into 2 pieces. Grease one piece with the set aside puree and cover with a second piece. Dry for another 1-2 hours, turn over and finally dry for 1 hour. Get the marshmallow, cool. Rub powdered sugar into its surface and cut into squares.
