Ingredients

flour 375 g

oil 150 g
egg 1 PC
yolk 1 PC
baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Combine flour, baking powder and sugar.
  • 2.mix the softened butter with egg and yolk
  • 3. Knead the dough by combining the flour and butter mixture.
  • 4. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours
  • For the filling, beat the whites with sugar until soft peaks, gently add the chips and zest, stirring with a spatula
  • Roll out 2/3 of the dough, put in a mold, put half of the proteins, pour the cherries, spreading it evenly over the entire surface, cover with the remaining proteins on top. Make a rack of dough and top the pie. Bake at 200 C for about 40 minutes
