I checked it myself. When the texture changes, the cooking time changes. But if you first set the time, and then change the texture, then the time remains the same.

Now I went, looked, it is the same for me, when the Texture changes, the time changes.

That is, if you change the time (for example, on the Steamer), not the one set by the program, but set your own, and then change the Texture, then the time does not change?

Girls, another question, how do you mix in the bowl (well, logically, you need a silicone spatula), otherwise I don't have a silicone one, but there is one made of wood (bamboo), can it be?

Exactly. I just don't know if this is already playing a role, if the pressure changes at the same time ...

Natalya, at first I used my own plastic spoons / ladles, but no longer than three days. Then I went to the store and bought some silicone spatulas, the ones with black handles that the gourmet baked goods received with the magazine. Sometimes I can use wooden shoulder blades (but they are quite used, so they are soft).
Bes7vetrov
Oh, I forgot to attach a photo:Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832
Larra
Bes7vetrov, Lisa, well, you have stocked up for all occasions))) what choice ... I mainly use silicone spatulas, and I also bought a silicone ladle, but the crust is pink, is it silicone or plastic? For a long time I somehow saw a plastic crush covered with a layer of silicone, then I didn't need it, but now I haven't met something, but I would like to buy it, it is convenient to crush it right in the bowl without putting it into a saucepan.

Girls, you write that you remove the smell from multi-boiling lemon. And I diluted the vinegar with water and wipe it after cooking. Do you think this is not harmful for multi?) And tell me in more detail how to disassemble the cover for washing?

Well, I looked at myself carefully, the time changes when the texture changes. But! On a double boiler, (poultry, meat), the first two pictures from the bottom in the texture, the time is the same (8 minutes), and then it changes.

I won't tell you about vinegar, the most interesting))) And with the lid, just pull on yourself, without fear, for the silicone pimp in the middle of the lid, it will come off and then just remove the rubber ring from this removed lid and wash it. Then just put everything in place and the mustache)))

I use the pimpled spoon that came in the kit, I still can't get to the store to buy all these personal belongings
Svetlana14
Bes7vetrov, are you talking about what kind of native spoons / ladles? I only had this unfortunate spoon in my kit, and a glass with a stand ...
Svetlana14
Girls, I'm telling you how I stewed fish in sour cream yesterday.
In general, at first I fried the carrots with onions for 10 minutes, then I put the fish there, pre-salted, fried it on both sides for another 8 minutes. Then she poured sour cream over this business, mixed it, it turned out so thin. And turned on stewing (fish) by default. And again I have a bummer
The pressure did not build up, 1 minute was displayed on the display, then I switched to heating ... I opened the lid, looked, it was normal there sour cream gave out liquid, why should I cook this fish in water if I just want to extinguish it in sour cream !!!! In short, she freaked out, turned on the multishef at 105 degrees for 8 minutes, locked the lid and everything was fine there pressure. So you can gain pressure here, but there is not enough water for extinguishing it? I don't understand ... I ate fish out of frustration, it turned out delicious, there are no complaints, the pieces remained intact and well-soaked, but still it haunts me ...
Bes7vetrov
Most likely the cartoon decided to disconnect due to the fact that it is very hot after frying. I've had it a couple of times. I just set the mode I needed again and it turned on. Now, after frying, I give a little rest with the lid open, while I finish cutting something, or I boil the water in the kettle ... The sour cream is just thick and did not allow the bowl to cool enough. (I don’t pretend to be true, this was the opinion when faced with a similar situation) ...
Bes7vetrov
Svetlana, about my own plastic spoons (was there really one in the kit?) I had a spoon and a ladle from the first multi, and from this ... Mmm ... only a spoon. So I used them. Then I went to Auchan for pink-transparent ones (everything is silicone, and the pusher is also entirely silicone, comfortable, but with my efforts it bends a little ...) and a gipfel for a ladle and shoulder blades. Of the Ashanovsky pink ones, I miss a ladle and a wide spatula as for pancakes, plus I bought a translucent silicone knife from fissman, also pink.
Svetlana14
Bes7vetrov, Elizabeth, thank you! Yes, apparently you are really right that the cup was hot, somehow I did not think about it ... or rather, on the contrary, I thought, Oh! The bowl is hot, so the pressure will quickly pick up! And she did not turn on at all, now we will know)))
You have a whole army of these spoons / shovels / ladles there))), you need to bring yourself to the store ...
And what is the silicone knife for?
Bes7vetrov
I need a silicone knife to cut and shape dough in a silicone mold without harm and to cut the dough on a special baking sheet from teskoma.

Hello girls - and I am now with you thanks to the forum. I chose a month - and at the last moment I came across this forum. Phillips wanted - but after reading the reviews I decided to take her - little black Mulechka. Today is the day off - and drank. There was no time to read - everything was intuitive - and everything worked out !!!!! Pea soup (briquette) with meatballs. Then blue caviar and stew meat. For myself, I understood the main thing - there is less water than usual. In the meat of the gravy, it turned out a lot ... But in general, everything is very tasty and fast. My dream is to make jellied meat and pudding, but this is already on the weekend.
Selena S
larunya, congratulations on your purchase, good recipes and happy eaters !!! I also made my choice after visiting this topic. Here, the girls are so delightful, with such love and sincerity, talking about this new product that, indeed, I want to buy it immediately. I haven’t regretted a single day, I just think that I will cook in it tomorrow. So - go for it!
Larra
larunya, Welcome!!! This is the beauty of this mule, that everything is intuitive and understandable, fast and tasty))) Let it serve for a long time, to the delight of all your household)))

Unsubscribe on pilaf.
I did the same as on the stove, but at the end, after filling the rice and water, I set the "pilaf" mode for 20 minutes - everything was digested! Then it dawned on me - why the "cereal" mode is 9 minutes, and "pilaf" - 20 minutes? In general, you should either bet on the multishef, or on the "cereals" so that the pilaf is crumbly.
PS. I only poured water to cover the rice, less than usual.
Before that I cooked a mixture on "cereal": buckwheat and red rice (long-cooking), everything turned out as it should, a crumbly side dish.

IMHO she's very tough. Your cup won't scratch?
I never even tried it, at first I used a wooden one, then the order came with a silicone one - it's still an ideal option, it is so soft.

And yet, someone faced a problem: when the cartoon (or rather the lid) is already hot, I cannot block the lock. From the inside, due to the expansion, the metal rim rests against the case and does not spin (where it rubs, plastic warps.). The cooled one is closed.
Bes7vetrov
This is not the rim rests, it is the valve from below that is supported by hot air and steam, and it does not allow the lid to be closed.
Elena, cooked corn porridge (for the first time in my life). She did not change her usual proportions, they set the default milk porridge mode, poured a multi-glass of cereal and four multi-glasses of milk, sugar and a piece of butter into the bowl (first I ran a rim along the wall). She mixed everything and turned it on. It looks like porridge ... My husband does not eat anything except rice, buckwheat and rolled oats; but I liked it))

It’s not clear why you did it this way, I always make meat with onions and carrots fried first, then rice, garlic, spices and water 1: 2 (rice / water), pilaf mode - 20 minutes, and as they say, rice to rice. Even porridge is cooked: millet for 15 minutes, and rice porridge 20. Can you have a lot of liquid from meat and vegetables? I wonder why it happened ...

Hey. In theory, like rice - 1 to 4 (50/50 water / milk, for example) or if thinner, then 1 to 5. I make water / milk 2.5% 50/50, I have not tried it entirely on milk. Just don't do a lot, suddenly the milk will run away. I would make 0.5ms of cereal / 2ms of liquid, salt, sugar to taste, a cube of butter. You can't put too much sugar, it can burn from it if you overdo it. I usually put within 1 st. l. I cook rice in the Children's menu mode, so you can try it on Dm and Mkash.

So far, pah-pah-pah, there is not a single scratch. But the spoon is uncomfortable in itself, the handle is short, I somehow also thought that it was quite tough, but then I decided, since the manufacturer gives it in the kit, then in theory, you can use it. And, of course, I will buy silicone spoons / scoops.

Girls, maybe it all depends on the rice itself? I mean from the variety, plus someone, for example, thoroughly rinses it several times, then it will dissolve faster and become brittle, and someone pours it straight from the pack.

Sveta, maybe it is, I always take steamed rice for pilaf, rinse it once and fall asleep. And for milk porridge I use round rice, it boils better.Once I made pilaf with Krasnodar round rice, it didn’t seem to work out, but it’s too wet. So for pilaf, I like steamed more.)))
Svetlana14
Yesterday I made semolina for my husband, I myself can not stand cooking it strictly according to the book, using milk alone. Nothing escaped, but the milk rose a little, it was visible along the wall, so it is undesirable to do much. My husband liked it, he said, as in childhood in kindergarten))))
Selena S
And I cooked pickle with barley. Someone, like here, wrote that soups cooked in a pressure cooker are different from multi-cooker ones. Now I can safely declare this: they differ and win not only in time, but also in taste.
Jula62

My ring smells, but food doesn't absorb, and neither does porridge.
Do not violate the multi design, at least steam will fall from all the cracks

Jula62, try rubbing the ring with vinegar, washing with gel, and drying separately from the lid.
Ksenay
I decided to write about pilaf. I cook it on the "pilaf" mode and it always comes out amazingly. I cook as follows, number per family (data for a large company in brackets)
I pour oil into the multicooker.
I cut the onion, large enough, I throw 1 (2) pieces into the bowl and turn on the "frying" mode standard settings.
Less often, 1 (2) pieces of carrot strips, add to the onion.
I cut meat (any (chicken, turkey, pork, how much to eat), add to vegetables.
I cut garlic, a clove in half lengthwise and into thin slices, 0.5 (1) head, throw it to meat and vegetables, add salt and spices, turn off the mode.
I add the washed raisins to the bowl 0.5 (1) mt. Art.
I add long grain steamed rice 2.5 (4) mt. Art.
I mix everything until smooth, so that the rice is well covered with oil from the frying and pour water (boiling water) so that the water covers the contents of the pan somewhere on a finger (pieces of meat look out a little).
I set the "Pilaf" mode for 20 minutes (25 minutes), at the end of the mode I try to turn off the heating, if I am nearby (the longest heating was 20 minutes, there was no change in taste, but I do not want to risk it), the steam goes down by itself.
The pilaf comes out amazing, crumbly, juicy, rich, rice to rice. Everyone who has tried it says that it is very tasty.

I dry everything separately. Than just not soap ... vinegar also did not help. The ring just stinks of both pilaf and vegetable stew at the same time. I thought maybe that with my sense of smell. But the husband and sister said the same thing. It is unpleasant to eat porridge. Therefore, I'm waiting for a spare ring, in principle, it should come within a week.
irida
You can't do without a ring. I forgot to put on both the ring and the inner lid once, and just put the porridge. It's good that she was at home and she began to hiss and gurgle straight. The milk escaped without pressure, escaped into the inner bowl !!! That is, well, finally escaped. I still shake a piece of burnt milk from the inner bowl. The incident took place over a month ago. It's good that nothing broke, otherwise I already managed to draw in my head different outcomes of my mistake .. wow!
In general, the pressure will not build up without the ring, but the process will go on, as a result, everything will flow inside.
I am interested in the possibility to remove the inner iron cover, or is it soldered? The one that doesn't seem to be removable, which is under the removable cover ... which turns when you lock-unlock the cover from above. This is where the milk flowed when I put it without a ring, and again when I tried to cook too much porridge.
Jula62
Oh, it's passion.

When installing the texture, the time also changes, the video was reviewed several times and I realized that I first showed that the time was changing and then changed the structure, maybe someone would shoot a normal video and not like me on the phone and with the temperature. And I don’t know what it’s connected with, but my own ring itself continues to smell like food, but this smell doesn’t convey mocol. Nadnyakh forgot to change the ring and after the wrestler they say they put porridge, I thought the little one would refuse to eat, but there was no smell, this is how it happens.
Selena S
Jula62, on one friendly forum, I read how one user, exhausted by the struggle with the smell from the O-ring, just took it and soaked the washed ring overnight in cold water (it seems even in a bowl of SV, but I think it doesn't matter where), and in the morning, according to him, not a trace of the smell remained. I haven’t tried it myself, because I haven’t cooked polar dishes in the North and I don’t know if my ring will give off a smell to other dishes (but I think it will).
Selena S
kotenok_, the video you even turned out to be very useful, I learned on it how to approach SV and how to get acquainted with it, that is, for me it was like a guide to overcoming pressure cooker illiteracy. Thanks for filming and uploading! And we all figured out the texture now (after all, you filmed it at the beginning of your acquaintance with SV, when you were still a beginner), the main thing is that all users have the same programs.
Jula62
I soaked the ring overnight and for a day, it still stinks of pilaf terribly.
But today I received the package and now I have 2 more spare rings, they differ in quality from the original, but they fit the lid. So, from tomorrow, as a person, I will eat porridge in the morning. Yohhuuuu
Nattotti
Jula62,
Hooray, congratulations, I hope the porridge turned out
Jula62
Girls, I'll write, suddenly someone will face the same problem.
I bought an O-ring, not the original (they don't seem to be selling it yet) in the Brand company, respectively, it is for their multicooker models. But the ring is a universal type, inner diameter is 22cm. In general, the quality of the silicone ring and how it is made differs from our Mulineski. But overall it fits. At 1 cooking porridge, the lid did not want to block, well, the husband was still at home, at least he suggested what to do. It turned out that the quality is different and, as it were, less slippery. so that the lid is blocked, the upper side, which is like a petal open, had to be lubricated with oil to slide the ring. As a result, after 3 minutes back and forth, the lid was blocked. 2 times the porridge was the same. And now 3 times and the lid closed after some effort and without oil. After cooking 10, most likely, it will spin as easily as with its own ring.
Larra
YuliaThank you for the useful information, it's good that my next dishes don't smell in any way, I'll wait until the original spare parts appear, if they appear of course)))
larunya
Girls - today I prepared a knuckle according to a book - they all lie -1 hour on a multichef - and the blood and meat are solid. Then I put it on extinguishing - and oooh gods !!!!!! Here it is yummy and with carrots and garlic and with spices - for me - for me - especially where there is not meat but white - so tender .... In short, by eye, I do better. - so I hammered kefir - flour - eggs - raisins - oil - cinnamon - vanilla - without proportions - by eye. Such a cupcake turned out - I did not expect it myself. I just couldn't figure out why the mulka gives an error - it turns out I tried to turn it on in the pressure cooker.
