Sandy, Yes, I also thought about it, well, time will tell what "spare wheels" will be, wait boom))) Why did you add it to the potatoes, and how much liquid did you pour? Probably, the pressure did not accumulate due to a small amount of liquid ...
Sandy
Potatoes contain cream, a little ketchup, onions and spices + 1 multi-glass of water. And where to take the pressure if the temperature of "boiling point" is 95 degrees ... the same proportions with a temperature above 100 degrees, the pressure is gained.
I also wanted to rub the cheese on top, and forgot completely.
Sandy
In the morning I made pizza for breakfast (according to the dough recipe - pizza in a pan). The standard time for "pizza" is 30 minutes.

Hello everyone! I bought the same model of a multicooker-pressure cooker, after reading the instructions, there were still some questions. Since she is a pressure cooker, if you need to cook something in it like in a pressure cooker how to turn on this function of a pressure cooker, in the menu I did not find how to turn on the pressure cooker or maybe I didn’t understand something? And how do they write that in the frying mode you need to cook with the lid open?
Thank you very much looking forward to your help

Hey. With the lid open - this means with the lid open, that is, it is simply open and you every minute, for example, stir the frying with a spatula. After all, it would be inconvenient to close / open back and forth. That is, the cover is folded up. The instructions in the table indicate under which modes you can cook with the lid open. I only do light frying for borscht or cabbage soup.
For a pressure cooker, this means that pressure (as with pressure cookers) will be built up when the lid is closed and, accordingly, when there is enough liquid for a particular dish. The instructions, again, indicate under which programs the multicooker can work as a pressure cooker (it is indicated that the lid is closed and locked).
Hope helped you
Jewell
Jula62, Thanks a lot for your help! Finally I realized, and then for the first time how scary at first. Can you please tell me more, can you set the heating time for the finished dish yourself, how much is needed or not? and then the book states that it lasts 24 hours and then turns itself off, but if I don't need 24 hours for this heating to last, but only 10 minutes? And another question, I heard that the proportions of products should be taken strictly in grams for cooking in a multicooker or not? Or maybe I'll want to cook something myself without a prescription?
Thank you in advance.
Sandy
Heating will last as long as you do not turn it off yourself (with the "heating / cancel" button), 24 hours is the maximum operating time of this function, another thing is "heating" it can be set from 1 minute to 2 hours (120 minutes).
Take the proportions and products you want, no grams are needed, the main thing is not to exceed the maximum mark on the pan.
Jewell
Sandy, Thank you for your help! True, I haven't cooked it even once, I still can't make up my mind, suddenly I'll do something wrong and break it.And please tell me about the multishef how to turn it on? in the instructions everything is short and blurry. there you can set your temperature and time. And another question, but how to check when, for example, you bake something ready or not? on the stove there it is easy to just open the oven and watch how the top and bottom are baked, but how does it suddenly burn out?
Sandy
The "menu" button → click until the "multishef" lights up → select the temperature with the "DEM." Button → select the time with the "timer" + and - → "START" buttons and that's it. The cover can be locked or not.
The lid locks at temperatures above 100 degrees and at least 0.5 multi-glasses of liquid.

On "baking" the lid is not blocked, and you can open it and check the readiness of the baking with a wooden stick

Jewell, in my opinion, a girl posted a video from this forum:

There were guests the other day. I decided to cook a little more rice milk porridge than usual (I cook 200 ml of rice for 1 liter of liquid (milk plus water)) ... I covered the proportions for 1.5 liters. In general, we left for the beach, returned, and on the table there was a flood and disaster. Milk spilled out of the valve during cooking. That is, I had a cartoon flooded - the whole body, and under the body there was also a puddle of milk. In short, then I scrubbed the mule for an hour, it's good that nothing got inside the bowl, because only the valve and the body were damaged, plus it naturally flowed under the non-removable inner body of the lid ... how to get in there - I have no idea.
The valve seems to have cleared more or less well, I already cooked on it - everything works fine and unlocks without problems.
And one more nuance - we arrived a little later than planned and as a result the heating was 1.5 hours. During the heating period, the porridge burnt to the bottom ... perhaps due to insufficient milk, or too long heating after all.
In general, the porridge still turned out, I diluted it a little with cold milk and the people devoured it by both cheeks while I scrubbed the poor little mule. This is the story that happened. Now I will never cook milk with a volume of more than 1 liter !!!
Jewell
Girls thank you all for your help. How I'll try I'll write what and how
Sandy
It seems to me that the milk escapes due to the peculiarities of the pressure cooker, namely the fact that it still releases a little extra pressure during the cooking process, although this is not noticeable, there is a smell of the dish being prepared, and this is enough for the milk to escape.
In my other two pressure cookers after "zilch" when I set pressure, there is no more smell or sound (even sometimes I forget that I am cooking at all) .... no matter how much milk or milk porridge I cook, when I open the milk lid over my level it is clear that it rose by 1 cm maximum, never did not grease the bowl with oil, nor did anything else.
So in Moulinex, milk is not her reading that in other Moulinex pressure cookers, people also run away with milk.

I made a conclusion for myself that I will not even try to cook anything dairy in it
Here is a photo of porridge and melted milk from Comforta

I would not dare to leave dairy unattended.
In general, I cook on a multichef 90-95 degrees, put whole oatmeal for an hour, all chiki-bunches.
Bes7vetrov
And I always leave dairy unattended
Because either I put the porridge for a liter of milk with a delay, or I put it now, but I myself go for a walk with the dog ... There were no more jambs, except for the first experiment with barley. I've been cooking porridge since mid-March, as I bought a mulechka, almost every other day (I just can't eat so much at a time, and my husband doesn't agree to all the cereals).
irida
The fact of the matter is that I have already put on a delay and more than once, and everything was fine, but yes, for 1 liter of diluted milk.So now more liters - nini! Just warned, girls, in our big portion to cook no way.

Good day! Share the recipe for making buckwheat. Yesterday I cooked with meat and mushrooms on a stew for 35 minutes. In proportion to a glass of buckwheat, 2 glasses of water. Mushrooms and meat are excellent, and buckwheat is a thick sticky lump: (((I don’t understand, there is little water, too much time ... Buckwheat always comes out excellent on the stove, fragrant, crumbly, I cook in the same proportion for 40 minutes. And here - barely Please tell me who cooks buckwheat how.
Lyusichka
I cooked round rice (in pilaf) on the PLOV mode and buckwheat on the Porridge mode and concluded that to get crumbly porridge you need much less water than the norm, about 1 (cereal): 1 and another drop (water). You need to try the proportions using the poke method - cereals are also different in terms of hardness, I take fresh buckwheat. And once I cooked pilaf according to a recipe from a book, there is a proportion of 1 (cereal): 1.1; and three times pulled me to pour water as usual two fingers higher than the cereal and got a wonderful lump of porridge, they ate the meat, and gave the porridge to the dogs. I think this is because Mulechka cooks under pressure and the liquid does not evaporate in such an amount as in a regular saucepan. It is also a pressure cooker and 35 min. for porridge this is a lot.

Please tell me who cooks buckwheat.
In 35 minutes of stewing, buckwheat will of course turn into a lump, and even more so since the juice was released from the mushrooms and meat (therefore, it was necessary to pour less water and it is better to choose a different mode).
I cooked without meat (just with mushrooms), first fry the mushrooms and onions on the "frying" mode for 10 minutes (if with meat it is possible for 15-20 minutes), then I added washed buckwheat 1 MC, salt, spices and poured 2 MC water (not topping up to the top of the MS by 1 finger), "rice / cereal" mode - 12 minutes, let off steam immediately after the end of the program. The buckwheat was crumbly and fluffy, nothing stuck together.
I tried to cook in a ratio of 1: 1 (buckwheat water), I did not like it, the cereal is still harsh, so 1: 2 is normal, the main thing is the correct mode and cooking time so that the cereal does not boil down and does not stick together)))
Cielito lindo
Thank you all for your advice on buckwheat, I will try. And apparently, all the same, meat should be cooked separately, and cereals for a side dish separately, their cooking parameters are too different ...
Vishenka999
You can fry / stew the meat, and later throw in the cereal. I do it on the stove

Good morning! I come to you with a micro-report ... Micro, because my beloved husband managed to eat the dish before photographing ... (I sleep for a long time) and I got one potato ("that's it! I can't take it anymore!" Quote) and a piece of meat. I cooked pork, carb, with potatoes on an onion pillow on baking. I washed the meat, tenderized it, rubbed it with spices and stuffed it with garlic. Peeled small potatoes. I fried two small onions in rings for about five minutes in a mulineska, put the meat on top of the bowl, spread a necklace of potatoes around, and generously salted potatoes. I set the baking mode for 1 hour (meat was about 700-900g). An hour later I put the lid on the airfryer and blushed for 20 minutes at 150 * C And in the morning I had only now- Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832

And like that from below (the onion burned out, or rather, it was caramelized all over to brown) - Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832
Now the bowl was filled with water and amway dish detergent and put on the heating so that all the chocolate brown onions could be easily washed off.
Larra
Liza, well, how could she not save it))), they are the first to appreciate the husbands and try, so sleep for a long time))) And the meat is wonderful, and the potatoes match the ruddy one, well done))) the bowl was washed normally?
Bes7vetrov
Yes, the bowl was washed when I rubbed it with a sponge. There, in two places, the onion burned, but went well. Now I need to boil a lemon so that the smell of fried / baked pork disappears from the kitchen))) and I slept only 15 minutes longer than my husband)) while I was washing, he put it on his plate for breakfast and in a container for work ... One potato I got from breakfast ...But delicious! It will be necessary to repeat, but the temperature can be reduced to 120-130 (maybe the onion will still be edible?)
Svet01
Take me into your ranks)). Yesterday my husband gave a mulka). But I will tell you that we have an expensive 8600 price tag for it. But the design shook. I read your thread with interest and hope for your help in mastering this wonderful machine. Since there is no experience of communicating with multicooker, it is certainly scary at first))

Welcome!! And in what city are these prices?
Don't worry, you will succeed! Mulineska is intuitive and well-wisher to beginners)))

Made a pork knuckle from a recipe book. It turned out great! The only thing that the book does not write under pressure or not, I did it under pressure, the texture is one above average.
The meat came off the bone perfectly.

There is one strange thing: sometimes it flips the lid
I made 3 apples on baking, a little water to the bottom and for 15 minutes, after 10 cartoon I threw off the lid and the apples were rather boiled
A day later, I put 5 apples on the same program for 20 minutes, everything went well
I sterilized the jars, as described in the book, by opening the lid twice, even the valve flew out
What does it mean?
Even when the cover is closed, but not locked, there is a small gap, backlash, that is, can the cover be squeezed is it normal? For blocking, probably? And now I am afraid that it does not fit well after those reclining

I received my mulychka as a gift, I haven't really figured it out myself, but it's good that you are all !!!
There is a lot of useful information here, but I don't like everything in the book with recipes ...
Today I will try to make Terrine from turkey (though instead of turkey there will be chicken breast)))
Then I will share my impressions))
Maybe someone already did something?

Welcome!
I always do it "on a whim", I haven't read the recipes, I'll just look at the proportions of pilaf (I'll do it tomorrow!).
Do not bother you like that. The main instruction is to study how and what to include. And I think everyone has the experience of cooking on the stove, it is not very different here.
Vishenka999
Florisimo must have set the pace over 100 degrees. In this case, the cartoon tries to gain pressure, and since the lid is not blocked, it swings back. Look.

Such prices in the city of pskov)). In terms of the price of a pressure cooker. Right now I'm trying to fry mushrooms with potatoes and stew chicken. I will report what happens.

Girls, put potatoes with mushrooms on frying for 20 minutes, but as a result, it was not very ready. I tried to go out to prolong frying and nothing came of it. She stubbornly stands on heating. I turned off the cartoon and turned it on again, trying to bring it to readiness on the multichef. Tell me what you did wrong?

yes, well, at the multichefe, it's still clear, it was ordered to put 110 or 130, I don't remember, like blocking over 100?
but on baked goods, there was not enough water for her?
is it enough for 5 apples?

If in the "frying" mode you have not finished cooking (the program has ended or the time you set yourself), you just need to press the heating / cancel button (hold for a few seconds), and turn on the "frying" mode again - as many minutes as you consider it necessary.

There is one strange thing: sometimes it flips the lid
On baking, it flips the lid if you are cooking some kind of "juicy" products in which there is a lot of moisture, the liquid evaporates, a lot of steam is formed and because of this, it flips the lid (for example, when baking dough products, I have never thrown back the lid), so it is impossible use "frying" with the lid closed, the temperature is too high. From I am a professor, I hope at least something of my explanation is true.

Yeah ... While I figured out how to install on the bird, I was tortured .... The instructions do not say that you need to move the cursor with the extinguishing button (((, and I suffered through the menu. Here is an ambush). But installed. Hooray. This happens if there is not enough liquid to build up pressure, add 100 ml of water and turn on the extinguishing, everything should be fine, and at the "multichef" you can set the time and temperature as you need, that's why he is a multishef, do what you want, unlimited possibilities for creativity ...)))
