Panasonic SD-2501. Milk bread

Category: Yeast bread
Panasonic SD-2501. Milk bread

Ingredients

Dry fast-acting yeast 1 tsp
Wheat flour 400 grams.
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Butter 1 tbsp. l. (15 grams.)
Milk 260 ml.

Cooking method

  • The simplest milk bread.
  • All ingredients are easy to measure.
  • Simple white bread was taken as a basis. In the recipe, sunflower oil and water were replaced with butter and milk.
  • Recipe from instructions for Panasonic SD-2501.
  • 1. To prepare this bread, put dry yeast on the bottom of the mold. In this case, we used Dr. Oetker yeast. One packet contains 7 grams of dry yeast and is designed for 500 grams of flour. You don't have to measure anything and empty the bag completely.
  • 2. Wheat flour is poured on top.
  • 3. Then add salt and sugar.
  • 4. 260 ml is filled in. milk.
  • 5. Since butter reduces the fermentation activity of the yeast, butter is added last.
  • 6. Set the size "M" on the bread maker.
  • 7. Set the crust color on the bread maker. In this case, a program for a dark crust was installed.
  • 8. Next, you need to run 1 program called "Basic Bread".

Time for preparing:

4 hours 5 minutes

Cooking program:

1 program for Panasonic SD-2501

The photos show two baked breads in a Panasonic SD-2501 Bread Maker.
Both of them had the same ingredients and baking programs. One was prepared using sunflower oil and water, and the other using butter and milk. A bottle of milk is placed next to the bread that used milk.

Milk and regular white bread:

The results are clear and speak for themselves.

Sunflower oil makes the crumb of the bread puffier and more porous, but reduces the uniformity of the dough.

Milk and butter increase the plasticity of the dough and increase the elasticity of the crumb, but inhibit the rise of the dough. I liked the milk bread better.

If you add eggs to milk bread, you get egg bread.

I have already cooked 7 times according to different recipes, the bottom is not baked, I want to try it according to yours
maybe I'm using Makfa in flour
so hottsa bread

Kolobok II, add a little water to the dough 1-2 tbsp. l. , make the dough softer and the bread will be lighter, airier and the rise will go better. Although the consistency of the dough is a matter of taste
Tough dough is harder for yeast to raise

Otherwise I agree, a lot depends on the ingredients and interaction with each other

Olegi4 , for a start, let's go here to figure it out Bread again did not work, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. What can be wrong? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0
Bread does not immediately yield to us, we need patience and experience ...
Olga78
Just today I baked bread according to a similar recipe with water, milk powder and vegetable oil, only there are all the ingredients in grams. I took the recipe from the instructions for my bread maker. It turned out to be a light airy delicious snow-white bread with a crispy crust - just class !!!
mess
And today I baked this bread, I only put sunflower oil, it turned out amazingly beautiful with milk, my daughter's son-in-law carried it. It's a pity I can't bake rye bread, we don't have malt and other ingredients. I will look for.
Olegi4
But all the same, what kind of flour is better to use
Tatyana, after reading your link https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0
I realized that I did not understand anything, everyone does as they want and what is in the refrigerator
Someone water from the refrigerator someone + 40c or from the tap
yeast can be any and in the amount of 5-7 grams, and so it will come down
butter in almost all recipes can be rast and butter

But I still did everything to the gram and strictly according to the instructions of the members of the forum and hp, in a great mood with my wife and children
True, there is one thing, but I did not follow the kolobok - in the evening I will put it on and I will not go away, I will look
but if the hotts in the morning on the timer is not clear how to follow - after all, all the members of the forum are also sleeping, but everything is ice

Or maybe a marriage?

1. Your link did not open, give the correct one

2. Try to make bread in a good mood, with your wife and children, from any products - but track the flour / liquid balance, dough consistency, bun !!! Then I'll listen to your opinion one more time
However, do not forget about the compatibility of some products, not all are friends with each other. Well, you need to read other different tips in the section Bread - everything is in the head

3. When you work out the version of wheat bread, a bun, you will be sure that the bread turns out well - then you will boldly put this bread recipe on the timer

Good luck to you and your wife and children!

Yesterday I baked my first bread according to this recipe, it turned out like in the photo Kolobok II, I liked the taste. So I wonder if it is possible to reduce the amount of yeast, will this not affect the baking? Yeast used - fermipan fast-acting yeast, Khimki.

My first milk bread.
Only today ... or rather yesterday, I bought an SD-2500 and immediately decided to make the first bread at home.
We chose the recipe "milk bread" from the instructions. Cooked on a medium loaf (L). The wife did not participate, she was busy with the child, and the mother had already observed the cooking process in the bread maker with her relatives and now actively participated at the stage of laying the ingredients.
This is what came out of our joint preparation.

I cut off the crust too early, while the bread was still hot, and this caused creases. He's done wonderfully.
I will now experiment with recipes to look for my favorite

The forum is great, I take off my hat to everyone who contributes to it

Welcome to the forum! Congratulations on your purchase and a lucky bread!
You already know what you need to study? About the bun? About the ingredients?
Ginsot
Thank you. First of all, I read about the kolobok, because there is a link to it from the first message of the general topic.
Now we are baking the second bread with water and rice oil In general, the experiments have begun.
Shara
Thank you! I just bought a bread maker yesterday and the first thing I did was try out your recipe! Very tasty hlenbushek, though for some reason the loaf turned out to be oblique-crooked-skewed, but thank God my crooked handles did not affect the taste of bread!

Hello, dear bakers!

I put milk bread today, now the dough is rising, there are about 30 minutes left before baking.
I have a question, should the kolobok grow a lot? Something my bun is small and not too fluffy. Maybe this is due to the fact that in the process of lifting the blade periodically turns it?
Or maybe this is how it should be and the bread will begin to grow during the baking process?

The spatula should turn it, this is called kneading the dough in order to release excess air. This is not your first bread, is it? How long until baking starts?

Oops ... I didn't notice everything in the question, but it's written about the time ...it should rise in half an hour, if there is not enough rise (you never know the yeast is unsuccessful), then you can add time ..

What is the size of the load in HP? i.e. how much flour?
Murrra
400 gr., As in the recipe.

How tall has the bread grown? Has the baking started yet?
Murrra
Lga, I'm probably just an alarmist. Now I looked in, and the dough has doubled, only a clumsy lump of some kind. Pointed a finger, soft.
The baking has gone. In 40 minutes we will find out the result.

I apologize for the premature panic.
Murrra
Well, here's my bread.

She cut off a piece without waiting for cooling.

And here is a cut off piece for the light!

The bread is delicious! Only the roof remained clumsy and humpbacked.
What is the reason?
Saharok
Good day, dear forum users! Here is my first bread! A little gnarled, a crust of kalya-malya, but such a delicious! About the bun. Feels as if he was a little tight ..., did not feel, overlooked, there is nothing to compare with yet. Will be studying. Thanks a lot, everyone!

Thanks for the recipe!
Yesterday I became the owner of HP Panasonic 2501. I decided to start with your recipe and the first bread turned out just with a bang. When I was staging I was very afraid, suddenly something would be wrong, but everything turned out great. The family expects from me the following feats.

Good day! Sorry for possibly not the smartest question. I'm just going to join the ranks of bakers, my beauty will come the day after tomorrow. I read and re-read a lot of information. I will not say that everything has settled down, but I try. Question. In the bread recipe, dry foods are placed at the bottom of the bucket, and liquid foods are poured on top. And I sort of read that it is advised to do the opposite. Or did I not understand something? Or is this order of importance for this model?

Hello everyone.
I did everything according to the recipe, it turned out delicious.
Elena Pavlovna
Thanks to the author!
I really liked the really tasty and tender bread.
It remains to be hoped that Tatiana (Admin) was not cunning when she said that bread does not make you fat

And I will say it now - if there is it according to the proverb "take bread in moderation for dinner"

Any bread, even with bran called "dietary", contains a very large amount of calories - and if you take into account additives in the form of butter, milk, sour cream and other high-calorie additives = a very high-calorie product
Elena Pavlovna
Tatyana, let me, another newcomer of your forum, tell you the most sincere words of gratitude for your work! Your manuals are just a discovery for beginners, and your love for Bread is admirable.

Since I am absolutely a beginner, I still have no questions)))), but nothing, I think there will be)))).

PS I looked about the koloboks, thanks again!

Elena Pavlovna, Thanks for the kind words!

Here is my bread on a Panasonic 2500. Dairy recipe from the attached book, only 1.5 tsp yeast. and a piece of butter instead of sunflower. Size L (for 500 g flour), medium crust, program 1 - basic. The weight of the finished bread is 825 gr. I do it for the first time, everything worked out. Thanks for the advice.
Yolo4ka
Hello!
Take to the ranks of bakers)))
We also bought a Panasonic SD-2501 bread maker.
Immediately we tried to bake the simplest bread - everything turned out great! (photo, unfortunately, accidentally deleted)
This time I want to try to bake milk - the question is ripe: what kind of milk (if not dry) do you use? In the sense - 2.5% or 3.2%, or 6% in general?
Is it better, too, cold, like water?
Oh, another question - did anyone try to bake milk bread on fast mode? Or is it better on the main one?
Admin

Milk can be used with any fat content, room temperature. In principle, Panasonic has a temperature equalization mode, so you can pour cold milk.
Baking on Basic Bread mode. This is the optimal setting for good quality bread.

Fast mode produces "unripe" bread with a high yeast content.
Yolo4ka
Tatyana, thank you for your answer.
So I thought about the fast mode ...
Yolo4ka
My half-milk bread is already baking with might and main)) I made a book for a large rate. But there was not enough milk, I diluted it with some water ...
Then I read about the koloboks - I felt my own, looked a few times - everything seemed to be ok, but in the second batch it was still a little sticky to my fingers ... But it was too late to add flour. I will wait for the result
Yolo4ka
I report:
The bread turned out to be delicious)) I was a little worried, because the bun during the second batch is still a little sticky to the fingers, but it was too late to add flour ...

And the photo in the section (already in the morning))), with the flash it turned out not as beautiful as it really is, but the crumb is better visible)) And they cut it off in pieces, that's why it's crooked)))

Taia
Yolo4ka, you have got a beautiful bread. Smooth and even, it means that the bun was correct. From the moment I bought a bread machine, I have been baking bread according to this recipe for several years, I like it most of all.
Yolo4ka
Thank you, Taia, and delicious bread))
Next time I'll try it completely on milk again, otherwise this time I had to dilute it with some water (by the way, I diluted it with ordinary water, from aquaphor, not boiled) ..

Good day! I want to say a big thank you to the author of this bread! I really, really liked it! When my husband presented the bread maker, I was not very happy, of course, I tried it once, but what a mood, such is the bread! I put the bread maker in a box and put it away, far and for a long time! Then the spouse came across this site and recommended it! Doubts tormented me for a long time, but still interest took up! I am of course very happy about that! Now I can't even imagine how I would be without my assistant in the kitchen! Thanks for the recipes! And the bread turns out with a bang! And it flies even faster!
