Thank you, I already have a second multicooker - a pressure cooker. I liked everything that I cooked. Today I want to put yogurt.

Today I want to put yogurt
Then write how everything turned out
Marina2019
Reporting: The yoghurt was prepared from whole cow's milk with the addition of Activia yoghurt. The result is an interesting substance, a cross between kefir and curdled yogurt, I personally taste sour, I am not a particular connoisseur of sour milk. My husband liked this product.

Marina, And at what temperature and how long did they cook?
Marina2019
A couple of hours on Yoghurt, then 4 hours on a multichef temperature - 40 *

I did it like this. It seems not bad at all.

Hello everybody. I used black mulka for 4 and a half years. Mainly porridge (every day), broth, azu with meat and vegetables, squash caviar, adjika for preparations in summer, yogurt. Then my panel died - I had to change it for 2 mowers .... the bowl during this time, of course, I killed .... then the lid cracked. Now everything is still working, but not like that .... the porridge has been floating for a long time - everything is splashing inside, the whole valve is clogged ..... n (I beg your pardon, it is boiling))))) Exit: I'm tormenting the multichef at 80 degrees for 3 hours (at night, and in the morning a good porridge) - but, of course, these troubles are annoying ... I went to the store to choose a new cartoon, many beautiful and new ones. And no matter how the consultants rubbed me in what is convenient with a hinged lid - nothing gets there, the degree of protection and all that - I decided for myself that the lid would only be removable !!! Over the years of use, scale is still there, greasy steam gets in and accumulates between the metal and the plastic of the lid. And I also have the whole valve in porridge or meat broth - I was tortured every time I wasted at the sink to wash out the whole cartoon ...

Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832 Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832 (by the way, the steam is sooo rarely bleed forcibly - I'm waiting for the lid to unlock itself)))) As a result, I bought a Moulinex Fastcooker CE620D32 Multicooker Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832

NATALIA - Thank you so much for the recipes in the mail

Kucherashka, Olga, congratulations on the new thing! Let it only please!

I have little white. TTT, it's okay.
Already, I do not even remember how many years already, 5-6 years? .. And with the lid and everything else, everything is fine. I just changed the saucepan.
And on the contrary, I decided for myself that I would take only with a hinged lid. Before that there was a cartoon with a removable, how it annoyed me, all the time I did not know where to attach it.
And now, what if suddenly something happened to the mule, I would like to take another with a folding one. I love
Here we are all different
Kucherashka
Natalia, for sure - everyone has their own experience)))
Do you have grease under the lid?
The difference from the multicooker is insignificant. Both of the same power and from the same series. At 502832, the temperature spread is greater: there are recipes for 104 degrees, and 116, and others (I'm talking about automatic ones), though porridge is 104 ... And a mule with a hinged lid has porridge for 100, the rest is 114. And the 620 has a 10-degree pace for the multi-chef. at black 5. This is sadness for me ...

Hello girls, my mother is the new owner of 502 mulichkas, but since she is not persevering, I have to reread the entire forum for me, so far I have only reached 103 pages, I haven’t worked it out with neta for 4 days, I’m studying additional accessories in parallel. Maybe you've already found it, but I'll leave this info just in case. Our models 500,501,502 and 503 have a native non-stick tefal bowl. Original Moulinex Bowl for multicooker Moulinex 5L SS-994575. I hope this info will be useful to you

Good afternoon, girls! I read you for a long time without registration, but this cartoon appeared with me, and decided to register, because I already have a problem
I cooked semolina porridge two days ago, forced the steam off with a button (now I realized that this should not be done ....), the lid, of course, did not unlock for me, because the valve was stuck. I went to the Internet, read that they open it with a toothpick in such cases. So I did: I took off the oval lightweight washer and pushed it with a toothpick into the hole. The lid opened, everything was in porridge inside and I began to wash everything thoroughly, disassemble everything, washed it, wiped it, put it in place. The next morning, I put wheat porridge on the water, after the end of the program, it stood for 30 minutes on heating, the pressure was released automatically and the lid did not open again ((I took it apart again, I think, maybe I didn’t wash it, I repeated it, but cooked it at lunchtime borsch and the same story, damn it .... I opened it with a toothpick. Now it's the same with rice porridge - the lid does not open after 45 minutes on heating, the pressure is automatically released. Yesterday I went to Komfi, asked the representative of Moulinex what the problem could be He said that the products were clogged in the valve, there was no such multi, but on another Moulinex he showed that it was necessary to unscrew the washer inside the lid, which is connected precisely with the heavy valve, I tried to unscrew it, but I did not succeed, did not break, how It seemed to me that it does not unscrew at all. In short, I am all in upset feelings ... tell me, please, what can help me and how to properly wash this valve really?

I, too, suffered so much after the milk porridge, then figured out how to remove and wash this pin completely that I didn't want to go down without a toothpick. It is necessary to remove the rubber band inside the lid from it, then turn the handle to the locked state without closing the lid. Now you can push it out from the inside or turn the mule upside down with the lid, it will fall out itself. We wash it well and the hole where it was (wrapped cotton wool on a skewer, wet it and wiped it). Then we collect it back - when the pressure was released, it always began to fall again and unlock the lid.
