Girls! Take to your family. I bought a cartoon Moulinex CE500E32. I suffered for a long time with a choice, but thanks to your forum, I made up my mind. Only today I took it from internet delivery. do not blame me if stupid questions appear, this is my first experience ...
Larra
Svetlana, Welcome! Congratulations on your purchase, let everything turn out deliciously for you))) There are no stupid questions in such a case, so ask, do not hesitate, how we can help)))

Larissa, thanks for the support, I tried to boil water in a double boiler mode, without lemon, after the end of the cycle, a small white bloom appeared on the wall and bottom of the bowl. Or is it the factory grease is leaving, or is the water like that? I thought that the ceramic bowl would be heavy, massive, but here it seems that it is metal, thin and light ...
Larra
SvetlanaMost likely it is the water that leaves a plaque, it happens to me too, just my dishwashing detergent, and a mustache ..., no plaque. And as for the bowl, it's still not quite light, now weighed it on the scales, it weighs 695g, and in my old Panasonic 18 it is only 398g, so I think it's a good bowl in the mulineska. Yes, and the coating, if you use it carefully and carefully, I think it will last a long time, I have been cooking in a mule for 4 months, absolutely everything and every day, until there is a single scratch or scuff, like new. So don't worry)))
Symphony
Today there was rice porridge in milk, I probably will not cease to be amazed at the proportions - for 1 MC (I had a little more) a liter of milk of rice and where does it all go then)))))

but it turned out very tasty, we put it on both cheeks in the morning) nothing escaped and did not burn)

1 MS of rice (I had 1.3 MS of rice)
4 MCs of milk (it took a liter for my 1.3 MCs of rice)
2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
0.5 tsp salt
20 g butter (I smeared it a little on the walls just in case)

and that's it, the "Milk porridge" mode for 20 minutes, then 4-5 minutes on heating, 5 seconds of steam release (I think after 3 minutes it would come out on its own) and that's it, you open the lid and mmm ...

Hello everybody! And I am a happy owner of this miracle :-) water with lemon is being brewed now :-) Only here is a bitter sediment - they did not put instructions and a recipe book in the online store ..... on Monday they promised to allow it - we wait and the equipment is poor, of course I thought that the jars for yoghurt will be ... well, yes, I have a yoghurt maker :-) what to cook now? Iron recipes :-) :-)

Yesterday I cooked the WHEEL !!!
This is "BOMB", my husband said that I am the God of cooking.))))
Salted, pepper, stuffed with garlic and pickled in a plum marinade, and put it in the hol-k for 6 hours. She took it out, put it in a bowl, previously oiled with vegetable oil and poured water, 200 grams. , since the shank is more than a kilogram, but I think 1 hour is enough).
Delicious!!))))

Girls, since while the instruction is in my electronic version, I’m all for it :-) I set the corn to cook, I chose the "cooking" mode and put the handle on the lock (then I saw that the cooking was without blocking), having cooked the corn on the lid there was a little byaka

How is it cooking without blocking? The brewing mode starts only when the lid is locked.
Kirta
More girls have a question !!! In some recipes, they write to cook on a multi-chef with high pressure - how to achieve high pressure? Does it depend on water or temperature?
Kirta
Svetlana looked at the first page ..... the mark and the dot is where the lid is closed, but not blocked
Svetlana14
Kirta, well, I looked at the first page and in my little book ... we see something different. In the plate there is a cooking mode (the fourth line from the top), the dot is "the lid is closed and locked", otherwise the mule will not start ...
Larra

In the original instructions, as well as in the recipe book, the "cooking" mode is turned on only when the lid is locked.

The pressure is built up at the boiling point, that is, starting from 100 or 105 degrees, I will not say more precisely.
Kirta
Oh thanks! Glad that you have registered here - help! Damn, where was I looking? Precisely cooking is blocked
And again, maybe a stupid question - if let’s put milk rice porridge in the evening on the start line in the morning, this rice will be filled with moisture overnight, and all the cereals will swell ...

Thanks for the answer, it's a pity we don't sell this, we need to see something for a replacement, interested in such a marinade, probably it should be sweet and sour in taste? I love this combination, tender meat with a fruity taste and aroma))) Well, right now I wanted to do it, I presented the taste ... drooling)))

Hello. Today I decided on porridge I took a box of rolled oats, where it says "cook for 5 minutes."
1 m / glass of flakes, 2.5 m / st. milk for long storage and 2.5 m / st. hot water from a thermopot, salt, sugar to taste.
I chose the Oatmeal mode, the default time is 5 minutes. At the end, I waited for the auto-release of pressure (about five minutes), opened the lid: the porridge, in my opinion, was not cooked, because the viscosity that should be present in the oatmeal did not work; there were traces of milk on the lid, but under the removable lid everything is fine, the valve is clean. I put it on Oatmeal for another 5 minutes, everything is as it should be: the porridge is ready, the lid is clean (I washed it before starting it again). In the recipe book, by the way, it is written that the rolled oats should be boiled in Oatmeal for 10 minutes. The best part for me is that the porridge did not pick up the smell of the silicone ring after soups, pilaf and other meat dishes.

Girls, the question is off topic, but your help is needed. Tell me, does anyone have a refrigerator and a dishwasher next to them in the kitchen? I just plan an electrician in the house, and electricians say that no one does this. But the dishwasher is not always on, like the refrigerator. Thank you in advance.
Kirta
I think you can put it like that - I have a microwave on the refrigerator for 13 years already))
And I again have a question about stewed potatoes before frying the meat and onions with carrots, the automatic mode for stewing vegetables gave out 15 minutes, did it for a whole pot of potatoes?

I have a refrigerator and a washing machine next to it, and on the washing machine there is a mule, everything is fine, no failures. But I somehow read in the reviews (I chose kitchen scales), people complained that if you leave the scales near the microwave or on it, they get confused and start showing nonsense. Therefore, it is better to keep the scales away. Read on the Internet, I think there is a lot of information.

Girls, I can't figure out the "no pressure" function - is it when the valve is in the "steam release" position or in the middle between "under pressure" and "steam release"?

Svetlana, there are two positions, without pressure it works when the handle is simply turned to the right, and under pressure, when the handle is locked, that is, put in the lock position, that's the whole difference, and the steam release is the button on the handle, which we release steam)))

Yours, as I understand it, is a white model, but in a black bowl it is apparently heavier, I weighed mine - 695g. I don’t know why such a difference
V.S.B.
I have a black one, but an analogue of white for 21 programs, in the description there is a ceramic bowl 1.8 mm, maybe yours is thicker?

Something I did not find anywhere in the description how much mm it is, but judging by the weight ... it should be thicker, now it has outweighed it again, everything is also 695g. Girls who has Moulinex CE502832 black weigh your bowls, how many grams? And then it became interesting what was the matter ...
Ksenay
V.S.B. Larra The little black bowl is thicker, where I bought it in the description it was 2.5 mm (it looks like it is somewhere). By weight: I can't weigh mine, but it feels heavy, closer to 700 g
V.S.B.
Yes, indeed, I looked at the site: my little black and the same white, which for 21 programs is a 1.8 mm four-layer bowl, and yours for 37 programs is a little more expensive, but already 2.5 mm four-layer. I hope that mine will serve for some time, at least until the moment when spare ones appear on sale.
V.S.B.
Today, there was "the first test of the pen", I cooked from a booklet, which is included in the set - shurpa and pilaf. Pilaf has overcooked a little, although the rice is not sticky, but soft, I like a little hard. It so happened that after the end of cooking, he stood for another 17 minutes on the heating. And I would still sweat shurpa (according to the recipe - 20 min.). that would be richer, I cooked from beef.

Electronics can be put together, but preferably in completely different sockets (with different contacts that are not in contact with each other. Let's say the refrigerator does not eat a lot of electricity, you can hook it up to anything. We have a refrigerator, the main light in the kitchen, a TV and several sockets for charging a mobile phone and other nonsense, even a kettle and a mixer - all from one power supply in fact. The stove is separate. The oven and microwave are in contact. The dishwasher with the mulch is in contact. If I put the mulk in the general contact where the kettle, refrigerator and other a trifle, then it cuts off the plugs, if the mule and the kettle, or the mule and the iron, or the mule and the waffle iron are in operation. they rarely work together, but even when they worked, the plugs were not knocked out. Here electricians will better help you in this matter.

About porridge for the night. It's even good that the rice swells and cooks faster. Stay not for 20 minutes, but for 10-15.You don't need less liquid, all the liquid will be used. I once forgot to put the mule on (distracted), and the rice-milk stood for three hours, but it was still not urgent for me - I wanted to put it on a delay. The porridge was cooked normally, on baby food. But if I had put it on 8 hours of delay, I think I would have set the time less, maybe 15 minutes.

I have it out, but the p / m next to the oven
p / m there are programs the roofing felts washes with hot water, the roofing felts also dries afterwards, although everything is always wet, but in the process I discovered a specific heat from it
I would carry them with the refrigerator if possible
but usually special material is laid
my oven is laid on the sides by some kind of "sackcloth"
Unsubscribe on a hinged plastic steamer
The lid with it does NOT block, the valve does not physically turn
But you can do it on a multishef
he bastard throws me the lid !!! I will experiment more
did stupidly frozen vegetables in a double boiler, it turned out not tasty
now I'm stewing them in cream, it's delicious
I'm just nursing, so I have to eat such steamed-stewed garbage
Bes7vetrov
Or maybe just put a basket on the supplied stand for a double boiler? Then the valve will be blocked and the vegetables will not crumble ... There are also silicone baskets-steamers, they are probably the most convenient to use in this case.
Iris
girls, hello! I am again for help.
I make bread according to Larra's recipe and cannot understand. After the dough has risen in the bowl for 40 minutes. close the lid ... just close it, as I understand it, do not block it .... set "baking for 40 minutes" ... I did just that ... and the indicator began to run on the scoreboard, as pressure is gaining on other programs, but. .. I didn't block the lid, and where does the pressure come from if there is no liquid there ... or it draws out all the moisture from the kolobok, so it will then be dry, like a crouton ... and then I had to block the lid ... . something I'm confused. I haven't used "baking" before, today is the first time ... tell me what I did wrong. HELP
Bes7vetrov
Iris, you did everything right. The indicator runs while the multicooker enters the mode, that is, during the heating process (in particular the bottom of the bowl) up to 150 * C (as laid down in the pressure cooker program), as soon as the temperature reaches the set level, the indicator will stop running in a circle and the time will start counting.
Bes7vetrov
By the way, I weighed my bowl - 721 g
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832
P.s .: two chips of the first bowl coating are visible, I put it on the side in the first days of use myself, forgot that I was not cooking in a metal pan and tapped the iron handle of a silicone spatula. And the second one, at the bottom of the bowl, I found today !! where is he from? I was terribly upset, I only wash it with my hands, the kitchen accessories are all silicone ...
Iris
Bes7vetrovThank you very much for your quick reply!
Everything was as you wrote ... I sit ... look yu on it ... "meditate" ... and wait for the result!
Girls, if not for you ... I would already go gray-haired
Thanks ... thanks ... saved for....

And today I received my white multicooker, the weight of the bowl is 735 grams. I sit with lemon and boil. Now I want to try to cook buckwheat, and put yogurt to the small one for the night. Someone tried to make yoghurts with fruits based on milk and activation, please share the recipes.
And I generally ordered a black multicooker first, but then I saw instructions on the Internet and that in the white one there is a program of languor of 95 degrees and works up to 10 hours. Maybe someone will find this information useful.
irida
And I am completely satisfied with the steam cooker included. What doesn't suit you? I even managed to cook 2 different dishes there somehow. Of course it would be cool to have some kind of two-tier, the second tier would fit there ...I would just buy the same one, and put on each other, for example. Although so far there has been no such need - all that is needed is one tier.

I have the same chip on the top more often, also from a metal handle from a plastic cooker ... I also put it literally in the first days. There are no more chips. But somehow she scolded her husband. I soaked the bowl in the sink and did not wash it right away (with the children, somehow you really don't have time to do everything right away), and my husband threw a dirty plate in there and threw a fork ... So I scolded it like that. But nothing happened.

I went to steam the cutlets. I love these cutlets - minced chicken-turkey (you can just chicken), cut champignons there (I have canned without spices, but you can also fresh), finely chopped onions, a little spices and that's it. And it's terribly tasty when steamed. I put on a double boiler for 15 minutes.
Tina1
I report on buckwheat, this is my first dish in a slow cooker, I fried finely chopped onions at 130 degrees, then grated carrots there on a fine grater and fried everything together. I added 2 multi-glasses of buckwheat, a slice of butter and 4 multi-glasses of hot water. I put rice / cereals on the program for 12 minutes. I blew off the steam and everything is perfectly ready. The first impression is great. Now it remains to put yogurt

The girls are gradually mastering the recipes. I made charlotte - very tasty to taste - but a bit under-baked. Another would be 5-7 minutes. I bet on 40min. Maybe because I cut a lot of apples. I made boiled pork - it turned out great. Then she did it, but she put it out a little - it seemed unprepared. I made a fish aspic, just a song, I threw it all, I filled it up. Most of all I liked. I just made a pepper. And pepper and minced meat and raw rice. Poured onions with carrots and tomato. In short, I like it so much - I want to cook and cook - but there is no one to eat. They all dispersed.
irida
My last charlotte was not baked, but on the contrary, I put fewer apples. I just opened it after 40 minutes - I see the top is a little undercooked and put it on for another 10 minutes. Everything turned out superb. In general, I really like how our mule bakes. The biscuit really turns out to be magical
Kirta
And my charlotte was burnt and, on the advice of the girls, I put apples on a layer of dough and then filled the rest with the truth for 3 eggs I probably made a little dough and 40 minutes for him a lot.

How can you cook two dishes there? For example, buckwheat and vegetables on Olivier will no longer work, because the stand will stand in porridge when it swells
And when mounted, porridge and a double boiler cannot touch each other
The most you can do is the pasta with sausages from the recipe book
And then, I took thin little sausages, and a couple of them fell into macaroons. And getting this stand is not convenient.
If her legs were longer, she still didn't go anywhere.
There you can take out the silicone plugs, insert suitable tubes and put on the plugs again, but I have not yet found a suitable inventory :-)
And I did not like the steamed chicken breast cutlets, dry and hard
In addition, this stand fits 6-7 small pieces, you can't feed a family with this
