Yesterday they brought me this model. This is the new Moulinex series with spherical bowls. There are 3 models: 805 (induction), 812 (with a viewing window) and 814. I have long wanted an induction, but the prices for Bork and Cook are very toothy. Especially with the current course. Therefore, I stopped at Moulinex. Outwardly beautiful, but long. So you can't call it compact. There is a removable plate on the lid. Standard equipment: black steam basket, spoon, scoop and glass.

I liked the bowl very much. It resembles a cauldron. Weighty. Solid. Time will tell how the coating will behave during operation. The weight of the bowl is 1620 g. The bottom is smooth, without honeycomb. The scale for rice is painted.

The first thing I did was set Steam on for 10 minutes. She poured half a liter of water. Steam appeared after 5 minutes. The time counts down immediately.
Then I cooked buckwheat using the Rice / Groats program. 2 mst buckwheat for 4 mst water. The program runs without setting the time. During work, a snake runs on the screen. A countdown begins before the end. Buckwheat was cooked for about 40 minutes. Next time I will try to cook 1 mst of cereals. But it looks like the program is sensory. Like the Plov program.
This morning I needed oatmeal porridge. I took 1 mst of 5-minute boiling flakes, added 3 mst of liquid (milk + water). I put Milk Porridge on the program for 10 minutes. Steam appeared after 5 minutes. After the end of the program, I opened the lid. Everything is clear. It can be seen that it was rising a little. But the porridge turned out to be very liquid. I mixed it and left it on the heating for 20 minutes. It turned out what we need!

Olga, Congratulations on the new cartoon !!! I will follow Temko as long as I like it very much. Can you ask an immodest question, how much does it cost? And then new items are usually a little expensive at first. We are waiting for a review of cartoons and delicious recipes.

Thank you! Now I cooked the broth and put kharcho on it. In the evening, the husband will try and give a verdict. He likes first courses from pressure cookers more. Pilaf is next.
I took it from the Comfi store for a promotion. So it costs 3657 UAH. And I bought it with a 12% discount for UAH 3219.

I think my husband will appreciate that the soups from the multicooker are also delicious, only after trying to cook them in a pressure cooker, I don't have the patience to cook just in a multicooker, much longer. Although it may be faster because of induction. Unfortunately, I don’t know the current exchange rate of the hryvnia to the ruble, but I looked on the internet, it costs about 14,000 - 14,500 rubles, for an induction one it seems to be an acceptable price, but you can grab it for some kind of action and cheaper))) In the meantime, we will watch your development of this cartoon )))

Today I studied the baking mode. First, I baked chicken thighs on the Bake-Meat mode. Time reduced from 40 minutes to 30. We got gorgeous hips. One has already been sent to the son on the plate
Multicooker Moulinex MK805E32
Then small potatoes left in the melted fat. I didn't clean it, just washed it with a brush. Put out Baking -Vegetables, 20 minutes. This is how my dinner turned out

And this is yesterday's pilaf. My husband said that from a pressure cooker he doesn't like crumbly porridge. My photos are not very ... telephone

Olya's dishes look great and I'm sure they are just as tasty. And how is the bowl in care, easy to clean? It's good that the bowl is not with a ceramic coating, I was disappointed in ceramics, it's only good to stew there, and a non-stick coating is best for frying.I have a Moulinex CE502832 pressure cooker, I like it very much, but I had to buy a Redmond bowl with a non-stick coating especially for frying and baking, as the native ceramic over time began to stick when frying.
Ofeliya
The bowl is easy to clean. How will happen next, we'll see. There is some contradictory information about the coverage. Non-stick is listed on the off site. And online shopping is already ceramic. In the instructions and on the box, I did not find any mention of ceramics. Safe non-stiak coating only. The recipe book says that the food is loaded first, and then frying starts. Just like ceramics ...
Larra
Well, time will tell. You can't pick up for her and from another multi bowl ... only if similar ones go on sale later. Something no one is interested in the new mule, no one has bought more yet, probably from members of the forum. Let's wait)))

She cooked rice-corn porridge. 3/4 MCT of cereal + 4 MCT of liquid (milk + water). It can be seen that the bowl is half-stained. The lid is clean. I put on the Milk porridge mode, 25 minutes. It turned out to be very thick. I will add more liquid next time. I think that it will be optimal to cook 1: 6.

If you need a small portion of porridge, then this multicooker can cook it on the Baby food mode. I tried to cook 5-minute boiling flakes + 2 MCT of liquid (milk + water). I put it on for 15 minutes. Everything was wonderfully prepared, it didn't run anywhere.
I also tried Multishef. Here it can even be 2-stage. I decided to bake bread. I kneaded the dough in HP. She formed bread and sent it to the cartoon for proofing. I set Multishef 1 to 40 degrees, for 30 minutes. Then Multishef 2 - 140 degrees, for 50 minutes. After the end of the first stage, the multicooker proceeds to the second. After the end of the regime, I nevertheless decided to turn the bread over and brown the other side. And then I noticed that there is no Baking mode. At first I thought about using Multishef again, but then I decided that Baking and Baking are still somewhat similar and set Bake - Vegetables - 20 minutes (by default). And that's okay))

I tried the Extinguishing mode several times. Did not like. Nothing is stewed at all. More like Vexation. The pork potatoes were not completely cooked in 50 min + 30 min. I had to transfer to Plov. It's a pity there is no thermometer to measure the temperature.
Ofeliya
The Rice / Groats mode is still sensory. The rice, by the way, turned out to be very tasty! For 2 mst of cereals, he worked for 45 minutes.
Ofeliya
Probably have to take your words back. The Rice / Cereal mode worked for 40 minutes while boiling 3 mst of rice. Looks like a machine gun.

Help! Which button on this model should I set the cooking time? For example, Stewing (for jellied meat) 6 hours.
yalena
Ofeliya, I read that it cooks faster with induction heating and less electricity is spent.
Is it so?
And if it's not difficult for you, you could not measure its real dimensions.
Thank you in advance!

The instructions say:

• Press “Menu” to select the cooking function you need, press the button
"Delay start / timer" when it is necessary to set a delayed start. On the screen
the time that can be changed is displayed. To activate the preset
parameters, press the Delay Start / Timer button. The options are displayed on the screen
delay start and default cooking times. Press “+“ and “-“ to adjust
time. One press of the “+“ or “-“ button adds or subtracts 1 hour or 1 minute.
• After selecting the function, press the "Delay start / Timer" button (odd number of times)
to switch to timer setting mode. The display will now flash
the corresponding function and the default cooking time.

Despite all its advantages, I have not inflamed with tenderness for this cartoon. I have a place to cook small portions of porridge, but I did not hold the unit just for the sake of the chic Baking program. Therefore, I sold the multicooker

I also baked bread today, but I did not turn it over in a slow cooker, but baked it for 20 minutes in the oven.
Surprisingly, I got out of the spherical shape with ease.
Here it is - rye bread:

I bought 812 moulinex with such a bowl, but the 812th bowl is lighter than the 805th, and now I want to buy the 805, but I don’t know how it is better than the 812, just the 805th induction and why is it better than the ten one?
Ofeliya
In induction heating is instantaneous. Accordingly, much is prepared faster than in ten.

Yes, now I'm thinking, I can't decide between Moulinex CE503 or take 805, here is induction and a pot like a pear and there is a pressure cooker, what I can't do
Ofeliya
If you have an 812, it's probably best to get a pressure cooker. Still, 812 and 805 are somewhat similar. The result is almost dubbing. But the tandem of a multicooker and a pressure cooker is just that.
eXodus
Hello. I am planning to buy an 805, can you say anything about it? Are you satisfied with the purchase or would you have taken something else instead?
leonidkt88
I now have 812 and I am pleased with this miracle that she has such a pan, there is also a CE503, I am also very pleased, and the 805 is similar to the 812, but 805 is only inductive.
I do not regret at all that I chose Moulinex

good evening! I bought this cartoon, and now I have doubts (there are no recipes, there are no spare bowls, even though you go back and forth (tell me, where can I find the recipes? Does it take a long time to cook?)
this is my first cartoon

And who cooks borsch? stewed potatoes? on mulik, these programs do not bring the liquid to a boil,
cooked borscht for about two hours, such as languishing, a slow cooker, I have not tried potatoes yet,
is your liquid boiling? and how much time, in general, share your experience.
Someone used the recipes, threw everything, came in 1-2 hours, everything is ready.
yalena
alkor57, I have it for 3.5 years and I do not use programs at all ...
I set the temperature I need manually.
I don't cook borsch, but potatoes and cereals are constantly. I put it on the maximum temperature, as the steam started, reduce it to 110 degrees and everything boils.
