Good day girls! For a long time I chose a multicooker for myself, re-read a bunch of sites, did not know where to stop, and then I saw the mulichka 502832 and fell in love. I read your forum and understood that she is! Now I'm looking forward to my birthday, they promised to give it to me. Here's just one question for you girls. Somewhere I don’t remember I read that after two months of use, everything starts to stick to the bottom, and the baked goods burn out. And more about porridge. My little son is also a year old, we have already thrown the purchased cereals in packs, and now I cook in a multi-cooker with me a binaton2170. I cook porridge in the following proportion: 1 glass of cereal, 2 glasses of milk, 2.5 glasses of water. 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar. 1 tsp. spoon of salt. a piece of butter. The porridge turns out to be creamy, tasty.
Larra
Oooo ..., now it was printed normally, without bold type, what it is, I don’t understand anything, probably I’ve screwed up something, although I still don’t know what
Sandy
Larra, there must have been some glitch
Larra
Nadjshka. Welcome to contact us. About the bowl, I can say that I have not been using this multicooker for very long, but still almost 5 months, nothing sticks, does not burn, unless of course we grease the bowl with oil. I don't see any scratches, chips, or scuffs, I handle it very carefully, all the same, there are no spare original bowls on sale yet. So you don't have to worry about it, if you take good care of the mule, nothing will stick. And about porridge, read Temka, there are many tips here, you need to adapt a little so that nothing runs away, and so the porridge turns out to be delicious.
Larra
Sandy, probably (I hope not with me). Now everything is fine)))
Nadjshka
Thank you girls! Probably these are isolated cases.

Hello girls. Now you will have more per forum member

I want to initially complain about my misfortune. Two months ago she persuaded her beloved to buy me a slow cooker. After a short search, we settled on the Redmond RMC-M110. There are so many programs and such a beauty. Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832 I ordered it in the online store. I couldn't get enough of her. But it was not there. She ended up with a marriage. Everything in her was on fire. And it turned out just coals. The decoy on the mode of three minutes and then it turned out burnt from below. Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832 But this turned out to be potatoes with meat in the stewing mode Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832 I took it to the service center literally three days later. The sensors were found to be faulty and they promised to replace everything. But, as it turned out later, replacing the sensor did not give a result; a whole set of parts had to be changed. The manufacturer refused to provide this kit. And now, two months later, they gave me a conclusion on the malfunction of this multi and wrote out an act for return. According to the terms of the Rozetka online store, in such cases they either change to the same model, or return the money. Accordingly, I do not need the same one, with this one how many nerves were spent. So I'll take the money and pick up another beauty for myself. So far, only this Moulinex has liked me. I sit and read what you are writing, as I understand everyone is happy with her. Of the minuses I noticed only the impossibility of making semolina. Who is not difficult, please write your impressions
Larra
Nadjshka, not at all))), let's hope that we will not have such cases))), we are waiting on the forum with mules and recipes

Lamia, Hi))) the more of us, the more fun ... of course, there are cases of marriage (which is very upsetting, it was so strained with a return) and all sorts of breakdowns, none of the girls have complained about this on our mule, all programs work correctly and rightly so, of course, you can always find something to complain about, and any technique has its own drawbacks, it already depends on the requirements that we make to our assistants. For example, I am completely satisfied with the work of the mule, I don’t know as girls, but I think they are also happy, otherwise they would not be here. So buy and cook for health, we are all glad.

Of the minuses, I noticed only the inability to cook semolina.
She didn't cook semolina herself in it, somehow they don't really like semolina at me, but the girls seemed to cook, if they advise anything, in the recipe book there is a recipe for semolina porridge, so in theory it is possible)))
Lamia
Well, when I chose her, I read reviews only on the Rosette, and then when I began to complain to a friend, she gave me a link to the Yandex market, where they discussed this particular model. And everyone had the same problem as me. Now, in a week, only I will be given an act of return. And how much longer to wait for the result from the Rosette is unknown. Maybe they will also start diagnostics for a month.

Somewhere today I read people complaining about this cartoon Moulinex, they say, everything burns terribly on this waffle day.

So not everything is so simple, sometimes you set the default biscuit for 40 minutes, and it fries a little (it fries, that is, the color is slightly darker at the bottom than it should be, and does not burn or stick), set the time to 35 minutes and everything is fine heat and ruddy bottom. You still need to control the cooking process (time, temperature) at least a little, and you can burn anything and anywhere if you act thoughtlessly (well, or how is your marriage in a mule). I have never burned anything, except once more toasted charlotte than it should be. In general, I have no complaints about my assistant, I cook everything in her and every day, it only makes me happy. And you think and choose, join us, if that ... In general, nothing can be found without flaws, there will always be both positive and negative reviews (and I prefer reviews from real users, as on here on the forum, for example), the main thing is that positive there was more))) Although I took this mulineska at her own peril and risk, she just came out then, I do not regret it at all.
Lamia
Yes, I can ask questions, to which the answers have already been written, I didn’t have time to read everything, after all, 58 pages. flooded everything
Nadjshka
This is exactly what flooded everything. I deliberately went shopping for home appliances to look at it live, because this model is nowhere to be found only Redmond on all the shelves.

I had the same act for the return in the Rosette, a couple of months ago, so if the money is returned, then you can immediately pick it up. Contact the service department, they will advise on the documents. Now I have a white mule 503, I'm happy.

return to the Outlet,

And what did they return? That is, the socket will not arrange any of its multi checks yet? I will be able to issue an act of return only on September 2.

I cook from one multi-glass of cereal, 3 MC of milk, 2 MC of water, salt, sugar to taste.
Did I understand correctly, the ratio is 1 (cereal) to 5 (liquid)? That's not a lot? Usually 1 (croup) to 2-3 (liquid).

Girls, who has a proven rye sourdough bread recipe? In 2 days my sourdough will be ready and I want to bake bread. In principle, I wrote myself a recipe, but it will only be tried. Usually baked with yeast.
I cook according to this recipe: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=9229.0 I did it in a mule and in the oven, I really like it.
Larra
Svetlana, you understood correctly, this is the usual ratio of water and cereals, if you need it thicker or vice versa, respectively, each chooses for himself. For example, rice in such proportions turns out to be rather thick when it stands a little, so sometimes I even do 1: 6.
Jula62
Lamia, this is my 2 mule. I'm happy, although I came to the store for Redmont. Thank God, the seller convinced me. What are my Minuses - I baked bread and charlotte a couple of times, I did not like the result in this mule. Therefore, my pastries are in the old Panasonic, there are many times better. Porridge here is a miracle (rice, millet, oatmeal). I don't recommend boiling semolina in it. My porridge proportions are written on page 57. Buckwheat on the stove tastes better for me. Stewing vegetables, meat - is incomparable here! Borsch, cabbage soup - super (I cook broth on the stove). I cook almost every day.
Manara
Again I am with my multicooker (I cannot call her a mule yet - we have not made friends yet). After the unsuccessful semolina, I gave her a chance - I tried to make a casserole from zucchini (recipe from the Internet - grated zucchini, cheese, sour cream, eggs, flour and baking powder) I put on baking for 40 minutes. When I opened it, the top was not baked, and the sides and bottom were well fried, somehow I turned it over onto the dish (the difficulty was because the top was generally thin). Fried on the other side for 15 minutes on baking - it's strange why the top was not baked, I don't know and now I don't understand how to make a biscuit, can only set the time for 60 minutes ???
Today is porridge again in the morning (husband demands, damn it) and the valve clogged again. I cooked millet porridge in the milk porridge mode (1 ms of millet, 3 milk, 2 water, 3 tablespoons of sugar, prunes, cinnamon, vanillin) - in general, everything is stuck on the lid again, the valve clogged again - all the same, baked milk probably does not fit. On weekends I will try to do it with other milk and experiment with the modes. In the evening I want to try to stew the liver in sour cream and cook buckwheat to it, let's see how it goes, I'm already afraid of this slow cooker.
Thank you girls for helping, she doesn't make me happy at all, today I was all psychotic, my husband is too lazy to take her to the store through traffic jams, and while I'm trying to make friends, she has a period until next Friday for rehabilitation.
I made lobio in it, and soaked the beans for half an hour in total - it was cooked well, tasty.

Get angry, it is understandable if it does not want to be friends in any way))) Nothing, do not be upset, maybe everything will still work out and become best friends

I think it's not worth the risk, you will get coals at the exit, most likely, but you can be smart with the proportions of the products, just choose the right consistency and everything will work out, this is already in the process you understand what you shifted, what you did not report ...))) And the biscuits and charlottes are wonderfully baked in 40 minutes, but it happens that sometimes for some reason the bottom is a little darker than necessary, maybe it depends on the filling, if with apples, for example ..., sometimes I put 35 minutes, everything is fine too)))

They have already written a lot about porridge here, and in particular, I also suffered once with the valve, then I just took into account the girls' advice and everything became normal))), try regular milk 2.5%, everything is the same as you wrote, we add everything into the bowl, fill it with milk and water, and without reaching the top of the bowl of 5 centimeters, coat the butter with a strip, block the "milk porridge" mode (rice-20min, millet-15min), after the end of the program we do not forcibly release the steam, but wait 10 minutes , then we open it and that's it ... enjoy it))) Already checked many times, nothing escapes.
So, go for it and everything will work out for you, the main thing is the mood and desire, and even more you don't need to be afraid of her, otherwise suddenly she feels your fear, and she herself is afraid, and therefore she is mowing))) I wrapped up in general, you need to make friends)))
irida
I am writing my experience about porridge. Once made from milk 1.5% fat. My porridge was burnt and ran away. The proportions were the same. And usually I always did it from 2.5% fat and everything was normal. So yes - it depends VERY strongly on milk !!!
I make in such proportions - 200 ml of rice, 700 ml of milk of 2.5% fat and 300 ml. water. I don't add salt or sugar, then add sugar to the plate as much as you want. The porridge turns out to be quite thick. That is, those who like it thinner need less rice. large proportions - everything runs away. That is, you cannot cook more than 1 liter of liquid. I always smear a strip of oil. And I never forcibly let off steam, usually 15 minutes and everything will unlock by itself. Porridge cooks so well on a delayed start too.
If you follow all the recommendations, nothing will run away and will not be hammered anywhere.

I found another drawback, they wrote about him here too. It was necessary to sterilize the jars and, surprisingly, they even found a suitable height to put them on a double boiler, on a multishef, according to a recipe, and at the same time close the jar. So - in the recipe, the lid must be closed at a temperature of 120. The lid opened 3 minutes after the water boiled. The recipe doesn't work. It's clear why, since the steam does not have time to descend, but it's a shame that, according to the instructions, everything should work as it should. The jars were sterilized with the lid open as a result.
As if ...
Otherwise, my mule is the best assistant. The other day I cooked borscht with meatballs - after frying the vegetables, I threw everything in there, poured boiling water over it, threw in the meatballs, and on the soup mode for 15 minutes. Everything is super !!!
Kirta
Girls, URGENTLY !!! The question about the delayed start The instructions say that there is a postponement for the time when the dish starts to cook, but it seems to me that I cooked oatmeal and cooked it for me earlier than I expected. (if I was asleep) .. well, oatmeal is 10 minutes, and now I want to fill up the cupcake in the morning.
Kirta
Manara, well, do not be upset - you will soon make friends)))) The top is not baked (that is, it is baked, but always light) you get used to it quickly) there is no built-in tent in the lid))) if I bake a free cake, I set it for 30-35 minutes. then a flight of fancy - I smear with jam or powder this light top

Delayed start - this is how many minutes the dish should be ready !!! And then for porridge, take into account that they will be cooked in fact 12-17 minutes earlier. I checked it myself several times. For myself, I realized that she would get ready early a little due to the fact that the mule did not seem to understand how long it would take for her to set pressure.
Kirta
Jula62, yes I already understood that ... I put the cake in such a way that it would start cooking at 6 in the morning - that at 6 in the morning it was already ready and damn this heating turned on for half an hour on heating and a little underneath it burned ... Well, I know it now for sure, but put on a postponed page

Good afternoon, girls!
I decided to buy a multicooker with a pressure cooker on the DR. I liked the looks of Moulinex 502832 and 503132. I used to think about Redmond RMC-M140.
I read a bunch of reviews, forums, this one (selectively, I didn't have enough strength). Do not tell me, in your opinion, which of them (or maybe some other) you can take. The price for 502832 and Redmond is about 8000 rubles, for 503132 - about 6500 .. Why is 502832 better?
How is 502832 different from 503132? I did not find topics on 503132 at all, there are almost no reviews either .. Problems for both, as I understand it, are milk porridge, burning of baked goods and the lack of a spare bowl (how are you going to deal with this)? At Redmond, you can change the t-ru everywhere, the Teflon bowl with handles, you can turn off the preheating, but the pressure slowly builds up and is released and the valve knocks - it will be constantly annoying ... .. Yes, there is no multicooking experience.

I also checked on porridge today. Yesterday at 20:30 I threw everything and set the timer for 9 hours (according to my calculations, the porridge should have been ready at 5:30 - we get up at 6 just as if it had already stood and cooled down). The end signal went off at 5:15, that is, 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled time.
Manara
kabak, it is difficult to advise something, I was choosing between Moulinex CE502832 and Redmond RMC-PM190, the seller advised Moulinex CE502832 since the brand is better from those that I chose. But she recommended Bork U500 because it is induction and heats up instantly - she did not take it because I see no reason to buy a tool for cooking porridge for 14,000. You can bake bread in Redmond, you can't bake bread in Moulinex, otherwise I don't even know how they differ, except for the price. I had 4,000 m-video bonuses and I had to spend them, otherwise I would have bought something simpler for 5 thousand, the girls at work bought inexpensive multicooker and were extremely pleased with them.
Bes7vetrov
Good day! I have buckwheat porridge on a postponement.
And I can't understand why everyone says that the problem is with milk porridge? I'm OK . True, I did not make more than a liter of milk for a multi-glass of cereal, but I simply have nowhere to put such an amount to run for the entire time (since March) only two cereals, more precisely twice, foaming cereals, and that's it. I don’t bother with them at all, I sprinkle cereals (sometimes I don’t even wash them), pour pure milk from a tetra pack bag (I buy boxes of 12 Lacomo 3.2% fat), sugar, butter along the rim of the bowl and into the porridge.
kabak
Thank you, Manara.
And no one will tell you where to get the instructions for Moulinex CE503132 to read - I did not find it on the Moulinex website

Marina, there is no separate program "bread" in mulinex, but this is not a problem, for example, while I am in the process of choosing a good bread maker, I constantly bake bread in mulinex, practically every other day or two. And white, and wheat-rye with various additives, and onion are baked today. Of course, it differs from a bakery, in shape, so that you need to turn it over, etc., but it tastes very good, soft, medium-porous, baked, in general, a wonderful bread comes out. So you just have to try.

In my opinion, they have very slight differences, in 503132 there are programs "languor" and heavier, and the design in 502832 is more interesting, but I don't see any special differences.I have 502832, I'm very happy with it, there are no problems with baking and porridge (at the beginning there were a couple of cases, but everything can be solved, we take into account some nuances and everything is perfectly prepared. In general, whatever you choose, it will be a wonderful helper, and there are small problems in any models, I have not yet met a single model (judging by the reviews) so that everything is perfect, believe me, I re-read a lot of information on this topic when I myself chose And if I were choosing a pressure cooker with a cartoon cooker, I would have chosen the same one again. So have a good purchase and come to our forum, the girls are always happy to help with advice)))

I have a white 503 with a good 2.5mm bowl, in 5028 you can choose meat, vegetables for stewing and a double boiler ... there is no such thing on 503, but you shouldn't overpay 1500 for this, specify which bowl (I have 2 , 5mm)
kabak
a comparison of the tables of modes 503rd (found on a friendly forum) and 502nd showed 2 more differences - at the 503rd step of the multishef and frying - 10 degrees, at the 502nd - 5 degrees,
iax. frying t-ra at the 502nd 170 degrees, at the 503rd - only 160 degrees. Is it really so? 160 deg. enough for deep fat?
Manara
kabak, in the net they write that deep fat needs to be heated to a temperature of 160-180 degrees. In my opinion, this can be done on gas in a saucepan, especially since deep-fried is not so often frying and plus is harmful.
Ami
At 503, a step of 5 degrees is also, and the temperature in frying is also max. 170grad.
kabak
So there is a photo of the old instructions - they changed the instructions or in the instructions - 10, but in fact - 5?
Are there any possibilities to buy a bowl and a gasket? How did you manage to solve this?
Ami
It seems that they did not change. Here I laid out a plate with modes for 503: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...119.0

Oh, and I need a spare bowl .... where can I get it? Which one to replace?

Gentlemen, I have accomplished a heroism!
I went to the Mulinex website. ru, looked where you can buy accessories for multicooker, from there went to the site 🔗,
there were no accessories for 503 in the catalog, then I called (499) 2617980 and they told me that a silicone gasket and a bowl can be ordered, but so far no one has ordered and it will go on for 60 days, or maybe longer. The gasket will cost approx 650 rubles, and the bowl approx. 1416. They have delivery. So I went to buy a multicooker
