irida, for two months I chose either just a multicooker, then with the function of a pressure cooker, I broke my whole brain, in the end I took this one, and until I regretted it, it performs all its declared functions, works quietly, cooks quickly and tasty, set pressure and release steam too excellent, it is very convenient to wash it, the main thing is to follow some rules - not to scratch the bowl, wash it on time and all business. The only negative for me is the lack of backlighting the screen, well, it seems so far with vision, thank God everything is in order, so it's not important ... As for the glitches of the electronics and the "plastic" case, I can't say anything, it's still a novelty, but in general Moulinex seems to be would be more or less normal in quality. So you can take it, although it's up to you to decide.
irida
Thank you very much, Larisa! They were encouraged. I just do not live in Russia and return if something does not work out ... that is, you need to take it so that it works and works well. Here the multicooker, if they were available, would buy what is here ... but here they are not at all, not a single one, and everyone is being transported from Russia. I really liked this model and it is exactly what I want, it only bothers me that it is completely new. Mulka has one model (the most expensive one, with built-in recipes), about which there are a lot of negative reviews, and there are a lot of such that a factory defect and a return are direct ... But I will ask my brother to test it, of course, I don't need an untested new one, but then God forbid you run into such a factory marriage, but it usually crawls out in 2-3 uses.
I will be happy to be with you here - to read you and in the future to share recipes and ask for advice.
irida
Larissa, are you from Buzuluk? I used to live in Orsk and have been in Buzuluk a couple of times. There are a lot of friends and acquaintances in Orsk. I am sure that we even have some common
Larra
Evgenia, but not at all. I myself first wanted to take that Mulineska with built-in recipes, while I thought this new product came out, it suited me more in terms of parameters and capabilities. In that one attracted that a bowl of 6 liters, one-button control and much more, but the advantages of this outweighed, I was not afraid to take a novelty. One accelerated release of steam is worth a lot, and the fact that it can work both as a multicooker and as a pressure cooker, and with an open lid, and with a closed one, and yogurt is here, well, all the cases ... And MULTISCHEF - generally provides unlimited opportunities, cook what you want. But the yogurt in it does not turn out to be thick, but as a drinking one in consistency, but rather I am a teapot in this matter, I have never cooked yoghurts in a cartoon. She asked the girls to help, while no one answered, maybe they had not yet prepared such products in her. So we will study, consult. Welcome to our ranks.
Larra
Evgenia, I'm from Buzuluk. Who knows, maybe there will be mutual friends.
irida
Thank you, I'm looking forward to my beauty, my brother arrives in the evening on April 30, just a little more to wait. But now the stew is being stewed on the stove, it has been stewing for 40 minutes and is still not ready, and after all, without meat, there are only vegetables ... brrr. To be honest, I can't imagine how this is so - I threw it in and after 10-15 minutes everything is ready, or even faster. I cook rice porridge, stir it constantly (because it will burn even in a non-stick pan) and it cooks for almost an hour ... and then everyone assures that even milk porridge is cooked very quickly, does not burn and it turns out great ... Wow, I I'll scream with happiness
And there are definitely common acquaintances, it's just not easy to find out))) try to sort them all out in your mind))) hahaha))) But anyway, Larisa, you are almost like my own dear to me, since you are almost a neighbor
Larra

Evgenia, well, if she is your first cartoon, and with such opportunities right away ...happiness will definitely be, of course, you will have to adapt a little, experiment, it's even interesting, if you ask anything, girls who are more experienced will always help, well, what I can do

Thank you Eugene, almost relatives are great, we will be friends)))

Oh girls! how she makes me happy))) I did not dare to bake in it, but all because at first she cooked buckwheat for me tomorrow, and now she stews chicken thighs in lecho. I really liked to bake chicken thighs in the oven in the sleeve, without processing, just pouring a jar of Veres lecho into the sleeve. As soon as I bought the pressure cooker, the first thing I did was to cook this dish in it (I just poured water, I was afraid that the pressure would not gain ... fat melted)) but the dish turned out !!! And now she poured 75-100 ml of water, washing off the sauce from the jar.
And in vitesse the royal cheesecake was already baked, only squeaked)))
All the same, multicooker is super! While I’m sitting for the exam test, I’m getting ready, they’re preparing breakfast and lunch for me, and even on the night meter for electricity))))
Bes7vetrov
Girls, and no one, by chance, was interested in which bowl could be used in our pressure cooker as a spare? All the same, the coating of the native bowl is ceramic, I would like to know the spare options in advance.
Larra
I think that no one has thought about this yet, but soon someone will probably try to pick it up by diameter and height, maybe some kind of fit? It would be very great ...
irida
As I watched and searched for, replaceable parts are not sold separately, it seems. For selected models only. I didn't find it for Moulinex. It is very profitable for the seller - the cup is covered - change the whole cartoon. Moreover, they always produce multi with different bowls for different models, there are always differences. It's a shame, of course, but quite logical from a marketing point of view. You can try to pick up from other models that produce spare bowls, I found several sites. Or search on ebay let's say.
In general, even initially it would be convenient to have two of them. In one I cooked something, quickly put in another and cook on the second dish. so as not to be fooled immediately with shifting and washing.
vernisag
Girls, who are you ... Spare wheel cups are always sold to all cartoons, but only a little later than the release of the new MB model. Don't worry, there will be more bowls on sale
And it's good that the bowl without handles, it is possible to pick up from another model. But this is by "typing" of course
irman
Irish, not always, there are still no native bowls for Mulinex se4000, but thank God you can pick up from other multicooker.

Oh, well, maybe I'm wrong. I did not find bowls for old Moulinex on sites with bowls, for some reason ... There are universal bowls for Phillips, Vitek and a bunch of others, but Moulinex is not declared ... What can be picked up from other models - of course you can, I No doubt. I would like to buy a second bowl in the future, purely for convenience. And in general - the ceramic coating is quite fragile - God forbid dropping it and it can crack.
By the way, how are you doing with the coating ??? Does nothing burn? I read reviews on other multicooker (not mulinex) and some complain that the ceramic thicket is terrible and burns, especially when frying and baking.
This is already the 11th page and I don't see a single bad review, everything is superb and it makes me very happy
vernisag
So whoever has this cartoon, just recently everyone bought it and it's too early to draw conclusions. The coating of the bowls, even Teflon or ceramic, also varies in quality. I don't have ceramics at all, I don't like it, I don't have this MB model either. It's just that this slow cooker is interesting to me, so I follow the topic

It's already page 11 and I don't see a single bad review
And from whom to see these reviews? She's only for three people and only a couple of weeks And these pages ... chatter chatter about the case, then only a dozen posts So ... time will only tell

As for the coating ... "ceramics" requires a different care than a non-stick coating. Ceramics cannot be heated without food, but lay them out on a heated dry surface - this will coke and become sticky. Be sure to first lay out the food or at least grease it with oil, and only after heating it. Wash thoroughly every time after use - so that no plaque remains on the surface, so that later on when heated, this plaque does not become coke.

... Of course, there are not enough real reviews, but still - as they say, "we are few, but we are in vests", Manna, do not upset the few owners of this multi, we are worried, we still took a novelty, it's scary ..., but for now I can say from my cooking experiences in it - nothing has stuck to the bowl and has not burnt, you can burn anything if you approach to this without brains, all the same, even though she cooks according to the principle, threw it and forgot, but control is still needed .., this is my opinion, I do not want to offend anyone, we will wait for spare bowls, I would like both non-stick and steel))), here daydreaming

Oh, sorry, I didn't even think to scare

And "ceramics" are different. Some of them begin to stick faster, some retain their properties for a long time. I was not talking about how to burn, but about how to care for such cups so that they do not stick longer.
Larra
In this I completely agree, let's hope that there is good ceramics here))) We will take care, groom and cherish, and then you look and you can pick up something, or spare ones will appear

The girls would be better off if someone would tell me on the case, I can't do yogurt in it, do it as it is drinking, tell me the proven recipes, otherwise I'm just a kettle in this, I never did it in a cartoon before, but now I wanted to learn something, so who has experience please help
Manna
To make the yogurt thicker, you need fatter milk And what exactly is the difficulty?
Larra
I took pasteurized milk 3.2%, for sourdough some kind of yogurt without additives, now I don't remember which one ..., I slightly warmed the milk and the default yoghurt mode was 8 hours, 37 degrees, at least so in the instructions, it slightly thickened in the morning, I put it in the refrigerator, even after a few hours the consistency remained like drinking yogurt, tasty, but liquid, I did it the second time, increased the time to 9 hours, still the same, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong
Manna
The temperature is too low for yogurt starter. It should be closer to 40 ° C. And look at the consistency of the yogurt itself, and not at the time. The consistency should be such that when the container of yogurt is wobbling, the yogurt itself barely moves. When over-sourdough (sourdough on a finished product), this can happen in 6 or 4 hours. You can look at the leaven here (kefir) and here (yogurt). True, I fermented in another slow cooker, but the principle is the same everywhere.
Larra
Manna, thanks for the advice, I will study and I will try
irida
It seems they also write that a couple of tablespoons of milk powder can be added to make it thicker.
Manna
Milk powder was never required.
irida

Milk powder was never required.
I read in multi yogurt recipes. They write that you can add a couple of tablespoons of milk powder to make it thicker.
Manna
You can, of course, just if the yogurt is fermented well, there is no need for milk powder

Bowl from a big Panasonic 4.5 l. fits well. Yesterday I made a test and cooked pilaf in this particular bowl.

This is great, I just have an old cartoon Panasonic 18, only there is also an old bowl, she is three years old ... who knows where to buy a new bowl on Panasonic ???
Larra
It's very sad, but I didn't have a bowl from Panasonic (((or rather, I inserted the bowl, closed the cartoon, it seems normal, but the handle does not turn to cook under pressure)
sever_e, and how did you close the lid? blocked? the saucepan fits, but rather loosely, hangs like that, or maybe it seems to me, but in any case, since the handle does not turn, then the bowl is a little higher ...
Elena Sever
Yes, I was in a little hurry with the conclusion at the expense of the bowl from Panasonic. Great for frying and multi-cook without pressure. I made pilaf on a multi-cook. Today I tested it on 1 liter of milk porridge. milk. I closed the handle normally. Well, just a little taut, but not by force, but when the program ended and I released the pressure, I thought I would not open the valve. I walked only half way. I applied a little more perseverance and strength and opened it. The porridge boiled well, but the lid got splattered. So I think I got a splatter from behind the bowl. I made the following conclusion: the main thing is not the volume and size of the bowl, but the curvature and size of the sides of the bowl, so that the volume and size may be suitable, but because of the side, only my own saucepan is probably needed, but I will continue to experiment.
Elena Sever
Girls, amendment. A bowl from Panasonic is only suitable for one that is light gray, with a thick edge, as they were in the old Panasonic. My old one is 8-10 years old. The bowl from Panasonic SR-MHS181 doesn't fit at all. Its edges are completely different. I used a bowl from an old Panasonic. Once again I confirm that it is well suited for pressureless cooking.

Girls! Tell me, you bought such a slow cooker Moulinex CE502832 and when the "Fry" mode is about 9 minutes, the lid starts to open itself! Am I doing something wrong, or is it time to drag a new cartoon to the service? Thank you!
Larra
Evelinka's mom, read carefully the instructions, the table of modes - it says that the frying mode is used only !!! with the lid open, so everything is fine with your cartoon ..., sometimes when frying at the maximum temperature there are splashes of oil (which I hate), so I cover the pan with a lid of a suitable diameter, and no problem

Larra
The girls urgently need advice !!! cooked rice milk porridge on the "milk porridge" mode for 17 minutes. The program ended, the steam was forcibly lowered, but it does not open, the handle does not turn (((help someone until my panic starts SOS
Bes7vetrov
It was like that for me today
this means that the porridge tried to escape, got on the valve (which is like a float) and it stuck
I took off the valve on top and the valve was heavy and the ring around it, lightly pressed into the deep "hole" with a toothpick and just heard the valve go down))) after that the cover opened. Attempts to escape porridge were visible on the inner surface))))
irida
Girls, so can cook porridge on the Multipovar? In order not to risk it like that with the valve ... Otherwise it turns out that if you don’t dig deeper into it, it will not open ... Somehow this is not very happy.
By the way, a question - how much liquid do you use to cook porridge? (so, for the future, I cook on a 1 liter stove.milk 200 grams of rice)
Evelinka's mom
I cook millet porridge: I put 1 liter of milk + 2 bags of millet, 100 g each (of course, pour the millet) + 1 tbsp. l. Sahara
irida
I see the proportions are the same. But I think, really, maybe it's better on a multi-cooker, out of harm's way? Maybe someone will try and tell you how many minutes and at what temperature they set? I'm still waiting for my beauty, but I'm already preparing to write down recipes
Larra
Bes7vetrov, thanks, I did that too, when I calmed down a little, otherwise I thought everything, broke the cartoon, but I wonder why she tried to escape ??? maybe the temperature is too high? maybe it is necessary for the steam to descend itself, otherwise she immediately drastically lowered it, maybe this porridge did not like it
Larra
She cooked millet on the water according to the recipe book, she did not try to escape, but is capricious with milk ...
Bes7vetrov
Larra, you most likely did this because of the rapid release of pressure, I cooked (experiment) pearl barley porridge 1: 6 in milk, that is, 1 multi-glass of washed cereal for 6 milk (liter). I put milk porridge for 25 minutes and warmed up until the morning, it turned out 4 hours 30 minutes. And in the morning I was a little worried when I could not open it right away, but quickly figured out how to get out of the situation.
But now I was putting the chicken broth to cook and saw that my porridge even got out through the valve !!! There, near this float, there is a milk drip inside ... How can I get it out now? The main thing is that you can see it only when the handle is open.
Bes7vetrov
On a hike, I will have to steam it (the valve) .. It’s also stuck on the broth ... Again, the savior-toothpick))) in the evening I’ll cook a lemon with an open valve, and I’ll try to wash it off with a cotton swab.
Larra
Bes7vetrov, and will you cook lemon under pressure with an open valve? so it is possible? and in what mode? Or did I not understand something? I would not want such problems ... the plate that is located under the inner lid probably cannot be removed, if it were possible, it would probably be easier to clean ... write later what you did
Surenta
We, as a family, also stopped at this one when choosing the first multicooker.
Now I really like that she is a pressure cooker.
The meat is stewed and becomes very soft. Cooked both pork and chicken
I was surprised by the stand of a double boiler on legs.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832
I haven’t used it yet, but I expected that, as in many models, a bowl, but here is a different option. I ordered an additional silicone steamer in Teskom, so that it was more convenient to take out, we'll try it there.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832
And she also made a carrot cake, took the recipe just from the Internet for multicooker, after 50 minutes it was ready in baking mode. It turned out very well. Today we will arrange an experiment with a pumpkin
nusha18
Hello dear forum users!
I bought it (white moulinex)
I haven't tried to cook yet - I unpacked it, I sit admiring
As an experiment, I put a Teflon bowl from Shteba, poured water, switched on the rice mode - the pressure has accumulated and the steam does not etch, although the Shteba bowl is 5 mm lower.
So I think it is quite possible, if necessary, to supplement Moulinex with this bowl.
Steel is busy - I'll try it later.
