Lyusichka, I cut the zucchini into slices, rolled them in flour and fried them a little in a pan, but if you don't like that, you don't need to fry them, but add a little flour to the sour cream to make the sauce thicker. Then I put some of the fried zucchini in a bowl, a layer of tomato slices, the remaining zucchini. I spread sour cream with some water and poured the zucchini. Stew-vegetables mode.
Lyusichka
Marinochka thanks! I'll do it on the weekend, but I got my zucchini.

Hello everybody!
Marinkak939, I also did not notice the temperature on the display during operation, but I'll take a closer look and unsubscribe.
I cooked oatmeal from flakes. Delayed start. Everything worked out
But I still need to play with the proportions, I made two multi-glasses of oatmeal, one glass of milk and three water (I was afraid to pour more milk). My bottom stuck a little, but it was heated for 10 minutes. Tomorrow I will try to add a glass of milk to make it less thick.
By the way, the compote was cooked faster than on the stove, it tasted the same

Should it show the operating temperature on the display next to the timer, or does it show it only in some separate modes?
According to my observations, the temperature is visible on the display, in those modes in which it is possible to change it: "Frying" and "Multishef". In all other modes, it is fixed.

Tell me the stewing mode and the steamer are different in the algorithm?
In theory, the modes are slightly different. From the plate in the recipe book it can be seen that for these modes, for the same products, by default, different temperatures are set (not changeable) and different times. For example, the "steamer" mode "meat" 108 degrees 10 minutes, and the "stewing" mode "meat" 112 degrees 40 minutes. Also, theoretically (only my assumption), the cartoon can create different pressures, and this will also affect the cooking process.
Angelik1970
onedollarusa, it is a pity that there is a defect, we are still cooking for a couple of days, so far everything is fine.
At first, I also wanted a headquarters, attracted the possibility of adjusting the temperature from 30-140, but it turned out that a model was brought to Ukraine without a delayed start and a temperature controller. ...
In the morning I cooked buckwheat porridge 1: 1.8, crumbly, but as for us, it should be a little softer, I think the time should be increased and the water should be taken as always 1: 2, or maybe even with a choice of texture to play, since everything is adjusted at will what is in it and attracts me personally.

There is an opportunity to exchange, but no options. This one was the most optimal. And the temperature conditions there are indicated on the plate in the instructions for the pressure cooker. And they do not change throughout the cooking timer, and in the case of pilaf and soup they do not differ.
Lyusichka
Again, the product could be returned, but there are no options. And the store sent me with this problem directly to the SC.
Svetlana14
onedollarusa, so you can change to the same, because you obviously have a marriage ...
And let them carry them to the service center, smart guys, according to the law, goods weighing more than 5 kg are delivered by the seller!

Girls, did anyone use the delayed start? How does it work?
Svetlana14
Marinkak939, I used it yesterday. First, set the cooking mode that you need, then do not press the start, as usual, but press the delay / timer button twice, the indicator on the delay start screen lights up and using the + - buttons, set the time, for example, after five hours to turn on and truncated and start to press at the end.
Marinkak939
Thank you, I must try. What did you do with the delay? As a result?
Cielito lindo
Girls, thank you all for sharing your experience generously with us newbies.Special thanks to Oksana and Larisa for the recipe for rice porridge and beans. I'm not doing everything perfectly yet, but I hope to get used to it.
Please tell me this moment: when the multicooker finishes the program and goes into heating mode, does the pressure decrease? Or will it start to decrease only after turning off the heating mode? (I usually turn it off almost immediately and release steam forcibly). And if you leave it, the pressure will not decrease?
Cielito lindo
Good evening everyone! Tell me on the baking mode, you just need to cover the lid or put it between open and closed? I made an omelet with mushrooms from the recipe book today. But such a ruddy crust on top, as in the photo, did not work. The bottom came out remarkably reddened, but not burnt, and the top was pale. During the cooking process, steam was released from the movable valve (which blocks the lid). Should it be so or not?

Marinkak939, I was cooking oatmeal on hold. It turned out well, but the proportion did not guess right, my bottom stuck slightly (it was heated for 10 minutes). But it did not affect the taste)

I baked a charlotte and just closed the lid, until it clicked, I did not turn the handle, it was on the open lock. I don't remember about the couple, I missed that moment ...
And I don't have such a recipe in my book How so ...

Lena, if you leave it on the heat, the pressure will still decrease, because the program is over, and the steam can be forcibly released without turning off the heating, I cook borscht like that, let off steam, taste it, add everything that I am missing and close the lid , I leave it on heating as much as I need to infuse)))

In the baking mode, the lid simply snaps into place and stands on the open lock, there are only two positions - with an open lock for some modes, and with a closed one for pressure cooking.
Steam comes out during baking, but quite a bit, but sometimes steam appears on the sides (from under the lid), I also don’t know if this is normal or not ..., I think there’s nothing wrong with that, at least I hope so )))

And I don't have such a recipe in my book How so ...
I have a slightly different model (501132) in it there are fewer programs, but the main characteristics are the same. And the recipes in the book are apparently not quite identical. Your book also probably contains those that are not in mine ..
If you are interested, the recipe is this: beat 5 eggs with 1 stack. milk, add chopped mushrooms and tomatoes 100 g each, salt, pepper, herbs. In a bowl 20 gr. draining. butter, pour the mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
Cielito lindo
By the way, does anyone know if it is possible to find on the Internet a scan or pdf-ku of books with recipes that come with our models? I would like to see those recipes that are not in my book, but are in the books of the following models. If anyone came across, post the link, please.

Girls, please tell me about the "frying" mode - how to stop it ahead of schedule? I tried to press the Cancel button during the mode, but nothing happened. Or do you need to reduce the time to zero with the "-" button?

Just press the heating / cancel button and hold for a few seconds))) stripes will appear, that is, the multicooker has entered standby mode ...

Larra, made an omelet, according to the recipe from the book "Fritata with vegetables and bacon". She took her own filling and made it for 5 eggs, there was never such a tender and airy omelet on the stove.

And how did the top of the omelet come out? I was very pale. And the picture in the book has a ruddy crust. So I doubt it: maybe I have tricky with the lid ...

Hello everyone! I bought this slow cooker yesterday. While I'm trying to understand the instructions and functions, that is, I have not cooked in it yet. There were some questions (possibly strange) - stated 37automatic. programs, but I still can't find that many. For the sake of interest, if anyone can list them (well, how are they considered so), please write. And in terms of texture - is it exposed on all programs or what? Thank you in advance.
Ksenay

And how did the top of the omelet come out?
There was no crust as such, there was an airy omelet mass on top with pieces of filling peeking out, but there is no crust in the pan on the stove either.

Yes, but in the picture in the book it looks like a charlotte, with a golden brown crust :))) On the Weekend I want to bake a cake from yeast dough. Will have to turn it over, right?
Ksenay

The texture is set for the steamer, stew, boil, soup and multishef modes

It seems to me that manufacturers considered the ability to choose a product on some programs as a separate program

I can assume that it was turned over when it was taken out and the light side was at the bottom, on the plate)) In our book, the charlotte also has a crust, because it is upside down.

I only baked not a cake, but bread. I turned it over, but the dough on top before turning it looked like a steam dumpling, so I would turn it over.
Larra
Jula62, Welcome to our ranks, welcome. I won't tell you about the modes, I myself try to count them))), and the texture is exposed on programs - a double boiler, stewing, soup, cooking, multishef. This probably affects not only the cooking time, but also the pressure when cooking various products.
Svetlana14
Cielito lindothanks for the recipe
I opened the lid with the heating on, release the main pressure.
Svetlana14
Jula62, congratulations on your purchase!
Regarding the programs, I myself think this way and that and do not go out to the number 37, and I also wonder what kind of programs they are)))) Girls, who knows?
There are 16 of them on the plate, plus 4 double boiler, plus 4 stewing, 24 comes out.
Then there are programs that can be cooked both with a locked lid, and with just closed or even open. Probably if the lid is blocked, the pressure is high, if it is simply closed, the pressure is less.
Here is the paste mode, plus 2 options and multishef plus 2 options, 28 comes out.
You can add a heating mode, well 29.
8 more programs to find

Svetlana14, KsenayThank you girls. As soon as it cools down completely, I'll post a photo in a cut (so that I know for sure that it's good), and I'll attach the recipe at the same time)))
Svetlana14
Angelik1970, no, temperature modes do not
In general, I sat, I thought, I think I counted to 37
So the instructions say that there are 37 programmed FUNCTIONS (!)
And in the same place, in the next line, it says "There are six texture options" (!)
This is included in the programs, so we take these 6 options and add our plate, where there are 16 programs, plus a steamer-4, and extinguishing-4, plus pasta-2 (lid position), plus multi-chef-2 (lid position). It turned out 34. Then there is a delayed start function, a heating function with a separate button, when you can simply heat up cold food and an automatic heating function, which itself turns on after cooking. In principle, the same kind of, but not quite, all the same are programmed differently. So it turned out 37!
Ksenay
Svetlana14 So I felt that the texture should also be counted, but all the time I tried to count the texture for each mode and I got much more than 37, but here everything is logical and converges))
Jula62
Girls, still such questions have arisen - and if I just need to cook buckwheat, rice, beans, do you take the same proportions of water as if boiled in a regular saucepan? That is, rice and buckwheat 1: 2. And in what proportion should be boiled white and red beans? Tell me, there is an option Legumes and, in fact, it played an important role for me when buying. It didn't work on the stove. And boil milk porridge, too, in proportions, as on the stove? Maybe stupid questions, but in my old Panasonic cartoon, at least humanly proportions were written, but here is only a recipe book. Thanks in advance to the specialists!
Ksenay
Jula62 I cook milk porridge in a ratio of 1: 1: 2 (cereal: water: milk).
So far I have only cooked the fossil with something on the stew, but it seems to me that you can have more water and then drain the excess, like not on the stove.
I cooked loose cereals in a ratio of 1: 2 (cereal: water), and a little butter, it turned out great.
