Girls! Today my husband persuaded me to do this cartoon. I'm trying to change from a regular multi to a pressure cooker. Now I was cooking buckwheat - 1 to 2.5 multi-glasses. She was gaining pressure for 12 minutes, in the end, for all about all 21 minutes. Then it doesn't work out faster. Or should the portion be larger? Or how?

And the soup didn't come out as a result? Even for a multicooker, the proportion is 1: 2, and even less for a pressure cooker
Yana1904
Manna, the most interesting is no. I deliberately increased it a little, I thought there was steam: oops: It was so plump, a little water remained, but a little
Manna
Any pressure cooker needs time to build up pressure (until the water boils, until enough steam is drawn to seal the lid). So 12 minutes is average

Yana, I have another pressure cooker, but I cook buckwheat much faster than you did.
If you're interested, here's a recipe for buckwheat with mushrooms and sausages:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=355497.0
For buckwheat without additives, pour water, turn on "Warming up". While the water comes to a boil, I wash the cereals. Then I pour it in, salt, add 1 tbsp. l. butter and cook with the same parameters as in the 1st recipe.
Try this option in your pressure cooker.
Good luck!
Yana1904
I think that then it makes sense under pressure to cook then "long" dishes, such as soups and meat, and so it is necessary to try on the chef. Let's learn
Yana1904
Shelena, thanks for the recipe! but in Moulinex, the program starts only when the lid is locked, so it doesn't work out yet or I haven't figured it out yet
Shelena
Yana, try not to lock the lid on "Warm Up".
Or pour boiling water over the cereals and then cook.
Yana1904
Shelena, ran, looked - there is. Everything - now it has come! Thanks for the help!
Shelena
You are welcome!
In my Polaris, the work of "Warming up" is also declared only under pressure. I just don't close the valve, but more often put the lid obliquely. Perhaps this will work in your model too ?!
Yana1904
does not work only with a closed one. Still, it's more of a pressure cooker than a multicooker.
Manna
Well ... after all, you can cook buckwheat on a multi-cooker
Masinen
Yana1904, and what did you buy, black one?
See buckwheat can be boiled for 1 minute.
Take 1 tbsp of buckwheat and 2 tbsp of water, salt to taste.
Close the lid, lock and select the Groats mode 1 minute !!
And then after 1 minute you don’t relieve pressure immediately, but after about 15 minutes you can relieve pressure. You get great buckwheat !!
Try it, this is how I cook in my Steba pressure cooker. And they are similar in technique to Moulinex ..
Larra
Hello girls! Will you join your ranks? I ordered myself such a little black pressure cooker ... I'm waiting. And I am tormented by the question, maybe the little white one should have been ordered? Which is better? who has already used it?
Masinen
Larra, but we haven’t used it yet)
I liked the little white one more, I judge by the modes and in the store I felt it.
Larra
Well, yes, when you see it yourself, feel it, then you will understand. Okay, I will not rush, I already ordered it anyway. It's just that after the usual multicooker it will probably be difficult to change to a pressure cooker. I will consult with you, you are probably already experienced in this matter)))
Masinen
Of course we will help and tell you.
Today I barely took myself out of the store
She wrapped the mulka, touched it, even put it in the cart.
But she pulled herself together and put in place

This is the only way it rarely happens

I have been shoveling the Internet for two months already, I have broken my whole head. My daughter gave me a nickname - a multicooker maniac))) the most funny. First I wanted Moulinex Cook4Me CE7011, while I thought there were new items. so I think this one will be better.
Bes7vetrov
And I really liked it)))) black))) so far I only cooked chicken, which I usually do in the oven in my sleeve - it was digested in 20 minutes at 160 degrees (more precisely, after my husband waited from work for 40 minutes, lying in sauce ), it is simply impossible to put in a plate, it falls off from the bones))); and put oatmeal porridge at 95 grams for two hours (in my opinion, you need to put more time, three hours), it turned out boiled, but not boiled porridge in baked milk.
Larra
Maybe I'll ask a stupid question, is this Moulinex for sure? Not a fake? The white one is on the Mulinex website, but the black one is not ... I wonder why? Does anyone have any information on this? thank you in advance)))
Larra
Girls who already use this multi-pressure cooker, is the time setting really 1 step -1 minute? If, for example, you need to set several hours, how many times will you need to press? Or do the + and - buttons play a role? and you can, for example, scroll in the opposite direction?
Bes7vetrov
I'll see how
Bes7vetrov
Delayed start from 2 to 24 hours in 10-minute increments, the back arrow can be accessed immediately from 2 to 24 or 23:50
Bes7vetrov
And I looked at the timer on the stewing and on the beans, it turned out two hours for 1 minute each, you can return the arrow from standard minutes to 5-4-3-2-1 and 2 hours, then 1 hour 59 minutes, etc.
Bes7vetrov
She did not look at other modes, otherwise the dog loves to argue with the melodic squeak of the Mulinex, and it is already night in the yard ...
Larra
It seems clear ... thanks a lot))) Can you answer the previous question ??? And then I'm worried about this, or maybe in vain ...

Bes7vetrov
Larra, unfortunately I cannot answer this question .. I was also terribly embarrassed by the lack of mention on the Russian and French sites Moulinex, but I decided to buy as a true woman, I like it in appearance)) and fits the multi-cut Moulinex cubic))
And there was not! The main thing is that when I see her, my mood rises, I want to cook and cook, I even found a guinea fowl where to buy it! But I don't even fit the containers in the refrigerator (((half on the balcony stands .. My husband and I do not have time to cope with the volume of my cooking.
So I haven't really cooked in it yet.
Yana1904
Masinen, in principle, I'm not particularly interested in the cooking time as such, but thanks for the advice, I'll try. I, too, switch from a multicooker to a pressure cooker and it became interesting what the tsimus is? if the time is the same. So I'm trying, learning. I have a black one. Regarding the modes, I have enough and even more. In general, I originally wanted Polaris 0527ad or 0517ad (So I don't see much difference in them, just one model is newer). And the husband wanted this. He does not trust polar explorers, although mine has served me for 4 years and is still going to the dacha So now I will relearn
Larra
Bes7vetrov, thanks for the answers, here I am as a true woman, well, I really like her! I hope everything will work out and I will quickly make friends with her, I practically do not use the stove, I manage to cook everything on Panas, which is already three years old, and now there will be where to turn around, just have time to throw the food)))
Larra
Or maybe someone can post a photo of this cartoon, well, so to speak, homemade already))) in the open form so that the bowl can be seen, or at least one bowl ...and then another week to wait for your assistant, and I really want to look at her)))

And I hope someone organizes a separate Temka "recipes" for this model, well, who already has experience in cooking in it, we will help each other with advice, so it's still easier to master the new technique
Yana1904
I took a picture of a cartoon -Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832 today I cooked oatmeal porridge, there was no splashing or boiling.

Unfortunately, I can not add more photos, the server does not start up yet
Manna
Oh, well, finally, the first "live" photos
Yana1904
Manna, yes, I would add, but probably more than 5 for me for now, let's wait
Yana1904
I already got some impression. As for cleaning, I am more than happy, the bowl is washed very easily. The inner cover is easily removable and the O-ring is removed for easy cleaning. And today I boiled beets on an insert - a double boiler, no traces remained on it
Larra
Yana1904Thank you very much for the photos, now you want to get it even more ..., was the porridge cooked right on the mode it was supposed to? on oatmeal? and how many minutes? great you did it
Larra
Is the recipe book really included? Good or so-so?
Elena Tim
My mom the other day cooked jellied meat according to a recipe from a book. Two pork legs, one of which was with a shank, poured water to the maximum mark, added 1 unpeeled onion, 1 carrot, lavrushka and salt-pepper. Cooked on the "Stewing meat" mode for 1 hour 30 minutes. She says that when she adjusted the broth for salt, her lips were sticking together. She's so pleased, you can't say it.
Larra
Oh, how many more questions about it, you can't remember everything at once ...

1. Is the steam released quickly with the quick release button?
2. What is included in the 37 announced automatic programs? Or is it just functions embedded in the mulka? the instructions on this matter say "see table 1", that I didn't count 37 there ... (((or I don't understand something ...
3. And why is white Moulinex CE 5031 better? it seems that only languor and roast are added, are these very important programs? Or a cartoon chef can cope without them?
Elena Tim

Black is on Tefal's website. Only it is called differently. And there is no Tefal inscription on it. But since we have already figured out that Moulinex and Tefal are of the same spill, the impression was created - as if they could not determine where to put it. It says Moulinex, and it is located on the Tefal website. Wonders!
Larra
Probably, they can't decide who owns the rights to this beauty ... and let them figure it out, the main thing is for us to work well.

Oh, don't tell me! My mom is just not overjoyed. But she is not at all on friendly terms with technology and until recently she believed that a multicooker is the most unnecessary weight in the house. I, too, once thought so, until my husband forced my Borchik on me. Now I understand that without him I would be bored. And maman generally cooks every single day in his cartoon, calls later - he praises! She really liked this Mulineska!
Larra
Elena Tim, your mom is great, we would have her here on the forum, it will please us with recipes))) you need to teach her.
Elena Tim
You know, she only got hold of this cartoon just over a week ago. Therefore, while only taking recipes from the book. Well, as it matures for my own, I will teach her to take pictures, drag her to the computer, and from there - here. In short, I'll teach you everything. And so she's just registered on the site and tyrit different recipes!
Larra
Elena Tim, well, we'll wait for your mom here ...)))

Girls, well, answer these questions, please)))

1) Steam goes down byra! Well, 30-40 seconds, well, maximum a minute! True, if the pressure has not completely dropped, you may have to press the button again, otherwise the lid will not unlock.
2) Look how many programs are in the plate, plus on Stew and Steam - four types of products each (vegetables, fish, chicken, meat). All!
3) In this multicooker, Multishef will cope with any task. He has endless possibilities, not like me, damn it, in Bork!
Larra
Elena Tim, thank you very much, reassured))) and Borchik seems to be so expensive, heaped up should be ... well, if you can't cope, you still have to buy one like this, girlfriend Borchik

and also something that bothers me a little that there is no preliminary shutdown of auto-heating, or I messed up something again ... it's damn hard to understand when there is no mule yet, but I already want to start mastering it ...)))
Elena Tim
No, there is no preliminary shutdown of auto-heating in it. And as for Bork, Duc he copes very well, just out of harm, he wants Schaub and without pressure he also worked on Multipovar. Then I would be absolutely happy.
