Like Panasonic, difference in power and size of pans.

I bought this slow cooker myself, then handed it over. Thanks to the store - I paid only $ 5. That is, a penalty for the guarantee (I did not use it). The fact is that it does not have a baking (baking) function, but I do not have an oven and really wanted to pamper my husband with pies. That's for sure, but I didn't figure it out in the store, there were cupcakes in the recipe book, but they were cooked in steam / soup mode in a double boiler. There are only 4 modes in MV Moulineh:
1.Rice / buckwheat / pilaf
2.dairy porridge
3. stewing
4.soup / steaming
There are 6 modes in Panasonic - I bought it and I'm happy like everyone else! And so outwardly Mulinex is very even, it is a pity that they did not complete the regimes. And their recipe book is just great! You can sell separately - photo quality, paper, and interesting recipes, as they say for gourmets! The book, of course, contains 50 recipes (but fry all types in a skillet and put them in a MB). Panasonic has 2-3 recipes for the regime and newsprint. But this is not so important - there is the Internet and a bunch of great recipes. Thank you all for them !!!

On Saturday I was in the Media Market and there I saw these multicooker big and small, of course I felt it all and I did not like it, firstly, impersonal, and secondly, I liked the quality of the saucepan cover. I wouldn't buy one for myself.

Good day!
I would like to express a more accurate opinion, but it is still too early ... I bought a multicooker the day before yesterday. Of course, you have to get used to it. I made pilaf: very fast, but it looks like porridge, that is, a lot of water. Then I decided to stew the meat: a long procedure, but it seems like nothing ... I will try new recipes. If interested, I will comment later.

Interesting! at the Panas itself, but I'm thinking about a gift for my mother, I really liked the mulka, I still regretted that it was not there, when I took Panas - Panas does not suit me at all in terms of color)))
TTan
Good day! I continue to master new recipes: stewed potatoes, constantly fresh tasty porridge. But there is no function "baking", at first I did not pay attention to it. Now I understand that it would be nice. Good thing anyway.

I have moulinex and for 5 weeks already. I'm trying to find on the internet worthwhile recipes for her, wherever I throw everything for Panasonic. It's a shame. I regret not taking Panasonic.
Djoli
Yes, and I also forgot to say in some modes it behaves strangely - it switches to the mode of keeping warm after 10 minutes. after launch. And in the book with a recipe for some inaccuracies, for example, they write to set it to 40 minutes, but in this mode it is set only to 60 minutes, 2 hours, 3 hours, etc. So you suffer, guessing how to install.
Rina
Djoli, and in what cases does it go into heating mode?
Djoli
I cooked "Pasta with ham" it is necessary to set the "pilaf / buckwheat" mode, which I did. The number 60 appeared on the display and the countdown began, then after 10 minutes. zeros blinked and that's it. Then I did not wait (in a hurry) for the result and finished cooking it in a frying pan.
Rina
That is, there was not just little liquid, but very little? These pots contain temperature sensors. If the temperature in the saucepan above the heating element rises above a certain level set in the program (more likely, this limit is something around 100 degrees), then the saucepan "considers" that the water has evaporated and further heating will only burn the dish.
Djoli
Vodicka was as indicated in the recipe for 200 g of macaroni 500 ml. water.
Rina
Then just try to pour water into the cartoon and set this mode. If it flies into heating, then it will go to the service.
Kitty
I also saw it live - I was not impressed, the more sad experience with the bread maker was

I bought a New Year for myself Moulinex 7003 because the manager just convinced that there are baked goods in it, everything is fine, well, there will be no difficulties. Brought home
What I didn't like: 1) It is not possible to fry neither onions nor carrots 2) recipes are almost impossible to find what you have found needs to be adapted to a multicooker 3) in the pilaf mode, for some reason, rice and directly pilaf burns. 4) The stewing mode LLC is a separate topic potatoes with chicken were stewed instead of 3 hours 6 hours
Conclusion: either the hands do not grow from there or the Moulinex 7003 multicooker is not my model
Today my husband traded me for the much-desired Panasonic. In the store, he was only asked to fill out an exchange application and, of course, pay the difference in price
Well, I still don't understand why I gave the manager myself to dissuade myself from buying a 4.5-liter Panasonic ... In general, everything is very neglected 
Tanyusha38
Girls, please tell me how long should you bake in steam mode? I also have a cartoon without a baking mode, but I would like to try to bake something in it. There are no books with recipes for my cartoon, but you have recipes for your Mules and they advise you to make baked goods in the steamed soup mode. Tell me more, plizz!
Beretta
Looks like I'm not interrupting who handed the mule back ...
They brought it, began to understand: well, there is no delayed start in it! Namely for this I buy MV!
There is no "Baking" mode (although this is not the main thing for me, but still).
More, they took it back. Well at least the money was returned without problems, now I choose between Panasonic and Supra
Gael
Tanyusha38, hello. I bake for about 40-45 minutes on steamer mode. Of course, such baking as in the oven does not work. But a very tasty cottage cheese casserole turns out (as it used to be in kindergarten). I do it in the evening and warm it up for breakfast. Less dishes to wash)))

Generally, I'm happy. Apparently, who buys for what depends on the reaction. I needed it for my dietary kitchen, so everything works out. I especially like the fact that you can throw in meat when leaving for work, and in the evening immediately get a ready-made dinner. Bake, good luck!

Good day!
Recently, a loved one gave a Moulinex 7003 multicooker, everything turns out fine, except for baking. There the baking function is combined with the steamer mode. The cakes should, in theory, be steamed.I did everything according to the instructions attached, the cake with apples turned out to be pretty and well-risen, but as soon as I pulled it out of the steam, it sank in front of my eyes and became some kind of half-baked pancake. Tried different recipes several times, same result. Maybe someone has experience, what should be done to avoid the shameful "falling" of cakes for a couple? Thank you very much in advance!!!
Alexa13
cutesmile, I suppose that your cakes fall off, because you take them out immediately after baking. Try to let it cool down a bit, "gain a foothold", and only then take it out. Good luck!

A few days ago I became the happy owner of MK 7001. I am very satisfied! While I try and experiment with cooking, but everything works out (porridge, stewed vegetables, steamed cutlets). Only now I can't figure out the cooking temperature in different modes (Pilaf / Buckwheat, Stewing, Soup / Steamer, Milk porridge), I will be grateful if someone tells me

Tell me please, they gave me a mulinex multicooker, I’m not happy about it, I decided to cook potatoes, as they write in the recipe book, cook for 60 minutes, I cooked it for 6 hours and didn’t get it ready, as a result I got angry and threw out the potatoes. Write, on the stewing function, everything cooks like that, or can choose another function. I do not understand why she then, if she does not perform her actions. Help me to understand.............

I also tried to cook potatoes from the recipe book, but I cooked them on the "soup / double boiler" mode =)) Don't worry, everything will come with experience! I have an auxiliary "stewing" mode, first I bring it to a boil in the "soup" mode, and then I transfer it to stewing for several hours - this is how excellent broths and vegetables are obtained. After 8 hours of stewing, the meat turns out to be soft and tender. I don't cook according to the recipe book; from there I take only the proportions for the dishes.
slonia
Thank you. I'm all about the same, how many minutes you bring it to a boil, and then simmer for how many hours. Probably easier to put out in a saucepan, it will certainly be faster. I used to cook soup, oatmeal and buckwheat, steamed cutlets, everything worked out. I even managed to cook pasta and ham from the recipe book, I recommend it very tasty. Well, there was a gag with the potatoes and I was upset. While I'm afraid I'm preparing the meat, please tell me a couple of recipes.
2005105
It boils in 20 minutes. If filled with cold water.
I like vegetables on the pilaf-buckwheat mode. Zucchini, eggplant, cauliflower, pepper (the list goes on) I throw in a saucepan, a little vegetable oil, spices and "pilaf" for 60 minutes. The program will automatically stop when all the water has evaporated. Try potatoes in the same mode. Potatoes, a little oil, spices, herbs. Without water. It turns out baked potatoes =) Stewed cabbage: fry the onions, carrots, add sausages or ham to the "soup / double boiler". Then bring tomato paste (or tomatoes) and, last of all, cabbage to a boil (since everything is already hot, it will boil in about three minutes) switch to "stewing" mode for 2-3 hours and go for a walk! It may be easier to cook in a saucepan, but here it is convenient that you do not have to stand at the stove and watch, so as not to burn. By the way, if the dish starts to burn, the cartoon is automatically turned off. She stewed meat (pork, chicken, turkey and beef). I fried carrots and onions on a "soup / steamer", some kind of sauce with spices and meat there. Stew for several hours (depending on the type of meat). It is important to remember that water does not evaporate in the extinguishing mode! that is, how much liquid you pour there, so much will be (plus some vegetables and meat can let the liquid go)
slonia
Thanks for the advice. :)I will try.If you cook, for example, pork or beef for how many hours, for chicken the least time you need is 4 hours is enough? Tell me in it you can cook porridge, with a delay in time, put all the products in the evening so that it would be ready by morning, for example, cannot you set Milk porridge on the mode? You, have been about to bake something, read on other forums the girls do not work, the bottom is baked and the top is raw.
2005105
I stew beef for 7-8 hours, chicken for three hours. I didn't experiment with porridge like that, but I think it's not a good idea, because if you pour oatmeal (or other cereal) with milk and water overnight, it will swell. You can try to cook the porridge in a "steamer soup" and leave it on the heat until morning, but again - the porridge will turn into a mess by morning.
I haven't tried the oven, it's easier for me in the oven. But I really want to cook some kind of pie or casserole. All hands don't reach
slonia
if you are suddenly going to bake a casserole, then share the recipe and experience, I will wait. :) If you suddenly have new ideas, share. Today I cooked borsch, as in the recipe book, everything turned out delicious.

I cook potatoes on Pilaf mode. Sometimes I add sour cream on top. It turns out an interesting taste and quickly. By the way, here on the forum I read a recipe about carp with potatoes, and from there I took it.

I make the casserole on Steam. It turns out to be very dietary. I mix all the ingredients (for example, cottage cheese 500 gr, semolina 3 tbsp. Spoons, an egg, sugar to taste in a blender or a food processor. I cut an apple there). I line the basket for a double boiler with foil and steam for 40-50 minutes. Of course, a casserole with a crust will not work, but it comes out so tender and very light. To your health!

My mother-in-law gave me such a slow cooker, so at first I was upset, read your posts, I already went to change for another, and then I decided to cook. As advised here, put the potatoes with meat on the soup mode for 40 minutes, and then stew for 60 minutes. It turned out very tasty, nothing burnt, well cooked. This probably still depends on the multi itself, maybe someone was not lucky, maybe a marriage? I'm glad.

I have been using the Mule for a week now, I practically stopped removing it from the table. I cooked 2 times millet in milk, rice porridge in milk (taking into account that my men do not like porridge in principle) ate with great enthusiasm. I cooked buckwheat twice (for pilaf-buckwheat), twice pilaf (the first time it was very tasty with pork ribs, the second time it was dry with pieces of pork), chicken with potatoes in gravy-Dijon mustard-sour cream (and diluted a little with red wine) -25- 30 minutes for soup-cooking, then for stewing is just delicious. I used to cook more, so that it was not enough for 1 time (although of course I know perfectly well that everything freshly prepared is more useful) now there are fewer problems, I put everything down, she cooks herself, what a delight !!! And the casserole was really delicious, just like in childhood!
Greb70
boys and girls, a bread maker in the process of mastering, there is also a multicooker, Mulinex 700130 appeared, and gogh has guaranteed proven delicious recipes. Thank you!
Greb70
model 7001, well, does not start in any way, plugged it into the network, poured water into a pan for testing, the mode buttons do not react, time too, is there any trick at the bottom, for example?

My experience: casserole: 1-2 eggs, a pinch of salt, sugar 1-2-3 tablespoons, mix with a fork + 2 tablespoons of semolina and mix 200g into this base in parts. curd also with a fork. I add a couple of spoons of sesame seeds - sooo love, 2 boxes p. butter and a pinch of baking soda at the end. I put it in a saucepan and put a pier. porridge 20 min. She does not bake so much, apparently turns off the heating, but not on heating, it is very hot inside and continues to bake! Better not to open it for another min.15, then overturn on a plate - chic ruddy, fluffy, tender Do not increase portions - will not bake. Try it!
IrinaAngel
Good day. I was also given this slow cooker, so we master it, all the porridges turn out great, I pour water into the rice as it is written in the instruction book, everything works out. The only thing that I don't like extinguishing is too long. By the way, I adapted to fry everything on the milk porridge mode - I threw everything in for 10 minutes and it was ready, then I threw in the pearl barley, poured it with hot water and on the pilaf / buckwheat mode.
