My Mulka is just super-duper! I brought my brother and it was somehow not up to cooking in it, because almost every day they cooked a grill on the veranda and cut salads. The only thing is that they steamed vegetables for the salad. They cooked perfectly and turned out very tasty, because they were steamed! As soon as my little brother left, she cooks for me every day. So - I made potatoes with meat and vegetables (stew), didn't fry anything, just put it down and put it on the "stewing meat" mode for 20 minutes. It was very convenient, because I had to leave and came back after 2 hours - everything was warmed up and just super-delicious, my husband said that he wanted to marry Mulka, because she cooks more delicious. I understood that the potatoes with meat were baked in it as if I were doing it in pots in the oven. A very rich taste turned out. Then I baked myself a cottage cheese casserole, I had already made it twice. Then she made soup. Tonight I also made charlotte, according to my recipe, as I do in the oven, but I spied on the mode as in a book. Now I put the yogurt. My husband praised the charlotte (I'm on a diet and don't eat such sweets, only on sugar substitutes, I cook for myself separately, and mulka helps me a lot with this now).
I have a question about baking.
There in the recipes (for example, "Kish Lauren" is written to put the foil during baking (on the biscuit). So, my casserole and charlotte did not turn out rosy on top at all. Mulya "for a long time" (it seemed to me) was gaining pressure: 10 minutes on a timer, although she was hovering like crazy, then after changing the temperature to 160 * C, the valve closed almost immediately ... in the end .. in 25 minutes the chicken fell off the bones))) ) it was difficult to get it in a large piece)) and swam in the broth. But it turned out very tasty, like in a sleeve in its own juice.
Now questions and conjectures: could this have happened due to the fact that I put a soft structure, i.e. High pressure? And due to the fact that the chicken was not completely thawed and released not only fat but also a lot of water? Yes, I fried the chicken for 170 before baking for the crust, the bowl was hot and the countdown on the "multichef" began almost immediately.

So I think, of course, I prepared a portion as usual - for 1 liter of liquid. And in the recipes there is a 350 ml portion of liquid (on the baby food mode) ... so I think, maybe it should be cooked less so that it doesn't rise like that. On the other hand, we have 3 times less porridge - it's only for our son to eat. Or next time I will try to do 95 degrees for 1 hour on a multishef (as it was already advised here) and on heating for an hour. But then tell me, please - what texture to expose?

After the end of the program, add vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, herbs, crushed garlic and finely grated beets, leave on the heating for 15-20 minutes.
