In the mode there is milk porridge and there is a delay and heating, but I will look for a multi-chef ... There is no delay (for yogurt, multi-chef, frying). Heating does not turn on after multishef and yoghurt.
During the frying program, you can change the temperature (from 100 to 180 * s), but only in this mode

Hello girls! Directly read by your branch, already enviable white envy! I want this too! But my DR only after a month ... At first I chose between Polaris 0124 and Moulinex, but now I like Moulinex more! Only I wanted to clarify if there is a delayed start and automatic switch to heating in the modes "milk porridge" and "multi-cook"?
Welcome to us!
Mulineska has everything. Delayed start and auto heating.
On a multi-cooker, I don't know if there is auto-heating, I have not tried to cook on a multi-cook yet. But on automatic programs, everything is automatically put on heating. It seems to me that it is automatically heated on all programs, some owners on the forum do not like that it cannot be turned off (auto-heating), but it does not bother me at all. On the contrary, it is convenient for me.

Good morning! Tell me, has anyone tried to bake apple charlotte according to the recipe suggested in the book? I have been baking in the oven according to a similar recipe for many years, only I call it "Lazy Pie")). What confuses me: the recipe offers to knead a biscuit dough, pour it into a COLD bowl (because you cannot heat an empty bowl, according to the instructions!), Put it in a multicooker, set the "baking" mode, wait 10-15 minutes until the multicooker heats up and starts program execution. But after all, the biscuit will settle all over this time !!!! To prevent this from happening IMMEDIATELY !!!! must be put in a hot oven. I don’t understand how to do this in a slow cooker .... If anyone baked this pie in a slow cooker, share your impressions. I will be very grateful.
Also, if someone has any successful recipe for baking in a multicooker, please share, I really want to bake something delicious :))))
Larra
Cielito lindo, do it according to the recipe boldly, nothing settles, everything is baked normally and rises, the charlotte turns out to be airy and high, I have it on duty baked goods in a slow cooker, I make apple, orange and tangerine charlottes all the time, I never had an unsuccessful pie))) the cartoon will start to heat up, the dough will rise and will bake, the lid is not blocked in the baking mode (but it is still tightly closed, maybe therefore it does not settle), the main thing is not to open the lid until the program ends ... so do not hesitate, everything will work out )))
And I will add that 40 minutes is quite enough, I once increased it to 45 minutes, and the bottom got a little fried ...
irida
Baking always turns out great! I also do it with different fillings! Everything is perfect!!!
Cielito lindo
Thanks, I will definitely try! Tell me, do you just need to put the lid on top without turning it at all, or turn it slightly, but not completely? And in the orange-tangerine version, do you also put oranges down and pour the dough on top, or vice versa? Did you try to bake yeast dough in it? If so, please share your secrets: how long is it baked, how baked is the top, should it be turned over, should the bowl be greased before laying out the dough, etc.?

We close the lid completely, but do not block (do not put on the lock)

I made half the dough down, then cut the oranges in half, and poured out the second half of the dough))), you can go down as you like, try this and that)))

From yeast, I baked white bread in it, it turned out great, now I don't remember exactly (if I need to look at the recipe), in my opinion, 30 minutes on one side, then turned the other side and 20 minutes))) I smeared the bowl with a little vegetable oil.

I baked bread in it according to the recipe taken here on the site (in the branch I gave a link to the recipe). She let it sit on the heat for 10 minutes, held it on and off, and after another 20 minutes she turned on the baking for 30 minutes, turned it over and another 20 minutes. The crust is incredibly beautiful, golden and crispy. Lightly greased the bowl with vegetable oil.
Svetlana14
Well, finally, I have already received my slow cooker
I liked the look very much! Assembled well, everything looks solid, examined it from all sides)))
A slight smell was still present, so I washed the bowl, lid, gum and boiled it with lemon. At the same time, I saw how it works. I sat and watched all this time))))))
Doesn't make any noise at all, I thought it would be worse ...
But in the process of gaining pressure, (gaining 15 minutes), at first quietly, then for a short period there is a sound, literally a couple of seconds, a hiss, not loud, but there, then it stops abruptly, is it all right?
During cooking, steam slowly flows from the valve, the instructions say that it seems like it should be ...
And one moment is not clear to me. When the process was completed, the lid did not open immediately, I decided to wait until the steam came out on its own and the lid would unlock. The heating timer turned on, 10 minutes passed, but the lid did not open. I pressed the release button and only then could I open it. So the question is how to understand that the steam has come out on its own and you can get food? Turn the knob from time to time and check?
Now I put the vegetables on the double boiler, did a stupid thing and cut them into small pieces (for the dog), and they fall into water around the edges, I had to carefully lay out, now I will know ...
And yet, who did the stuffed peppers in it? What mode should you cook them? Probably stewing ...: girl-th: And for how many minutes to put ... I don't want to spoil it somehow, because my husband really asked ...
Bes7vetrov
Congratulations on your purchase! I am sure that you will not be disappointed in her. A little noise before closing the valve is normal, it is steam that comes out until it has reached full force, then it lifts the valve and closes it.
How all the steam came out can be heard if you listen - a quiet click. After 4 multi-glasses of milk (porridge when I cook), the valve opens after 11 minutes. If there was more liquid, then the process will take longer on its own, then you can forcibly release steam with a button.
I haven't made peppers yet, but I think that you won't spoil them with the stewing program.

In the recipe book there is a recipe for stuffed peppers, there the time is 20 minutes, I did 25, only the peppers were not halves, but whole (I like it better), so the "meat" mode is 25 minutes, you definitely don't spoil it)))
Cielito lindo
Good evening! I want to stew beans with mushrooms and cabbage. The recipe book suggests stewing red beans for 40 minutes. But I think this is a lot (especially if in a place with cabbage). Who has experience cooking a similar dish? How much time was set and how much water was added? My colleague whose cartoon 701132 claims that he stews beans without presoaking for 7-10 minutes, and pours water so that the beans are completely covered. But it seems to me that there is a lot of water, but on the contrary there is little time. What do you advise?
Cielito lindo
And tell me, how much of your cartoon is relieving pressure? After stewing buckwheat with meat, mine let off steam for 10-15 minutes? And only then she allowed to open the lid. This is normal? Or too long?
Svetlana14
Oh girls, thanks for the answers!
I cooked the peppers on the program as in the recipe book for stuffed peppers, only my own recipe (I make whole ones and add rice).
Well what can I say, it's just a pesnya husband groaned and gasped and did not pretend!
I was very pleased, at least time, washing for two times, and tasteful
I'll go bake something ...
Marinkak939
Girls, Svetlana14, who bought it in the near future - at what price did you get the mule?
Larra
Marinkak939, how quickly prices are falling ..., three months ago I took it for 7990 rubles, and now I watched M. Video Samara - the price is 5990, two thousand have already dropped significantly, well, I think the next decrease will not be soon))), in general, you can already purchase for 6,000 rubles)))
Svetlana14
Marinkak939, I bought in Ukraine, paid UAH 1824, that's $ 150 or 5170 rubles, if I counted correctly. It's cheaper to buy in our online stores, but I think it's the same everywhere.
By the way, I made a charlotte according to the recipe book, only I didn't have apples, I added cherries, it turned out delicious, and the top is not as white as I thought it would be, nothing stuck, didn't burn, it was very nice to get it out. But as for me, I like the dough that is more airy and softer. But in time I can learn
Lyusichka
So they brought Mulechka to me yesterday. I bought "my precious" also in Ukraine in an online store for $ 150. She is beautiful

Girls, this question may be stupid, but I'll ask you anyway. I want to fry meat in onions and carrots, and then stew in water. So, I will fry it in a saucepan, and then pour water there and stew it? Or do you need to wash the saucepan after frying and only then simmer?
Larra
Svetlana14, no, of course you don't need to wash anything, fry the meat with vegetables as much as you need, then add salt, spices, water and immediately to stew)))
Svetlana14
Larra, thanks, I will try now)))
Can you change the temperature during frying?
Bes7vetrov
Yes you can
Svetlana14
I figured out the temperature, it turned out, and someone tried to change the time during the frying process, I didn't quite understand something, I first pressed the "delay / timer", and then "+" \ "-"
Probably right away you need to change the time with plus and minus ...
Lyusichka
Thank you girls
Today I cooked pilaf, washed the rice well to clear water (regular round), poured it with hot water as they say in the recipe in a separate bowl, fried the meat in Multa (I found pork in the refrigerator - podgorki) about 300 gr. one large carrot, one onion, 15 min. on Fried, added spices (saffron, zirra, barberry and ground pepper), poured water, salted, poured the rice and added it to the bowl, stuck one head of garlic into the rice (did not disassemble it into slices, only removed the top husk) and set the PLOV mode for 20 minutes. I took 2 multi glasses of rice and a little more, the same amount of water, maybe a little more, that is, about 1: 1. I kept it on the heat for 8 minutes, the rice cooked well, although it might have been necessary to keep it on the heat and a little more. For my taste, pilaf turned out (although I threw spices heartily, but my spouse did not call yet, did not grumble :)
In the evening I want to make aspic, again in the refrigerator I found a leg of a homemade turkey, from the second leg I cooked broth on a gas stove for about 2 - 2.5 hours
Svetlana14
What about the ribs? I read somewhere that bones can scratch the bowl ... for example, I want pilaf with lamb ribs, who has already done that?
Svetlana14
And one more thing, look at the back of the multicooker after cooking ...
There is a container for collecting liquid, everything is fine, water gets there, BUT! Personally, I do have a small puddle on the table and water on the pen holder, I lift the pen and wipe it every time. How are others? Here it is necessary to check this water gets after lifting the lid or before ...
Lyusichka
There was one rib in my pilaf. This model has a ceramic bowl.I use a ceramic frying pan, it doesn't seem to have scratched on it in two years, it just can't be overheated empty (my men overheated it started to stick), well, it doesn't like sudden temperature changes, I even wash it in the dishwasher (the bowl from Mulechka so far I will not, everything is wonderfully washed with one movement of the hand). In general, you cannot compare with Teflonof. BUT THIS IS MY SUBJECTIVE OPINION, I would like to know what the girls think?
I also had some water not only in the container, it probably leaks when you open the lid.

Unas is also such a problem, water after cooking flows down to the body from the lid, because of the lid protruding from the body.
We acquired this miracle yesterday.
cooked rice, but there was a lot of water, but otherwise a flexible system of settings, you need to get used to

Angelik1970, Congratulations !!!
Svetlana14
Thanks girls for the answers!
And the people are pulling up on the sly, which is very pleasing
Lyusichka
As I understand it, we are together taking the first steps to master this wonderful pot.
Svetlana14
Well yes! : girl-yes: I have it for the second day already!
Here I made buckwheat, it turned out class! For two cartoon glasses of buckwheat, four glasses of water. The oil is somewhere a little less than a testicle, I have no scales. The proportion is what you need as for me !!! Juicy, shiny, moderately crumbly, soft. Whoever loves dry, crumbly, grain to grain, then three glasses of water, and who prefers to smudge, then probably five glasses, if more, I think water will remain. It took 9 minutes to prepare. The pressure gained 15 minutes and released at the end of 13 minutes. I took cold water, with hot water it should be faster.
Svetlana14
We boiled corn, put it on for 50 minutes, cooked well, I think that less could have been put.
Now I'm doing an experiment, I put a compote of apples and raspberries and a little lemon, and I also loaded a saucepan on the gas stove, let's see what happens. On the stove, the water has already boiled, the fire has been reduced, and the pressure is still gaining to the cartoon (I set it for 20 minutes). Turned on at the same time.
Marinkak939
Congratulate me girls! I could not resist my birthday and bought a mule in MVideo today! True, the consultant actively tried to sell Cambrook to me, but I did not give in to persuasion. First, to test its performance and disinfect it, I boiled water in it in the “double boiler” mode, and then, while “stewing,” made zucchini in sour cream. It turned out very tasty! For 10 minutes she gained pressure, because I mixed cold water with sour cream and cooked for 12 minutes. I blew off the steam manually. I just wanted to ask you: should it show the operating temperature on the display next to the timer, or does it show it only in some separate modes? Otherwise, in the modes that I have already used, it did not show the temperature
Ksenay
I never cease to rejoice at my main kitchen assistant. Our family adores legumes, I have stewed beans in it many times, but today I wanted something new and I made a stew of chickpeas with meat.
Chickpea stew with meat.
2 tbsp. chickpea
400 gr of meat (I have beef)
1 large carrot
2 medium onions
1 can of tomato s / s
garlic to taste (I have 8 cloves)
spices (I have a mixture of peppers, paprika, dried tomatoes, basil)
any greens to your taste (I had dill)
Soak chickpeas for 4 hours.
Cut the onion into cubes, the carrots into small cubes (0.5X0.5 cm). Pour some vegetable oil into a bowl and fry the onion for 30 minutes on the "Fry" mode (5 minutes), add carrots (5 minutes), meat (10 minutes), chopped tomatoes with juice (until the end of the mode).
We wash the soaked chickpeas, put them in a saucepan, squeeze out the garlic, salt and add spices. Mode "Stewing", "meat" 40 min. The steam descended on its own.
Add finely chopped greens directly to the plate.
Bon Appetit))

Hello everyone, ladies and gentlemen! I very quickly registered on this forum in order to let everyone know what I encountered after purchasing this multicooker. At first I read a lot (including here) a lot of good reviews and immediately realized that here it is! The pressure cooker of my dreams! (Actually, I thought so at first about Banter, but I could not find it with a delayed start in the city in which I live, and this function matters to me) But after using it for a while, I realized that it still has some flaws that I have not read anywhere before (maybe I like to get to the bottom of everything? I don't know ...)

Immediately I want to highlight the pros and cons of this model, which I highlighted purely for myself:

Pros:
-looks cute
-intuitive controls
-convenient but small condensate collector (you forget to drain the water once, and it will drain itself)

Minuses:
-relatively expensive
-the smell remains after any food that is difficult to remove even by boiling lemon (the sealing ring, so that it now smells like pilaf, even after raspberry and apricot compote)
- the steam release button is too close to the valve, and it is very easy to burn yourself
- pressure release is very slow (we are talking about automatic, manual takes only a minute)
-the pressure cooker itself is very hot around the perimeter
-almost all programs can be replaced with one (!!!) multishef (for example, the whole difference between soup and pilaf is the default cooking time (pilaf 20, soup 12), which can be changed in 8 seconds)
-recipe book could be better
- bowl without handles
-MAY BE FACTORY DEFECT (described below)

With all its drawbacks, I would have lived normally, but the only thing that made me come here and write a review was a marriage that manifested itself 10 days after using the multicooker. The bottom line is that with all programs that provide for a set of pressure, it at some point stopped accumulating. There is an icon on the screen, it hangs there for about five minutes, and then the countdown begins, and it doesn't matter how much time you set, it will work for exactly one minute, after which it will go into heating mode. I called the SC - there I was told that most likely an electronics bug, and they need to be taken. She worked only according to the recipes from the booklet that is attached, cleaned after each use (of which there were about 8-10, almost all under pressure), but even such a careful attitude did not save her from the SC.

An interesting fact: I left this review 2 days ago on the website of the store where I bought it, on the hotline. ya (there I left more than one review, almost all appeared instantly) and on the Yandex market (I registered specifically for this), but it has not yet been displayed anywhere, and only positive reviews on the network. I wonder what this is connected with.
Bes7vetrov
Marina, I did not notice that she showed the temperature during work. Previously, I looked into the instruction book on purpose, but now I intuitively choose the mode.
I just cooked a stew of 1.3 kg thick beef rim (added one onion, lavrushka, peppercorns, half a head of garlic and salt to the coarsely chopped meat, set for 1:30 on the stew / meat mode, the structure is four out of five (almost the softest) , at the end of the program at 1:45, heating) goesooooooooooo Even the courier from Platypus at the entrance still began to drive with his nose (the meat when the juice was giving while the mulka was on mode (13 minutes before the valve closed and 16 minutes before the start of the countdown) and the smell of beef with pepper and lavrushka floated through the apartment and entrance). We will try tomorrow!
onedollarusa, you really have some kind of malfunction in the electronics, I have not heard this happen with this pressure cooker. (((and there is no way to change?
Regarding pilaf and soup, these are automatic programs, each must have its own algorithm of work (for example, in other multicooker plov at the end of the program fry the zirvak a little, but the soup should not be so) and the temperature is at least a couple of degrees, but different
Plus, it's convenient for me personally to press the button, and not set the mode on the multishefe (I've used it two or three times), maybe I'm such a lazy one and don't want to create / come up with a recipe? I hope now, after the end of a difficult session, I will settle in the kitchen and will sculpt))))
Marinkak939
Bes7vetrov, thanks for the stew recipe, I must try to make it. How much water did you add for the stewing?
Bes7vetrov
I didn't add water at all. The meat was not completely defrosted, that is, it was cut easily, but kept the shape of cubes (7x7cm). I read this recipe on a friendly forum for redmond 110, there, too, no water was added, but the meat was chilled. So thanks not to me, but to Yana (Tatiana).
Until the evening I promise to learn how to expose a photo and lay out how the stew looked immediately after the heating expired and this morning.

I cooked for 1 multi-glass of rice 4 MC of milk and 1 MC of water, salt - a pinch, sugar - 3 tbsp. l, the mode "milk porridge" -20 minutes, the steam was released by the button itself, only the truth is better to do this when after the end of the program at least 5 minutes have passed ..., otherwise if the pressure is drastically released, it can go through the valve (I such a sad experience (((), now I am more careful with the milk porridge mode, I don't want to dance around the valve again and wash it afterwards)))

onedollarusaIf I'm not mistaken, then in Ukraine (the store's website seems to be Ukrainian), the goods can be returned within 14 days, maybe the store is dragging on time?
Yesterday and today I made a jellied turkey leg. Yesterday in the morning I poured cold water on my leg and put it in the refrigerator, in the evening I threw it into the Multiu, added 1 carrot, 1 onion, dried celery, bay leaf, added cold! water (one large division less than the maximum, maybe even less) and salted well, set the EXTINGUISHING mode for 1.5 hours and went to bed.
In the morning, Cartoon is on the warmer, took out the meat and vegetables and added 20 grams. gelatin, so that it probably froze, since the leg was not big and mixed everything well, I added chopped garlic and peppercorns (by the way, I use a wooden spoon from Soviet times) and closed the lid. I boiled the testicles hard-boiled, cut them into holes, disassembled the meat, I got 5 pots of about 400-500 grams. Meat, two halves of a testicle and a sprig of parsley put in the bowls. I strained the broth, poured it into the dishes and into the refrigerator, In the evening if I don't forget I'll take a picture.

I prepare beans using the same principle as chickpeas. Frying mode 20 min. Fry onions (5 min), carrots (5 min), add meat (5 min) fry, add tomato to s / s (400 ml jar) whipped with a blender, then simmer for another 5 minutes. The juice in the tomato is very thick and a lot remains on the wall, I take half a jar of water and rinse it. I put in two glasses of beans, pre-soaked for 4+ hours. And pouring some water from a can of tomato (about 150-200 ml) I don't pour more water. Mode "stewing" "Meat" is the softest texture (I don't remember the time).

who cooked milk rice porridge, what are the proportions and timing?
I cook rice porridge often. Round rice. For 1 multi glass of rice, 3 tbsp. milk, 1 m. art. sometimes I change the water-milk ratio. But the general proportion of cereal-liquid is 1: 4. The porridge turns out to be thick and viscous (not fluid), if you like thinner, then you need to pour more liquid. I always cook on "Milk porridge" for 10 minutes (standard setting) and simmer for about 15 minutes on the heating, the pressure is released by itself. The taste is magical, the child really likes it)) And what is very pleasant, nothing has ever burnt or stuck.
