Raw champignon salad "Gourmet"

Raw mushroom salad Gourmet

Ingredients

Champignon 500 g
Bulb 1 PC.
One lemon juice
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt and black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the champignons into thin slices, season with salt and pepper. Add the finely chopped onion, lemon juice and vegetable oil, stir and serve immediately.

Note

The disadvantage of this salad is that it is eaten very quickly (it takes longer to cook). This salad has become one of my favorites lately, well, very tasty. I recommend to everyone! Try it, you won't regret it !!!

I have been eating such a salad, similar (mayonnaise + black pepper), for more than 15 years, the first time I tried it in a restaurant. She is still alive and well. Easy, interesting, and if the guests are not afraid that the mushrooms are raw, everyone likes it.
