Yesterday I cooked Scallops with leeks from the book "I cook my way". Real jam!! I made adjustments to the recipe. For those who do not have this book, I will write the recipe in the original. I will mark my changes in brackets.

3 shallot onions (small)
20 g butter
400 g leeks, chopped into 3 mm (I only had 200g)
250 g dry white wine (replaced 200 ml water)
20 g water

12 scallops with a diameter of 4 cm
100 g cream with a fat content of 30% (took 80 g of 20% sour cream)
2 tsp corn starch (excluded due to lack of availability)

Put the leeks on a dish, then put the scallops and pour over the sauce.

Well, it turns out very tasty, but a little expensive. 12 frozen scallops cost 400 rubles (Auchan, Yekaterinburg). I think scallops can be replaced with white fish fillets.

With the filling, you can dream up. Be sure to cut the onion head into quarter-rings. But you can take any fish: raw sea fish (without bones), slightly salted (for example, salmon), or you can just take a can of natural canned food (for example, pink salmon in its own juice).
Take a form with high sides, pour half of the dough on the bottom, spread the onion evenly, fish on it. Pour the remaining dough on top.
It is advisable to preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance. It is baked for about 30-40 minutes (depending on the characteristics of the oven). In short, as soon as you see that the cake has risen with a big hat, is well browned, you can get it.

I cook for a maximum of three, that is, the volume of finished soup is 1-1.5 liters no more. Therefore, before pouring in boiling water, I leave the freeze in the bowl for 5 minutes at a temperature of 100, speed 1. Just the liquid will stand out and I can see exactly how much more water needs to be added. Speed ​​2, temperature 90, 20 minutes. 2 minutes before the end I add either cream or milk + oat flour. After the end of the program, beat on a speed of 5 for about 1 minute.
