"In honey and in oil and eat bast shoes" Russian proverb

I want to suggest a cake recipe "Medovik", which I have baked more than once and am going to bake again today. This recipe is from the book for TM "Russian Feast for the Whole World". I really like the book, the recipes are simple and tasty. Here is the recipe from the book:

For the test:
2 eggs, 120 g sugar, 120 g honey, 240 g flour, 1/2 tsp. soda
For the cream:
400 g sour cream, 150 g sugar
For decoration:
50 g chocolate, 50 g sugar

Put eggs and sugar in a bowl, grind for 10 sec. / Sk. 3-4
Add honey, mix 20 sec / ck. 3
Add flour and baking soda, knead the dough 40 sec / CK 4
Grease a baking sheet with butter, lay out the dough, flatten in 0.5-0.7 cm and bake for 12 minutes at 200 degrees.
Cut two cakes from the layer. If they are tall, cut them in half. The thinner the cakes, the juicier the honey cake.
Put the cuttings in a dry bowl, chop 10-15 sec / SC. 3-4. Lay out the crumb.
Set the butterfly. Whisk sour cream and sugar 20 sec / Sc 3.
Put the cake in a deep plate, grease it liberally with cream, then the next cake, etc. There should be a lot of cream, let it flow down the edges, it will then be absorbed all over. Pour cream over the top cake and sprinkle with crumbs. The top can also be decorated with powdered sugar, grated chocolate, icing.
The cake must be kept in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours.

Trust me, this is delicious. : nyam: Instead of soda, I took baking powder, the honey was half dark and light. There were no crumbs, because I baked in a multicooker, and then cut into 4 cakes. Decorated with chopped nuts. The main thing is no fuss. Fast and tasty
