olga4166 wrote: Alexander, in the short cut 0305, the temperature is indicated only on the Frying and Baking, but how can I find out about other modes? Or is it a trade secret?

If it's a secret, then at least tell me the temperature on the heating ... this is the one that automatically turns on itself.

In pressure cookers, all programs have the same temperature: from 112 to 115 degrees. If there are three pressure levels (as in 0305): Level 1 - 109 degrees, Level 2 - 112 degrees, Level 3 - 115 degrees. On heating, the temperature is 70 degrees.

What do you say?
Shelena
Olya, the paragraph below is Alexander's answer?
What exactly surprised you?

The bread will be okay. : yes: I've been baking for a long time. Like. : nyam: Soon I will exhibit several cooking options.

And we cooked semolina porridge simultaneously! And they cooked it like that.
Olya, put your version in a separate recipe, please! Free me from unnecessary scribbling! And the girls will be of great benefit! And then in a couple of pages they will not find this recipe ... Then you will hesitate to answer WHERE and HOW.

I put up a separate recipe for cooking vegetables for salads.
Steamed vegetables for winter salads.

The cooking time for winter vegetables does not coincide with the cooking time for autumn vegetables (about 3-5 minutes!). I plan to cook root crops in the summer and autumn for comparison. I will share the results.
olga4166
Shelena, I was surprised why then all these buttons with programs? The last paragraph is Alexander's answer.

I'll try to expose the recipe for semolina porridge, but without a photo yet. Nothing?

About bread ... before I turn it over, I look, and the top looks like a slightly settled biscuit ... well, such, a little sunken. Why is that?

Olya, buttons are a marketing ploy.
But still, the temperatures in some modes differ, it seems to me. Baked on "Buckwheat" and "Kasha". Completely different result.

Insert later! A week is given for corrections, additions, etc.

What was the regime and pressure? Could stand, or added a lot of yeast. There are a lot of options ...
olga4166
Shelena ...

I'll write the recipe right now.

About bread ... Baking, pressure 2 ... apparently stopped.

As for the temperature, I think it's a little different ...

Girls, thank you all for your congratulations and kind words !!!
Valyusha-I, sparta, Shelena, Cranberry, ElenaB, fronya40. olesya26, Scarlett, tasia, Kizya, francevna, Admin and Chef ... very nice!

I just saw off the guests .. I look, and here it is!

Shelena, I inserted a photo into the recipe ... I read that they cook semolina on a delay in the cartoon ... it turns out without lumps ... I also want to try ... are we worse ?! What do you think?
I even bought myself a Teflon whisk ...

Good evening girls! A friend (an elderly lady) asked her to choose a Redmond pressure cooker. And I advise you to buy Polaris 0305, but I am afraid that she will not be disappointed and regret not having bought Redmond. I threw the link to her to look at, outwardly she liked the SLE. It also bothers me that the saucepan has to be changed quickly. How fast? And what is suitable in Ukraine? Thank you!

Shelena
Olya, if you want to, I'll tell you, as in the program "Guess the melody": "Try it!"
Even with all my love for culinary experimentation, I would not.
In a multicooker, semolina is really cooked, but most often on the "Heating"! I did. I didn't like the lumps. In a pressure cooker, I can't even imagine WHAT can happen. Although ... You, probably, have never tore off a saucepan from a large soot ...
In general, I don't see any sense in postponing. Why would poor semolina be soaked all night ?! Will stick together into a lump, lose residual usefulness, etc.
It's easier for me to cook before serving. Fast, tasty and hassle-free!

Congratulations on your purchase of a whisk! Good for making yoghurts.

Good evening girls! .. I am also confused that the saucepan has to be changed quickly. How fast? And what is suitable in Ukraine? Thank you!
Hello, Olyushka! The saucepan, I think, will live at least six months with careful handling.
Mine, for example, has been working since October. Not once a day! It's okay for now.
In Ukraine, girls bought spare pans from Liberty 900.
olga4166
Shelena, "I am plagued by vague doubts" ... and I don’t want to tear off the saucepan, and try to hunt ... to cook in a sense ... my mind is straight ...
If you make it thinner and on the MANUAL MODE for 2 minutes?
Shelena
Olya, with your character, I had no doubt that you would not stop ...
Or maybe, for a start, put a delay of 2 hours ?! Set the pressure as low as possible. You will see the result. If everything suits you, then you can go for the night ...
But with a saucepan, if anything, I warned you ...
I here "experimented" with an omelet the other day. I put it on "Rice". I have never seen such carbon deposits anywhere else !!! I thought I wouldn't wipe it off. I had to pant a lot. Now I'm afraid ...
olga4166
Shelena, I always cook porridge at a pressure of 1 ... I would put the omelet on the BAKERY (120 g) for 10-15 minutes.
Then I found out that the delay does not work on BAKERY.
Shelena
Quote: olga4166

Then I found out that the postponement does not work at BAKERY.
I have no respite for "Baking" in the cartoons either!
And for the omelet, I have other options ... "Baking" is too commonplace ...

How is there no delay in the BAKERY?

It's trite ... but there are exactly 120 gr.
Shelena
I posted a recipe for another potato dish.
Stewed potatoes with chicken fillet and mushrooms in sour cream sauce.

Hello to all pressure cooker lovers. Here I am the owner of this miracle of technology. Long time to choose. I consulted on the forum. And so I will say right away, I bought a saucepan from Liberty 900. They differ only in weight. Our 570. Liberty 702gr. Everything fit perfectly. I have already prepared the melt according to your recipes. Happened. Quietly, I begin to understand the principle of work. Stewed potatoes with stewed beef. Gov. Carcass. Made earlier in the cartoon. And so I fried the carrots with onions in the frying. Fast. I laid out the potatoes, cut into 4 parts with salt, laid the stew on top, added a little water. On default extinguishing. Super. Delicious. Cooking carp fish with vegetables. I cut everything, salted, pepper and stew for 30 minutes. Diet dish. And also a bit of sunflower oil. She cooked porridge with milk corn and barley. Very satisfied. Fell in love with my pressure cooker. Many are idle.
sparta
pelmen_ka, congratulations on a wonderful purchase! It's worth trying to make gov. stew in a pressure cooker is a bomb with a minimum amount of time spent!
pelmen_ka
Thank you.Yes, I really like to cook in this saucepan, especially stew. Just kidding.

pelmen_ka and tell me where you bought a spare bowl?
Suslya
Yes Yes. I'm also interested in how much money it cost.

I was given this link today:
🔗ibna_pobutova_tehnіka / Multivarka / Multivarka_Liberty_Kastrulya_dlya_MP-900.html
They wrote, "with the highest quality, such a brilliant price!" Maybe where they sell it.
azaza
Well, if a saucepan from Liberty-900 is exactly right, then Ukrainian girls have a direct path to Techmag: 🔗ibna_pobutova_tehnіka / Multivarka / Multivarka_Liberty_Kastrulya_dlya_MP-900.html. A store verified by many forum users And a saucepan too

Oh, I've already been overtaken.

Maybe where they sell it.

How many I searched - nothing came up for Polaris, only a tech shop.
olga4166
pelmen_ka, welcome to the Quick Culinary Club!
Shelena, the instructions say that there is a delay in the BAKERY ... in the SV it does not work, or it simply does not exist ... a typo like ... but how are you?

fronya40
And yesterday I received a spare wheel from the technical store, 99 UAH plus 20 UAH shipping and 17 UAH for imposition. payment. already the second, for such a price let me have three of them :-)
although it is thinner, but a little better in quality .. but maybe in the new Polaris there is generally a good bowl ...

Do you remember the stainless steel cup, well, which steam you have? .... passed it? ... was it not like that again?
fronya40
I remember, of course, yes, I took it from a friend, with the expectation of testing, the bowl was just great, so plump, I sent it back, but it fit perfectly into the scarlett, so she found the owner.
And my technical store is my second now, when I bought Liberty in the tech store, I immediately ordered a spare with a bowl.

And again, I repeat, if something stuck, I don't even wipe it off, put it on fire, water and soda and boil it. It cools down, and then it is easily washed off. I don't cook anything in my own bowl, except for cereals and soup, it sticks specifically and conscientiously :-)

Everything works fine, nothing hovers.

Frosya, I didn't understand. Are the current Tekhmagov bowls figs, tunnels? Maybe I was just specifically lucky? I bought in Tekhmag the first with HP, at my own peril and risk. First one for trial, followed by a second. As far as I remember, the girls came in different ways: someone like mine, dark dark gray, someone black and heavier, like relatives in Liberty. I don't know which is better. But I literally admire my own. In my Deksika, it happens, it burns (but then it is easily washed off), but in this bowl there is never anything! She did not let me down a single time, but I have been using it every day for a year and a half. Therefore, I say that in my humble opinion, in terms of the quality of the coating, this saucepan will easily compete with the dex one (and the dex one is a priori better than any praise).
I admit that the quality of the coating is different in each batch. Perhaps this time I was as lucky with a saucepan as I was unlucky with my own Polaris.

Olya, checked! In my postponement for "Pastry" IS!
Maybe you're pushing the wrong direction? Do the rest have it?
olga4166
Shelena, I checked all the modes ... the delay works everywhere, but it does not work on the BAKERY.
Shelena
Olya, I don't even know what to tell you ...
And what are you planning to cook at the "Pastry" with a delay? Bread?
olga4166
Shelena, yes, it seems nothing. I won't take it to the service ... I can't do it without Paulie ... but a delay for BAKING, but figs with her ...

Today I cooked milky wheat ... like Nitsche, but it will be necessary to increase the time .... I cooked for 15 minutes at 2 pressure.
Shelena
Then don't worry !!!
And the extra 5 minutes will definitely not interfere with milk porridge!
olga4166
Shelena, when on the BAKERY you turn on the delay, you press the Baking, and then the timer?
Gannusik
Quote: tysia
Eh, I wanted to make yogurt out of it, but I feel that my men will come right now, and one memory will remain from the milk ... I will probably have to go again ...
How do you make yogurt? At what temperature?
olga4166
Gannusik, cooking in multicooker with Yogurt. If there is no such shaitan machine, then it can be done in SV. Put a cloth napkin in a SV saucepan, put the jars, pour water up to half of the jars, heat the water until slightly warm, close the lid and valve. The total fermentation time is 6 - 7 hours. Water is sometimes checked and heated. Warm up with the Heat / Cancel button ... there the heating intensity is less. Good luck!

I came to calm you down. I checked it again! It turns out that it’s the same for me as for you: after 30 seconds, heating starts. So your saucepan is all right!
