Thank you very much for your attention) I will definitely study it !!!
I advise you not to be lazy and buy an average grater in the Citylink store, while it is available there. Almost a grater and shredder for every day. I don't give a link, find the store's address in Yandex. And he has about 30 issue points, probably all over Moscow. Available for order 2-3 days. 500 rub. BOSCH MUZ8KP1 In the search enter in the store.

And I will say this about the combine. Like a stubborn donkey, I stubbornly did not buy a harvester home for many years. I bought it, I'm satisfied. The same at first I did not understand why I needed it for a pair of nozzles. And then I turned on my fantasy a little. Now I have guests at the dacha. We constantly cut and chop something, wipe and whip cocktails. I am silent about Olivier and vinaigrette.

Good day!!! First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to all of you !!! Finally, I decided on the model I want to buy - and this is Bosch Cubix

I have the following request - the photos on the links at the beginning of the topic do not open. Help me please!!! Today we are going to buy - we are interested in a photo with a marriage - where the disc rubs the bowl, the lid comes off, something with a silicone gasket.
Is it just my photo you can't see or are they really no longer shown?
I really want to come to the store "fully armed", and not buy with a marriage.
Thank you!

In general, after all, probably now it should not be like that, after all, the first models since 2009 have gone somewhere ...

Thank you! You reassured me)) I also thought that they have been releasing it for a long time, for sure these defects should be eliminated in recently released models.

Thank you very much!!! I have already found the blender, but on 80 pages I have sprinkled pictures)) Now that I have decided on the model, I will thoroughly re-read Temko again

We didn't buy Boshik today, I'm waiting for a slightly more favorable moment, otherwise the airfryer has not been delivered yet (but has already been ordered), so my husband needs time to believe that I really need it
Although we even stopped at the store, I saw him live today

it means that I bought the harvester and I am quite, quite happy, thanks to the forum users)) but here's the question about additional nozzles: I want a whisk and a dough mixer with hooks, but nowhere are these attachments separately on sale on websites, you can't even find out the article?
HOW do I get them ?? There is no way to go to the service and point a finger at the picture, I can order only on the Internet and by phone, because I live in a small town and will not go anywhere.
maybe someone bought, tell me HOW to find them (I am in Ukraine) or give the articles from the instructions (I saw that there are owners of different harvester models).
in general, try!

corolla from MUM 4655 I have no idea where to fix it and in what form it should be (shoulder there, etc.), I read Lisss's report, but my photo stubbornly does not open.

and more on fries:
there are 2 types of graters
1) Disc for slicing French fries BOSCH MUZ45PS1 - with holes arc
2) Disc for slicing french fries MUZ8PS1 - with holes in an even row
Is this so or is it an optical illusion in the photo, but in reality they are identical?
after all, if so, then they will rub in the form of a crescent and straight bars.
dopleta
I have MUZ8PS1, and although it says "in an even row", the bars still turn out to be slightly curved in an arc, and this is understandable, because the disc rotates, respectively, and the knife cuts in an arc. I am sure that the story will be the same with the second disc.

Girls, I read the topic about mayonnaise and everywhere they beat everything with their foot. And how to beat correctly on our combine? I have never made mayonnaise myself. Can you whip in our blender? Only pour oil on the sly, and not load everything at once? Please enlighten or poke where to read.
galka_exito
about mayonnaise. I like doing in a glass blender. I do this - 2 eggs + 2h. l. sugar + 0.7 tsp. salt + 2.5 tsp. vinegar + 1 tsp. with a slide of mustard - beat everything together at the 1st speed for 5 seconds, then pour the tasteless / odorless butter through the watering can in the lid. the first speed, the second may not work. for 2 eggs I pour about 350 ml. oils (actually always by sight). the more oil, the thicker the mayonnaise. you can add garlic, herbs, pickles ... the flight of imagination is endless.
Prus - 2
But I quite calmly and from the first time whip the mayonnaise in a large bowl of the Bosch MSM 5529 combine - with a whipping disc. From 2 yolks and more. The main thing is that the yolks and butter are the same temperature. The process is simple - first, beat the yolks + mustard + sugar + salt + black pepper for 20 seconds, then I start pouring the oil in a tablespoon until the mixture begins to take in lumps (this is about 50-60 g of oil), pour water into the bowl + vinegar, after 1-2 sec.I continue to pour oil in a trickle. And at the end I add more water. It makes a wonderful mayonnaise. Proportions:
2 yolks
1 tsp no top sugar
1 tsp mustard
Salt to taste (I take a third of a teaspoon)
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. l. vinegar 9% + 2 tbsp. l. water
270 ml plant. oils
3 tbsp. l. warm water at the end.

mince cutlet kneads perfectly - for this I love the nozzle endlessly ...
I'll write it down otherwise I threw these hooks ... they were not useful for their intended purpose. An interesting idea with minced meat, so that it does not grind into dust, as happens when kneading with knives.
galka_exito
Wasp, I'm afraid you did not quite understand correctly - I rub the onion on a coarse grater, then change the grater to hooks, add the twisted minced meat and knead until I get tired of looking)))

girls, this is the cocktail of my dreams. I share my cooking experience:
take a large bowl with knives, throw 5-6 halves of frozen apricots out of the freezer, pour milk from the refrigerator to cover the knives and pour in a little vanilla. put on the first speed - it is important - and beat until it thickens. add sugar to taste, switch to the second speed for a few seconds, the cocktail immediately falls off - it becomes pouring foam. all. drink right away. try, delicious)))
Oca
Galka_exito, that's right. I don't like to knead with knives because the minced meat is additionally chopped, it turns out some kind of pate ... I didn't even think about kneading with hooks! A valuable idea, because sometimes you don't want to get your hands dirty or your finger is cut. Once I tried to mix with a mixer - it didn't work out, but I'll definitely try it with a combine. Thank you!

My mother barely survived after salmonalese, for several days she was generally between life and death. Therefore, since then, we have only eaten eggs steeped or fried in a pan. Therefore, it is scary with raw eggs. But I'll risk it tomorrow. How did you do it with milk? In a combine? Or do you have a submerged blender?
galka_exito
made with a combine in a glass. it was a long time ago - I don’t remember the recipe for sure, I only remember that it didn’t go with us - we love fatty stuff, and milk mayonnaise is not bad, but we are not used to it. I don’t experiment anymore and make ordinary mayonnaise 2-3 times a week, only with different additives. I wrote my basic recipe above (my spoon is really deep tea, not half-coffee). I haven't come across salmonellosis - mmm, but in your case, I don't even know ...

Girls, thank you very much for the advice. I did both, in a bowl and in a blender. Both turned out. Both are delicious. Personally, for my taste, mayonnaise from Prus - 2 is sharper, although I did not add pepper. And from galka_exito a little softer, sweeter. I will perfectly live both options. Since I did it for the first time, I did not step back from the recipe and did not add anything additionally. Thank you very much again. As we eat this one, I'll do it with milk. Only I would like to enlighten myself a little more in detail on technology. Do we also mix everything in a blender (except for butter) and then gradually pour in the oil? Or, in the case of milk, can you mix everything at once?
galka_exito
Glad you liked
As for dairy, I think to immediately mix milk with butter, and then additives - otherwise the milk with vinegar will curdle

a question about the whisk disc (for those who managed to work with him):
the instructions say: at first put the nozzle-disk, then from above products.
I did just that, but my balls (4 pieces) flopped, flopped around the bowl, and did not fall down and did not whip naturally. so it should be? then why are there barbs on the bottom of this disc if they are not in contact with food?
Gerda1
I didn't have such problems with the disc ... sooner or later all the products slipped UNDER the disc and everything whipped well ...
Only the proteins overheat when whipping ... I like the mixer better
Oca
Often I beat 3-4 eggs without dividing them into white and yolk - after a while the yolks burst and also end up under the disc. It's okay.

Hello! I was very interested in this topic. There is an opportunity to purchase an MSM 5540 harvester inexpensively. I liked the hooks for the dough and the citrus juicer. I plan to separately buy a cube cutter (the seller does not show it in the photo, I conclude that this model does not). Reading the posts, I realized that the forum users do not like to interfere with the dough with hooks, preferring a bread maker. But in a bread maker there is no way to knead a large amount of dough. And I want to mix it into several portions at once. For a kilogram of flour, for example. Will I succeed in this harvester? Will the bowl allow? By the way, about mayonnaise. ALWAYS make it in a blender, not on foot. It is very convenient: you have to whip for a long time, you do not need to stand over it. As it becomes very thick, I add water. I do it on 2 yolks and one whole egg.

99% of what will not work at once in the combine can be done in several passes, in small portions. There is such a thing ... this lump begins to chatter from side to side, pounding on the bowl, I'm scared for the plastic. But in a bread maker (in Moulinex or Panasonic - where the bucket is large) for 1 kg of flour it will knead well. In extreme cases, with a mixer - hooks - you can knead in a bowl.
In general, the 5540 is a good harvester just in a matter of minutes, she crumbled a bowl of vegetables for them.
Loya
Eh! I'm at a crossroads ...I caught fire to buy this unit, including because of the dough hooks. Now I understand that he will not solve the problem ... If you knead a hard dough with knives, it also behaves. I tried it on purpose. By the way, Wasp, you have 5540, is there a cube cutter in it? Crumble - then you can use straws, for this I have another combo
Oca
There is no cube cutter, it came from the 5529th model (it's already confused where whose bowl is - they are the same). I also bought a second-hand 5540 for little money on occasion, because I wanted a whisk, a medium grater, a grater for fries and more power. The forum suggested that kneading hooks are useful when mixing, for example, minced meat.
How to prepare 5540 + 5529 + grater for potato pancakes (who did not have it as a gift with 5529) = a full set of nozzles for Bosch.

Today I made mayonnaise with milk. I like it. It is so light, not very fatty and rich as on eggs. Whipped in a blender. It turned out very quickly and thick. Thanks again for the advice.

Any questions:
1. I read that they made mashed potatoes in it, with the help of a press or something? I haven't figured out what it is yet
2. Tell me the number of nozzles that are suitable for cutting fries, as I understand it, long sticks will not work, only the length of the base of the vent, right?
3. How do you knead the dough for cottage cheese casseroles, charlottes? Is it possible not to buy but use the existing nozzles
4. Can you make minced pork and beef? Blender Philips minced meat is dead ((

Tomorrow I'll go to Mvideo to pick it up, oh, how I'm waiting

I bought an additional MUZ 45 PS 1 fries attachment for my 5529. Fits well. Sliced into seconds. But how ... This has nothing to do with french fries. These are not beautiful pieces, shorter than a matchbox, in a semicircle, thin and many small stubs. I use potatoes for frying, but I won't serve this to guests. You can bake in the oven. But VERY NOT BEAUTIFUL. If I saw the product produced by this attachment, I would not buy it. The last time I fried it in cubes - the "fries" look much better.
Oca
Karionok, the points:
1. Mashed potatoes are made using a berry press. This is yellow stuff with holes in which a white propeller goes. Then the mashed potatoes are beaten with milk with a utility knife.
2. I don’t know the number, but I can show how he cuts on soup potatoes:
Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
3. Dough for curd casseroles - with a universal knife, for charlotte - with an emulsifier disc (this is my personal choice).
4. Can you make minced pork and beef? You can chop meat, onions, potatoes with a utility knife. The only thing I don't really like is the heavily chopped minced meat, if mixed with knives until smooth. I prefer to grind in a food processor and mix the ingredients by hand.

A really useful nozzle is a medium grater, it is worth buying at least for carrots:
Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!

You are welcome! Mashed potatoes in a food processor are better than after crushing, at least in the absence of grains and delamination on potatoes and water during storage. After beating / mixing with a utility knife, a kind of cream is obtained, if you can call it that. Delicate like this, reminiscent of soft ice cream ... Keeps soft for 4 days in the refrigerator. I have not tried it in a blender, the stationary simply will not mix the potatoes because of the density, but I don’t have a submersible one, there is nothing to compare with.
Minced meat can be mixed with kneading hooks (for those who bought this attachment) or made as suggested TATKA_007
Chamomile
When grinding potatoes in mashed potatoes, I immediately added butter and added milk. Straight into the hole for placing food at the same time as potatoes. Only not all at once, but gradually. And did not mix anything additionally. Directly into plates or storage containers. It worked out great.
