I am not Lyuba, but I will answer. Perfectly whips charlotte. The classic version is 3 eggs, a glass of sugar, a glass of flour. Everything is laid in the order that I wrote. On my old combine, it didn't work like that. And I had such a tall charlotte for the first time. I haven't baked the biscuits yet. I make cupcakes in a bread maker.

I used to bake biscuits using this recipe, if you add cocoa, it turns out chocolate. And now I want to add grated lemon with zest to this dough, so I wonder if the dough will fall?
Chamomile
I do not know. I don't like chocolate, but I'm allergic to lemons.

Frankly, I whisk in Boshik MUM 4855 - there is a planetary bowl. And before I got it, I beat it with a mixer - the yolks - the whites separately (for a biscuit, and no more than 5 minutes in total - without sugar and with sugar - whipping time. These are proteins). And on the charlotte, I think it will turn out to be a disk, it's easy there - we don't divide the egg there, beat it with sugar (all) until white, and then add flour little by little at low speed - so that it pours continuously. Even I somehow clumsily wrote? If not clear - ask, I will write better.
Thank you, I understood everything. And how is the planetary bowl different? I saw in the pictures, but in reality how? And yet, do you think this lemon dough will not fall? But now I'll try ...
Prus - 2
I will immediately answer 2 questions:
1. You can add lemon - we add citric acid to whites when whipping! On the contrary, it will only strengthen the proteins. You can also make this biscuit with a filling https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=232344.0, there is just lemon juice and zest! And it turns out very tasty! And be sure to soak the biscuit: a glass of water + a glass of sugar + juice of 1 lemon - boil, cool, add 3-4 tablespoons of vodka + 5-6 drops of rum essence - very, very tasty impregnation!
2. The planetary bowl is a fairy tale! My MUMik is not expensive at all, with a plastic bowl, but whips! - I didn’t even know that you can whip like that! And hands are free!

Lyubochka, thanks !!! I will definitely try your recipe, now there are only eggs, flour, sugar and 2 lemons (and even vodka somewhere), so we will proceed from what we have. What a beautiful cake you have! But we have such a rain that I don't want to stick my nose out of the house, even though the store is nearby. I'm going to try how the disc handles three products. And I already want Mumik, I even had an idea to buy it instead of 5525, but you can't put a cube nozzle there, right?
Prus - 2
Yes, the cube fits only MUM 5 ......, I don't remember exactly which number. But here I have both on the table, and although the kitchen is small, I will never clean them - both are at work all the time. The cube cuts-tert-wipes-whips mayonnaise-makes a cool dough, and MUMik whips cream-tender dough-yeast dough. And there is also a stationary Aerogrill and 2 multi. And the scales. And I carry the rest as needed.

Girls
and I just love my Cube !!! how cool and fast he does everything ...And I didn't have any problems with the lid .. I really have never whipped with this disc. Well, I can't even say why .. For some reason, whisks for me are yes! and the disc ... I'm going to try everything - it's already the third year! I even bought extra for him. nozzles - all sorts of discs and a whisk! but it seems to me that a regular mixer beats better! where I read above - that due to the fact that the bowl is closed - the protein heats up ... So do not despair! this time the lid won't let you down!

Thank you!!! I really, really hope! I also love him very much, he works in the kitchen more than anyone else, a hard worker!
Now I made a biscuit with a disc, 3 eggs, a glass of sugar, a glass of flour, then lemon with zest in the finished dough. Yummy! And so fast!
Top impregnation - plums + lemon + a glass of sugar. Only I screwed up, I added flour before sugar, so it went up worse. But this did not affect the taste (half had already been eaten, now my daughter went to the store for lemons for 2 biscuits). By the way, for which I do not like biscuit dough, but with lemon it is very tasty!

Moskvichk @
Well that's it! now mine will eat Lemon meringue (I did it yesterday) and try everything on the disk! just this lemon biscuit!
Gerda1
On charlotte, I did not like whipping with a disc, I also did not like whipping eggs for a casserole ...
The zapikanka turned out to be too heavy / smallish (well, not as airy as usual)
And fine-pored charlotte, I don't like that ... I like airy ..
So I returned to the mixer))))
But shortcrust pastry with knives - class !!!!

And yes, the eggs / whites on the disc are heating up, which I also didn't like (((
Moskvichk @
exactly ! I am so excited too !! and shortcrust pastry - yeah! I like it! and the cupcakes are also very good. well! There would be more norms. function with a mixer! the price of yuy he was not!
Svetlana1000
Yes, that's how it is. The first time, where there were 3 eggs and 1 glass of flour, went more or less well, the second time launched 5 eggs, respectively. 250 gr. I beat the eggs with flour well, but did not cope with the flour (everything mixed badly), I had to stir it with my hands, I got up well, now it is being baked.
I’m thinking, what if you knead with knives or better with a mixer?
So what is this disk for then? Many suffer so much for his "correct" work, but in the end it seems to be not needed. Maybe what cream is good for them to whip?

Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
I took out a minute ago from the multi. If it were not for this forum, I would still be with biscuits for you and bake only in the old oven, kneading by hand.
1-2 apples
1 multi-glass wholemeal (caked) flour
1 multi-glass or slightly less granulated sugar
1 pinch of baking soda (as a safety net, if the eggs are not very good ...)
Throw 3 eggs С0 without dividing into white and yolk into Bosch with an emulsifier attachment. After 2 minutes (when the mixture turns white and liquid-foamy, slowly add sugar, then flour and soda. After adding flour, beat for no more than 5 seconds. Pour apples into Panas 18, pour out the dough. Baking 60 minutes.
For myself, I decided that, firstly, it was too dreary to beat everything separately, and secondly, while stirring with a spoon, all the bubbles burst and I have never gotten biscuits before. Now at least every hour I can bake

This is to pour straight and the package, without weighing (they are stacked in 3 layers and caked). If you sift flour, then you should probably take 1.5 cups. I went, weighed it, that's 101 grams of flour.

Hello!
I have a Bosch mum 4756 harvester for about 10 years, it was supplied then, and even now, in my opinion, there are also 5 discs. Are there any other additional, new slicing options that are suitable for this model? How to cut into small pieces (for fries) and cubes?
And I don't really like the grater, either too large, or too small, and moreover, the pieces themselves are short, I would have something like Korean carrots.
Prus - 2
helgoncha !
I have both BOSH MUM 4855 and BOSH MSM 5529 - both were completed 3 graters. And yes, the grater with large-small cells is not the most popular one. Large cells can be used for salads and very well - for frying cabbage, for filling pies. And small -. Also in Ukraine, in BOSH MSM 5529, they put a grater for potato pancakes as a gift (at least online stores). A medium grater (the most popular), a grater for julienne, Korean carrots and French fries - you need to buy in addition. How these graters rub, have already exhibited photos in this thread many times. Try to leaf through the topic, literally 10-15 pages back you will find a photo. And the marking of graters. And the cube attachment will not fit him

I have a BOSCH MUM 4756EU, it turns out, in general, from the options that you can buy worthwhile for it, and in general it turns out that you can buy in addition - these are 3 graters:
for julienne (this is just an average good grater, huh?)
korean carrots
French fries
Prus - 2
A bit wrong. Julienne grater (the same for Korean carrots), for fries, medium grater, pancake grater. Here is a post where Sergey describes graters well and shows a photo: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=22259.0

Here are the graters I have. To my shame I do not know what they are called.
I wanted to ask for advice, what kind of grater do you use for what and what I am missing, what you can buy for the MUM4756 model.
There are also 3 whisk (round, from many twigs; from 3 twigs; hook)

I have not bought any additional graters yet. I only have what came in the kit. I am strict on borscht. Finely grated carrots, beets, zucchini, eggplants, large onions and an apple (all for frying), shredded cabbage. For one potato I do not install a cube cutter (wash laziness), so I crush it with handles. Accordingly, I still do it for the vegetable stew. And it's also cool to cut everything into cubes on a stew.
For vegetable salads with cabbage and grated the cabbage itself on a coarse grater.
In a blender, beat cocktails with berries and banana.
I used a shredder to cut zucchini and bake it with cheese and tomatoes. She used to cut zucchini for salad according to the recipe.
Potatoes for frying - no way (you need to buy a special grater), and for stewing - in cubes.
For my sister, I ground cookies in a large bowl with a knife for sweet sausages.
I kneaded the sweet dough on a cake with a knife and a whisk all around. The dough was different in the first case, steep, in the second thinner.

Chamomile1, what do you call a shredder?
Oca
Helgoncha, in fact, it is better to buy 2 graters: for fries and medium. The middle one just has a grater that makes Korean-style carrots well, and on the other hand, the shredder is a long, even blade (slit) with which you can cut chips or cucumbers into circles.
P. S. The picture is not visible

I call a shredder a grater that cuts into circles if you cut zucchini (for example).

I'm still wondering if it is possible to tear off the plastic thing in the center of these attachments in order to put it on another harvester, or is there a different hole? I haven’t met them alive, so the question is. IMHO, they fool us and they are all from the same press ...

There is no cube cutter, it came from the 5529th model (it's already confused where whose bowl is - they are the same). I also bought a second-hand 5540 for little money on occasion, because I wanted a whisk, a medium grater, a grater for fries and more power. The forum suggested that kneading hooks are useful when mixing, for example, minced meat.
How to prepare 5540 + 5529 + grater for potato pancakes (who did not have it as a gift with 5529) = a full set of nozzles for Bosch.

I have mum4756, explain, pliz, what are kneading hooks?

Urrah !!! Thank you! Now I will sleep well.

Helgoncha, alas, I cannot tell by the MUM model, since I have both from the MCM series, these are:
Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes! Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!

As it was explained to me earlier: MUM are dough mixers, and the MCM series are shredders. Your model will have different attachments ... here was an old photo, this is a comparison of discs from 5540 and 5529. If the holes in the center are 1 in 1 like yours, then most likely these discs fit mum4756 (measure the disc diameter?). And so - I can not know it was not possible to feel it alive.
Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
Prus - 2
Helgoncha !
Unfortunately, except for graters, nothing else will suit MUMIK. Combines of the MUM series are kitchen machines, and the MSM series are food processors. They have a completely different structure and principle of operation. Look at the photo that Wasp has laid out for you - it does not at all look like your harvester! And the attachments that go to this combine will absolutely not fit the MUM. If space in your kitchen allows, buy a food processor - it will greatly expand your capabilities. And there is a hook for the dough in MUM - this is the one that is 1 thick bent wire.
A very good comparison in the adjacent branch makes Duffy https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=22571.0, she also has a BOSCH MUM and a food processor (though Phillips). Maybe it makes sense for you to read that thread too?

outwardly very similar, but can anyone from the members of the forum know exactly?
As far as I understand, I have a large / fine double-sided grater, a julienne grater for fries, a slicer and a separate grater slightly larger than a double-sided fine grater. Here is an interesting middle one, it is more significant than small. but smaller than large, in the middle, sort of?

I do it in a blender in a cube. I don't know if your food processor has a blender. Maybe in the main bowl, but I haven't tried it. The recipe is very simple, hence the bread machine. I can't find the link now. So I will write. 300 ml of vegetable oil, 150 ml of milk, 1 tsp. mustard (ready-made, not dry), 1 tsp. vinegar, 0.5 tsp. salt. I mix everything in a blender except vinegar. On our combine it takes a couple of seconds and I add vinegar. Stir a little more and ready. Instant mayonnaise. Then, to taste, you can add anything, different: herbs, garlic, etc. For me, vinegar is not enough, but I put grape, and it is 6% - pour 1.5 tsp. spoons. And I take mustard with a large slide.
