Girls, and maybe someone to post a photo, like an average third.
Was right here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=22259.0 Ask Muscovite lay out again She rubs normally: not large, not small - as it should. I never got to order it ...
P. S. and how much is such a grater, ask, pozhlst
Moskvichk @
Wasp! You gave exactly that correct link - the very first photo is the middle grater.
I'm nowhere without her !!
I have already cut cabbage for pickling 2 times on a regular grater - where there are 2 blades - one is thicker, the other is thinner - just wonderful !! the only inconvenience - you have to often open and close the bowl - to free it ... I cut it on a grater, which is larger.
Moskvichk @
Irina S. 53 page of this topic - there are a few pictures of medium grater

I saw a grater, I wanted to see a photo of how it cuts, but just this photo does not open
Irina S., this grater Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!

No, they ask to show the finished grated product. I also caught this photo. Irina, don't worry it should be just right. I don’t use the smallest one at all - I don’t rub or rub it into porridge.

I did this: I put both washers (the total height was about 6 mm, the width was 9..10 millimeters) on the metal pin of the combine, and then I put this plastic thing - the washers were pushed inward, stuck in it and removed from the pin along with the nozzle.
Wasp! So, you have these washers all the time - both for the disc and for the knife? Does this mean that the knife has become taller? Is it not important for work? I have not tried the disc yet, I'm afraid. Probably I will also adapt some spacers.
The other day I celebrated my DR. I cut everything on Boshik in 15 minutes. I only had to wash the cube cutter a couple of times, since the salads are different. And again, my crab sticks crawled under the knives
kosmar
I make salads now like this:
Olivier: I cut raw potatoes, carrots
in the cartoon orson to the bottom of the meat and peas (I haven’t bought it for a long time, but I’m boiling my own), on top of this potato and carrot.
boiled then cut eggs and meat, separately a cucumber. then mixed everything. I do this because my potatoes stick together (this sort).
vinaigrette: diced potatoes and carrots - to the first level in mv orson, then beets - to the bottom. cooked. separately diced cucumber and onion + sauerkraut
well, by this principle, the rest
very nra now (especially how I learned to put the nozzle on and close the lid the first time)

So, you have these washers all the time - both for the disc and for the knife?
Quite right, all the time. Do not fall out when washing. I chopped vegetables with a knife and kneaded the dough - these 5 mm are not felt at all, I have already forgotten that there is a washer Give a washer in the basic configuration of the combine!
Helen
All Happy New Year! : rose: Boshik helped a lot on NG. Olivier, herring under a fur coat. We also diced the pears for the pie. Made a wonderful mashed potato using a grater stick. But with cranberries, I did not succeed with this device. A little rubbed, and the bulk of the cranberries crawled under the spatulas. With black currant, it seems to be a little better, but still a lot of waste. I take out the slightly crumpled berries from under the blades - and what to do with them - compote? I need mashed potatoes from them. Tell me, pliz, who has more experience - maybe I'm doing something wrong?
iman081
First, I chop the berries with a utility knife in mashed potatoes, and then pass them through a rub. So did currants in season, tomatoes for ketchup. Very easy and fast. Nothing gets stuck anywhere.
Helen
Thank you very much. I dreamed of immediately launching the berries and getting mashed potatoes.Someone on the forum wrote that he did so ...
Helen
And now I made hot chocolate in a blender according to the recipe from the instructions. Delicious! I really didn't have a whole chocolate bar, I added a teaspoon of coffee and a little condensed milk. And by the way, the foam turned out, which was not there when I whipped milk with berries ...

Greetings to all forum users!
I also recently bought a Boshik 5529, and a Philips air fryer to boot.
In general, I have a dilemma. Can't turn on the blender. What can be the trick?
The combine works with the lid closed in the place where the blender should stand, as soon as I put the blender on, silence.
Oca
Bender turns on under 3 conditions:
1) the main bowl (empty) with a lid stand in its place and "latched" - press on the microswitch;
2) the blender itself is inserted into the socket and turned clockwise, if I may say so "all the way";
3) the lid on the blender is on and also latched - remove the blender and look at the bottom of the handle. When the lid is screwed on, a strip of plastic protrudes from the bottom of the handle, which should press on another microswitch (on the left in the blender socket). If you try to remove the cover, it will turn off in a moment.
Shahin
Well, where would I be without you! : flowers: I broke my head, but the reason is in the blender lid. The first time I encountered this.

Hello everyone

Tell me, please, how much does the assembled cube cutter for Bosch 5540 cost if ordered in the service. and what number should I call this MUZ5CC1?
Thank you.

In addition to the Bosch combine, Philips and Vitek 1480 blenders are also diced. Vitek is new, there are practically no reviews yet.
I went for a walk with the child in the morning - they returned with Vitok 1480 ...
I'll clean the beet and test it for vinaigrette. Someone brought it to Foxtrot ...

I want to say a big thank you to everyone who here shared their experience of using the Cube !! I read Temka from cover to cover and ordered this device for NG as a gift! So far, I'm incredibly happy and don't understand how I used to live without him. Now the biggest, sorry, hemorrhagic is to clean the products. Everything else is just a matter of seconds. Chop cabbage, potatoes for frying with leaves, grate carrots for salad (frying) or cheese for pizza - all this is now completely no problem. The graters are great, they cut with a bang. But I can order the middle one over time, although I don’t feel the urgent need yet, those that are included (plus a gift for potato pancakes) are enough with my head. I liked the utility knife, half a kilo of pork turned into a great minced meat for lasagna in a few seconds. The blender also coped with the milkshake flawlessly. I haven’t tried the disc whisk and citrus juicer yet. And the most important thing, of course, is the sheer delight of the cube attachment! A large casserole of first-class vinigrette in seconds, that's something! Vegetables fly by with a whistle! And the potatoes were cut into quite neat cubes, no porridge came out, although I cooked it until cooked, and 2 different varieties of potatoes were used for the dish. The only thing, as it was already advised here, is undesirable to throw potatoes into the Cube last, because it sticks to the wire rack and is pushed worse than other products later.
In general, while I find some pluses, the savings in time and effort are colossal! Thanks again to everyone!

Hello, I just became the owner of Bosch Mcm 5529ru Profikubixx yesterday. And I have a question, what kind of attachment can I cut the potatoes for frying?
Today I tried to cut the mushrooms, something turned out badly
cat23
Personally, I have not yet purchased a fries grater additionally. And from those that in the kit for cutting potatoes I use a large shredder and get excellent leaves. With a knife, I first cut the potatoes in half along the length and into the combine. Before, before Boshik, I loved to cut them by hand for frying. But on a food processor, the grill gives too small cubes for such a dish, as for me ... Therefore, now I cook with leaves. It roasts great and very quickly!

Hello!
It looks like our family will soon become the owner of this combine. It all started with the search for a good blender (the old one broke). After they decided that by paying a little extra, you can buy a small and not too sophisticated combine. We have already decided and it was Bosch, but not 5529, we went to the store, and here you have a promotion for the Cube. And it only costs $ 25. That is, it is more expensive than what we chose with the poorest functionality. Now in thought until tomorrow evening. There is not a lot of time, but I managed to read your forum only up to 25 pages, so I will ask a few questions, suddenly someone can answer quickly, in a day.
1. Is the problem with the blender's dropping lid still solved today?
2. Is it true, as they say in some reviews, that there is no blender in this food processor (we actually chose a blender)?
3. To prevent the whipping disc from scratching the bowl, should it be cut in diameter or is it better to make some kind of gasket?
4. Are extras interchangeable? nozzles MUZ-45 AG1 and MUZ8AG1, MUZ-45 KP1 and MUZ8KP1 (in one according to the pattern, the holes go in a straight line, while in the other they are arched), MUZ8RS1 and MUZ-45 RS1?
5. How does the machine handle small amounts of dough?
I would be very grateful if someone can answer quickly. And I myself go to study the topic further
Prus - 2
I will try to answer almost all questions, I have a combine for a little over a year.
1. The blender lid did not come off, judging by the survey at the top of the topic -% of this malfunction is not very large. In addition, the topic has a number of tips on how to radically deal with this problem.
2. I like the blender.
3. Beating disc, out of harm's way - immediately cut it off. The flight is normal!
4. Here in relation to add. nozzles - I don’t know, I bought MUZ-45, and even then - only KP1 - so you need it!
5. Kneading the dough - song! But yeast creeps up the nozzle - however, all combines of this class will give the same result.
IMHO: The harvester is very cool, I love it dearly, like all its other owners. I would like to have a planetary bowl. but the prices ... And even then, I would take MUM 5 ....., where now there are cubes too.
yuryd
Thank you for your prompt answers!
Tell me, in some combines for kneading dough, instead of a sharp knife, a blunt plastic kit is included, for a Cube there is no such accessory?
Prus - 2
The dough hook from the MSM 5540 combine is suitable for the cube, but it is not needed at all - I make dough often - the utility knife does a great job!

Is it true that Kubliks are of both Slovenian and Chinese assemblies, and the main marriage falls on the latter. The assembly is indicated on the box under the barcode: Made in China or Made in Slovenia? I read it somewhere in reviews on other sites.
Prus - 2
There was no such information on our forum, but in my opinion, they are all Slovenian. Do not worry so much! Everything will be OK! In the end, you will also have a warranty one. Only add. Do not buy graters in a service center, it is better in a company store (in Ukraine, you can also make an order in a store) - the prices are much lower. And yet - in any case, you will be satisfied with the combine - functional and convenient. Read this topic carefully - there are so many options for using each nozzle! Make a selection in the file, and there you yourself will come up with something new, and share with us! 🔗 🔗

Well, we bought this device too. Cost $ 160 e. by the action. Nozzles for potato pancakes, alas, are not included in the kit. True, the stores are full of them (about $ 11), there is also a disc-julienne in the store ($ 14), but with an ambush disc, they are nowhere to be found. The cube has not yet been tested - it is warming up. First impressions of the exterior, build quality are only positive. I read that it is noisy. When they checked in the store, they thought, well, now it will buzz. Nothing of the kind, in comparison with our Belvar meat grinder, the squeak of a mosquito. True, the store is large and the nozzle, although it was dressed, was idling. Okay, we'll try it soon. So far, Kubik has only advantages.

yuryd !
Congratulations on your purchase! Let it work long and bring joy!
Go to the website of the official Bosch dealer in Belarus, there should be phones - call, find out where they have partner stores. And find out if it is possible to order the graters you need with ransom in the nearest to you of these stores. This is the way that I did in Ukraine - after a week I had an average grater.
Gerda1
Good day!
Another question is ripe))))
Which manufacturer is better to choose ... Poland or Slovenia!
Surprisingly, the store has both of them .. stand next to each other for the same price)))

Prus - 2, thanks for the congratulations! A brief account of the first tests of the Cube. The first was the orange juice: everything is fine, the flight is normal. Then the filling for the pie - cottage cheese, sugar and apples - was kneaded with a utility knife. The last ones were thrown in quarters, the pieces turned out, as intended, another five to Cubic. Then there was a dough of margarine, flour and other things - again five. Unfortunately, with the Olivier salad, not everything worked out as we would like - the eggs were crumbled too finely, the potatoes partially went into a sticky porridge, despite the preliminary cooling on the balcony. There is only a C, we expected more. Next step: diced raw vegetables on a vinaigrette stew. Much better than boiled vegetables, however, the last one was a carrot and the last piece got stuck in the wire rack, it was difficult to pick out. Four points. The final accord - frozen strawberry ice cream according to the recipe from the instructions - again five.
Bottom line: in general, we are satisfied with the purchase, the device justified expectations by 90%.
As for the blender, someone wrote that it could leak, they decided to test it, poured water, and, however, drops began to seep from one side. Slightly tightened the bottom - everything is in order. By the way, someone else wrote that it is difficult to unscrew the bottom of the blender. This can be done using a blender lid, the operation is described in detail in the instructions in the cleaning and care section, in the same place, by the way, and about how much to clamp the bottom. With the help of a lid, it lends itself much easier, tested.
Many more complain about the blender hole lid that comes off. On some site I read the answer of the serviceman, that most often the reason for such a malfunction is the defarmation of the cap due to direct sunlight on the device or its installation near heating devices. You can fix it, as someone already described in this forum, by bending the "antennae" of the lid inward in hot water. Something like this.
Sorry for the long text. Good luck to all!
Prus - 2
yuryd!
The topic has written many times about how to cook "Olivier" normally - we boil potatoes (in a multicooker or a double boiler for 20-25 minutes) and cool them in the refrigerator (I generally boil potatoes + carrots for 25 minutes, eggs for 10 minutes - all this in a cartoon for a couple), then we cut in sequence:
Eggs - potatoes - carrots - sausage - cucumbers. If I cut a lot, then after the carrots I pour it into a saucepan (otherwise the sausage may not be cut perfectly). In this version of cooking and slicing, there has never been a puncture. Good luck!
Bunny
Girls, I have not read everything yet, but I really want such a combine for myself! In this regard, some questions arose:
1. How high-quality is it for the cut? And then I read reviews that plastic is fragile. Which quickly breaks down, etc.
2. What are its parameters (height, width, depth)?
3. Is the hook suitable for the dough, can you buy it?
4. Where in Kiev can you buy all these attachments?
I would be very grateful for your answers !!!!
Bunny
Bosch MUZ5CC1 - dicing attachment. True, it costs almost $ 120 ...
Bunny
Ye djn? I also seem to be the owner of this miracle. While I'm sitting here at work, a combine is being brought to me. And at home my husband ... I'm terribly worried. What if it checks badly? Oh, some nerves! HOW to stay here until the end of the working day ??? 7 LLC !!!!! If only everything was in order !!!
Bunny
Well that's it! Now I am the owner of this charm too!
At first I was embarrassed that there was no separate dough mixer and whisk, and I found out in the service center that they can be ordered from 5530 mdel and the price will be 135 - dough mixer, 95 whisk and 125 whisk holder. it turned out 355 UAH, and this is the price of a normal Boshevsky mixer ... So, probably we will take the mixer ... And well, these mixers-whippers!
Additional graters - julienne and average will arrive tomorrow (By the way, the cheapest in Kiev in a photo store is UAH 150 and an average of UAH 100, while in the service center it is 327 and 260 respectively) But for potato pancakes we were given a grater as a gift, in a separate box ! Very nice! In addition, I managed to find a supplier of this harvester and it cost me 1240 UAH, and on the same outlet or photo the price is close to 2000 UAH.
Now for the combine! I am insanely happy! The cubes are wonderful, it shreds great! We haven't tried anything else yet, but I'm going to make cocktails today, chop the onions and grate the carrots. I will unsubscribe about the results
Bunny
Girls, what else can you cut into cubes? Well, Olivier, vinaigrette, okroshka ... I also cut apples into a pie and potatoes, carrots, onions into soup. And what else? What recipes can I use the dice in?

I cut vegetables for all soups, vegetable stews, I cut everything for salads on it, right down to meat
And in the fall, during the harvesting season, I used so many vegetables for salads on it and processed it in freezing.
Well, of course, other attachments are not idle either.

Yeah, okay. And what other salads for guests are there, so that they are cubed?

Good day!
Does it make sense to chop fish and bones into cutlets with a knife on a kombash? Or pass it through a meat grinder the old fashioned way?

can you tell me who faced such a problem, my mother was presented with a 5530 combine about 4 years ago, but we could not turn it on, it’s worth it, neither hands nor feet reach the service. maybe we put something wrong, what are the nuances. and it’s a pity standing idle there were no instructions, the donor did not report.

if anyone has not figured out how to cut boiled potatoes for salad using a food processor. then here's a little trick ... boil the potatoes the day before preparing the salad and store it in the refrigerator. or after boiling the potatoes, peel them, let them cool and then put them in the freezer for 30 minutes so that they cool well. after these procedures, the potatoes will be cut into perfect cubes without smearing on the nozzle! I also freeze the sausage for perfect cutting.

aleksei75
the temperature of the food will be equal after cutting. and cold foods do not affect the taste of the salad .... the main thing here is not to mix cold with hot and not to dress this mixture with mayonnaise right away! maybe you noticed how in supermarkets they sell frozen salad "Olivier"

Since nozzles from 4655 fit exactly to the Bosch MCM 5529RU ProfiKubixx combine, I suggest looking at the file "Nozzles for Bosch MUM 4655 and Bosch MCM 5529RU ProfiKubixx"

Ladies and gentlemen!

My husband made me happy last year and now I am the owner of a "cube" combine. Of course, if he didn’t surprise me, but advised me, I would have chosen another model (5540 or 5530) and would have bought the cube contraption! But alas - the gift has been made! Now - after a year of operation - I understand that I want a supplement !!!
My dream is to buy fries and julienne disks, kneading hooks and a whisk.
If it is more or less clear with discs - they are interchangeable on many model ones, and specifically for MSM 5529 are on sale, then with hooks and a whisk - an ambush!

I could not find an exact indication - from which combines these attachments are suitable for MSM 5529.

I was hoping for the file indicated in the quote, but it is not online!

Help me decide - I really want to order - before it's too late.

It was just that in the summer I had a problem finding a nozzle for my old combine (I moved to my dacha for permanent residence), but it was out of production. I had to spend three months looking, and then just take the whole machine to the store and do the fitting on the spot. Thank God everything went well and my old man is on full alert! :)

Thank you in advance!
olyv
Well, that's all! :) And this "everything" is joyful! Today I bought a "fries" disc, a "julienne" disc and a "medium grater-shredder" disc, in addition I bought a kneader (hooks) and a whisk holder and a whisk. I bought all this at Vneshremtorg. There is no corolla in the catalog, but having called - I found out that it exists and ordered it. All these additives, of course, came out "at a pretty penny" - about 4000 rubles. Yes ... if a year ago I bought a 5540 and a cube nozzle for it - it would be cheaper, but oh well! Now I have a complete set! I checked everything - everything fits - it turns - it works. I will do something with their help - I will try to report back.
By the way! The disc boxes say they are for MUM4 and MUM5!

Bunny, tell me, how did you make mayonnaise? Big disc or blender? and if you can recipe))

Girls, it turns out that the pusher consists of 2 parts - very convenient ... now I cut a salad: cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and peppers. Onions 1 mm through a thin funnel, everything else 3 mm also through a thin funnel. Just so that the product does not spin and you get even slices, you need to do everything on a pulse mode. Filled in the funnel - pressed M. How everything flew by - we repeat the operation. As a result, the cucumbers piled into crisp slices, the tomatoes were cut into halves, the onion was also cut into 4 parts, and the pepper into 8 parts. It turned out to be a very beautiful salad. Maybe it's not a secret for someone, but a discovery for me. This is almost my first harvester
