Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!

Svetta
Svetlana, thank you, very clearly. For the second day now I have been in correspondence with the company about all the spare parts for the equipment, I asked them the same question and now I am waiting for an answer. I wonder what they will answer, since they asked me for the exact brand of my combine. They have a bunch of tables of correspondence of models and brands there. What if they find something!

I was very surprised that the topic continues to live. I've been here for a long time! My cube is also alive. And here are my impressions after many years. It is now clear to me that for the sake of a cube cutter, I would not buy it. Of course, Olivier and vinaigrette is cut with incredible speed. But the volumes should also be large. It is easier and more convenient for me to use a nice-diter. Also quickly, the cubes are correct, it is easier to wash, and does not take up much space during storage. Moreover, it is possible to choose 2 sizes of cubes there. I use it even when preparing for the winter. But wiping has become unexpectedly irreplaceable for me. I rub the boiled tomatoes and get a tomato without pits and peels. I process large volumes. And yet, rubbing red currants. Then I mix with sugar and refrigerate. I rub the boiled apples. Chop flour with butter or margarine on shortbread dough with knives. Blender had planned for milkshakes, but the family doesn't want them. It is impossible to keep the combine on the working surface, so I rarely use it. The planetary mixer took its place there. It is easier to chop cabbage, even in large quantities, on a special grater. It turns out beautifully and quickly. And for a combine, you first need to cut it so that it can climb into the neck. Cabbage stripes don't always come out the same. I don't use it for everyday cooking. But still I'm happy that he is. Now, for my tasks, I would buy such a combine only with rubbing without everything else.

different bowls of grinders at Mumka and Msmka. Msmka has a bowl of almost 4 liters, while Mumka has a food processor like 2 ...
Svetta
Alexandra, thanks, the issue was resolved.

If still relevant! I share an innovation. I really wanted to cut into cubes, but I have mum4. I bought a nozzle for mum8, sharpened the edges from the bottom of the bowl, now everything is attached and working!

Olga210567, I have exactly the same situation. I bought it because of a cube, then I realized that it was not very convenient to drag the unit from another room for the sake of 2-3 portions of Olivier or vinaigrette. I bought a Vetta vegetable cutter with numerous attachments. There are three sizes of cubes: small, medium and large. I use this vegetable cutter almost every day. And I forgot about the Bosch cube cutter, except that when in the berry season I sometimes rub raw berries for smoothies and cocktails and freeze the puree later.

And I have a Boshev cube cutter in use. I make olivier, venigret, okroshka. I really like the speed and quality of cutting. The parts are immediately washed in the dishwasher and dry on the shelf.

And I still use all the attachments with great pleasure. Cuts, rubs very quickly, the graters are sharp, no physical effort is required, and then everything is washed in the dishwasher. I haven't used any hand graters (with the exception of Berner, perhaps) for a long time. Even an alligator.
Chamomile
Girls, do you wash everything in the dishwasher? And knives and grating discs? Can the blender be washed in the dishwasher?
dopleta
Olya, I wash everything, except, of course, the base. Yes, here's from an article about him: "All parts of the device can be washed in a dishwasher. If there is none, the developers have included a soft brush in the kit, which will rid the discs of food debris without scratching their surface or blunting." 🔗... It seems that this is also written in the instructions, but now there is no way to look into it.
Chamomile
dopleta, Larisonka, thank you very much, otherwise I was afraid for some reason to wash knives, a blender and graters in the dishwasher, and even a yellow disc with metal clips from the cube attachment. Only the plastic parts of the soap are safe. You opened the world to me straight.
dopleta
I understand you, Olya: Berner, for example, is not mine either - even the instructions do not recommend washing him. It seems that due to the different thermal conductivity of plastic and metal, supposedly, it can crack. But in Boch, apparently, it is different.

Almost word for word about me. Discs, a blenler and a juicer - I rarely use it. But with a knife, rubbing and a cube - often
with pleasure. And mine in PMM, and I immediately ruined the brush, it was in PMM))

How I love my Boshik - hard worker! True, since autumn he has been standing on the mezzanine and waiting to be sent to the country. And Kenwood settled in my kitchen)). But I will not give Boshik to anyone, I will not sell - I love him dearly! Works perfect so far!

I greet the members of the forum, discard the photo of the defective whisk disc, otherwise I got a combine 5529
I cannot understand what is wrong with the whisk (the one that scratches the bottom)
tascha
Tell me, does a cube cutter for MSM cut raw roots?
Chamomile
tascha, yes, it does. I cut potatoes, carrots, beets raw for vinaigrette. Then she cooked raw cubes for a couple.

I choose Bosch msm. Of all. in which there is a cube cutter, there is no mini-chopper, but I need it. In the spare parts store I found a universal chopper 750858, but there are models in which there is no mine (it is white, I want it) Bosch MC812W872. No one can tell me if this chopper attachment fits him. Can. can you tell me something?
tatymo
I selected one for MCM 68885. And judging by the picture of the model on the German Bosch website, your model and mine are identical (there is a cube cutter in the photo, but it is not indicated in the package bundle). The difference between the models in color. So I think it will do. The manufacturer has an interesting concept in general. If this accessory is not supplied with this model, then it does not fit. In fact, many accessories from some models fit others. Is it good for us to guess or not?
I reread your message again. Are you sure that the selected model has a cube cutter? It is in the picture (on the official Bosch website), but not in the technical specifications. Check again carefully. Maybe I'm wrong?

Eh, it's a pity I haven't seen such a mini chopper before
But now I don’t need it, I bought Ninja, there are two glasses and two more from the Bosch blender.
I'm sorry that Bosch does not produce a combine with a large bowl, at least like Kenwood ...

And today I got Boshik. I haven’t used it for three years - after buying Berner I removed it. And then on Friday I bought a bucket of raspberries, ate with my mother, my men did not touch - bones. And there are two varieties of raspberries - regular and almost pitted, they are very small. Such yummy - and do not eat. I look today - I need to clean up the leftovers. And then they just talked about rubbing berries. So I remembered that I have both Boshik and a wiping thing, never used ..... Cool thing! I froze a little in silicone washers, a couple of small jars for food. By the way, those very small seeds have partially crept through the puree. But still - cool!
